Was supposed to fix my window regulator and found out we needed the motor. He didn’t have which was fine but upon him leaving I asked for him to put my window back the way everything was before he worked on it. He did not, he left several things disconnected, my driver door lock buttons don’t work anymore, my window fell and I had to screw a nail into the bottom of my door randomly so it wouldn’t fall while driving.. the window regulator wires were just hanging and not on it’s proper wheel as it was before. Screws were left over on my floor board and a bunch of screws were missing... Very disappointed because he was professional when I hired for a replacement window and tint but today he left everything undone.

Woke up to a shattered back windshield and found Noura Auto online. He took my car in right away without an appointment and finished within an hour. Called around after my Insurance quoted me $500 for my deductible in order to replace my windshield call this company the guy was super professional save me almost $325 and he came out to me he does such good work I actually called him back out to replace my windshield on my 1965 Chevy pick up which is not easy to do considering it’s such an old truck and the methods of change since back in 1965. Don’t spend the money by going to some fancy shop they charge you for stuff you don’t need this guy does really good work at quality price and if anything is damaged he said he’ll pay for it on the spot.

We took my girlfriends car here to get a hole patched in the tire. We were told it would be between $10-20 to do the job. We left the car there and when we returned they told us the total was $35. Later in the week we realized the hole was still there. We went back to ask for our money back and he asked if we even got the tire fixed there, like he didnt even know who we were. He said he would fix it again but said he would not give a refund. Once I told him no thank you, he started to get aggressive with me after I explained that we were taking it somewhere else because we did not want to risk anything with a long road trip. Once we took it to the dealership they told us there was a nail in the tire, which means this tire shop did nothing but put air in the tire. This situation is a bit disappointing because I like to give part of my business to local businesses. Needless to say, I wont be going back here and I would recommend for others to stay away.

Called last minute to see about getting my tint removed. They told me to come right in and with the price they said, I could not resist. It took me about an hour to get there and they still took me right away. They were done within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Definitely recommend.

Called around to some of the other highly rates shops and Noura had the best prices by far. They are just a little shop in the parking lot of a gas station but they had the window I needed delivered in an hour, installed it in 30 mins and beat everybody elses quote by about $30-$50. I will be coming back here!
