Ive used Econo a few times. I owned a car lot and they painted all my cars when needed. Always great prices. Just used them to paint a vehicle. I no longer own the car lot so I get not getting a discount because I am more of a one time customer now. The vehicle that needed the paint required a ton of prep work due to service rust needing to be cleaned. But for a base paint job and no warranty, it felt a little expensive.The paint job was what I expected. They were fairly quick. Friendly staff. I really have no complaints. My price expectations is honestly probably more my issue than theirs. I will use them next time I need a car painted. Their work has never failed to meet my expectations.

This is a customer focused old-fashioned business. I am so thankful I took my classic cars to them. The owners oversaw the entire process and worked with me on every little detail. It is refreshing to meet such honest, down to earth people in such a production based and often unscrupulous line of work. Most businesses wont even consider a classic car because they cant dedicate the time, space or love and attention to detail required. Not these guys! Went in for minor bumper damage. Had car for over a week. Went to pick up car and it was filthy on the inside. Transfer of 2 other color paints on the rear of my vehicle. (Drops and smudges.) Worst experience ever

I had a great experience. My car door was dented from a t-bone hit and needed to be replaced. They quoted me less than half of what other collision shops were charging. I was updated on everything! Great job!

My truck was faded in some spots. Ended up getting the whole truck painted instead of just the spots. Came out wonderfully and at a affordable price.

After an accident, I needed the front end of my car repaired. Joseph coordinated with my insurance and kept me updated on the whole process. My car was totally repaired before I even got the check from the insurance company! Dealing with them was super easy and any time I needed something like an invoice or pictures of the repair, Joseph was very prompt and took care of everything right away. My car looks brand new and Im super satisfied with their work. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I’ve been in the auto industry for almost 20 years here in Cleveland, OH, and do the same type of work as these guys at Econo. After meeting Joseph and his two brothers George and Eddie I learned that they had a heart for people and to provide a world class experience. I recently visiting their shop in Austin and I was immediately blown away. It’s a very nice and clean operation, and the work they do is phenomenal. These guys come highly recommended.

Great experience!! Joseph and Larry went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and it was done Wednesday afternoon.

I had a great experience working with Joseph from Econo Collision. He assigned out a tow truck to get my vehicle from the scene of the accident, understood my needs due to the out-of-pocket expense of repair, and turned around the repair in a timely manner. My truck would have totaled at other shops but Joseph and his team was able to save the truck.

I am really happy with the work by Econo Collision. The painter got the paint to lay out smooth as glass, they had the car done when they said they would. 10/10 would go back.

I had a wonderful experience with the Econo South Austin location! They were very friendly and helpful. My trunk had to be replaced and they were able to order the part that same day, and said they could repair it in a day or two. They were very honest with me about pricing and what actually needed to be done to fix the damage. I would highly recommend Econo!That incident was about 1 year ago, and I came back to repair my front bumper this year. Joseph knew I was paying out of pocket, and helped to keep the cost down. I returned to the shop to pick up my vehicle, and Joseph told me there was damage underneath the front bumper, so it could not just be buffed/painted. They had to replace the entire front bumper, but Joseph did not charge me for it! This place is very true to their word, and always does an excellent job!

Took my 1981 Datsun 280ZX turbo in for 2-tone paint silver hood / blue body with pinstripe, small dent and rust removal. The job was absolutely outstanding! I wasnt expecting perfect because the price was so reasonable, but the quality far exceeded my expectations!

I am a car dealer this is the only place i paint my cars at. Great paint work at an economy prices. The base coat clear coat jobs by the new owners rocks just like factory paint. My own customer dont even know thw cars has ever been in accident.

When you go to Econo, youre not getting a $3000 custom paint job. Your getting a really good $800ish paint job. If your looking to get a solid paint job on the cheap, Econo is the way to go.

Not happy with the quality and service.After several weeks and two visits to get a car correctly repaired, I gave up. The FACTS:1. Not proper alignment of fender and door.2. Power windows that were working when brought in did not work when picked up3. Door locks and remote that worked when brought in did not work work when picked up4. The driver’s side door speaker that was working when brought in did not work when picked up. They hadnt hooked the speaker back up.5. Took the car to Nissan dealer to have windows and door locks fixed.6. Nissan was able to fix the windows but found rust in the door and paint on the connectors7.Took back to Econo to have the lock issue repaired8. After 1 week the car was picked up but the remote door locks still did not work9. Damage was done to the inside of the door10. In all fairness Management offered to have us bring in and have them repair it11. As much as I hate spending another couple thousand dollars, I have lost confidence in their ability to fix this car correctly .In REPLY to the ownerships post....I do not think you want to go there. please see the pictures posted. How can this be explained after having the car for several weeks. Im sure you have serviced other customers successfully otherwise you would not be in business. Based on others reviews you have many satisfied clients and thats great. I just happen not to be one of them. Hey, I gave you guys credit for offering to fix the car a third time...... as much as I would like to accept your offer and save the money, I really just want the car fixed correctly. Time is money and its time for me to move on.Concerning blackmail? If you would like me to post our text conversation for the public to view, I will be happy to do so (please let me know). Im sure you prefer I dont. You asked me to take the post down or you would sue me. I replied that I would take the post down if you issued a refund. You and I both know that is not going to happen. I know the law and am very prepared to defend my position in court.I do not wish you and your company any ill will but the fact that I am having to pay several thousand dollars out of pocket to have the car repaired is very upsetting. Why the car was delivered twice with the issues listed above I will never know. I just know I do not have the patience nor the time to bring the car in for a third time. We are getting the car fixed elsewhere even though its going to cost me. As far as the explicative you called me via text, that was uncalled for. I am just an unhappy customer sharing my experience. I will now be out several thousand dollars. If you would like to pursue the matter, please be my guest.I seriously am not out to hurt your business. Im really not . Terrible place theyll work on your car. Then theyll give it back to you with half of your interior missing and theyll tell you right at your face thats not their problem

Got to meet owners and they really care about their business and reputation. This place will try to go the distance to make things right. They did a job for me on which i didnt like initially but after talking to owner he listened to my concerns and tried to address them

Never come to this place i assure that as soon as the warranty is over the paint falls, they do not know what they are doing, they only paint withouth sanding
