One of the best organized yards and friendly people I have run across in Austin Texas. If you need some Auto Parts call First and they have a great selection, easy to find what youre looking for and the prices are fantastic, I will definitely be coming back.

Let me first say, I am in NO way a mechanic. Called this morning asking if they had a rear passenger spindle with rotor for a 2003. Honda crv AWD. The man was very polite even though he could hear my mechanic in the background telling me exactly what to say to him. 🤣 He says he does. Yay! Ive been waiting for days and calling a bunch of places but no one seemed to have it for the AWD. I already got burned at 3 other parts places saying they had it, only to be disappointed when they only had it for front wd, even though I specified over the phone. 😡 Anyways, we drive the hour or so to get there and not only did they get the piece for me, the man at the counter even helped me out and had the other man load it up for me!!! The price was more than fair and I would have gladly paid them a little extra for everything they did if I could afford it. If I ever need a part again, Im going there and only there!! Yall are Angels 😇😁Thank a bunch!! YALL ARE THE BEST!!

This place is fixing his car and have had it for a while...and I didnt see the car when I dropped my son off last night, either! So Im rating this place bc its got me in des streets dropping & picking my son up - FIX THE DANG CAR!!😒

My car was totaled and towed elsewhere. Called Tony and he gave me a quick estimate, dealt with paperwork, towed the car, and paid me all same day.

Was promised photos of a vehicle and called back a few times, and each time I was promised the photos by the next day. After a few more days I called and they had crushed the vehicle. I cant imagine why a customer was utterly forgotten. They apologized but in that way that you know they dont care at all. What a waste of time. Im not impressed with these guys at all. My experience defined mediocrity.

I visited this part store for a part for my car, and had a amazing experience. I couldn’t make it the day I intially called due to Austin traffic but David was so helpful and offered to hold it til the next day for me. That was so perfect for my timing situation. The next day I called the store to reconfirm the part was there and Steve/Juan confirmed it was. I arrived to the store and they had it waiting up front for me. Kindly gave me service for my purchase and even helped me buy a tire. Walked me outside and assisted me to put them in my car.Above and beyond service. I received a Excellent price within my budget for my part and kind service along with it I’m very impressed.

Do NOT shop here. Initially Tony was very helpful in finding a rare part and then ordering it, he was the person that sold me the part and he told me that if the part did not work, bring it back. The part was defective and did not work so I brought it back to Tony and thats when the true business culture came out. Tony asked for the original receipt, unfortunately I lost the receipt and could not produce it. I did produce a bank statement that indicated that I had purchased the part and as I stated, Tony ordered the part, took my money and was the one I tried to return the part to. So they knew who I was and not just some guy trying to bring a random part for money. To avoid giving me a refund Tony then said there was supposed to be a marking on the part to indicate the part came from them, but there was not. Tony was talking on the phone and admitted to the person he was talking to that he had not looked at the part to verify if there was a marking on the part. I believe I provided enough documentation to prove the part came from them and Tony was well aware of who I was. He spoke to some woman who said I could have store credit. Since they would honor their stated policy I took it to my financial institution for help. A representative from Austin Pick-A-Part lied and said that the part had a marking on it when I picked it up. So since it was their word against mine and I could not produce the original receipt I got stuck with a defective and useless part.I would not recommend doing business with these shady, and unethical liars! There is definitely a reason they are rated so poorly!!! Beware!!!

I was able to find one of a myriad of parts I was looking for. The selection wasn’t to great, at least for my truck. But the guys are honest and fair. The manager gave me a great deal on a wiring harness for my trailer light assembly - I ripped it out mudding. At Toyota - $168. At Pick-A-Part - $27. Works perfect. Check this place out!

WENT INTO THIS PLACE LAST WEEK, I AM AMAZED ON HOW CLEAN IT IS. THE GUYS WERE REALLY NICE, AND FUNNY SPECIALLY TONY. THEY HELPED ME GET THE PART I NEEDED (A STRUT ). JUST SO EVERYONE KNOW, THEY MAKE CARNE ASADA EVERY SATURDAY LOL. I ALSO GOT TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER HES VERY SMART AND HUMBLE, BUT ANYWAYS PRICES WERE FAIR, I LIKED THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE.

Looking for a window regulator. They quoted me $65 for a new part, who goes to a salvage yard for a new part? And a quick search showed the part I am looking for is only $35. Glad I didnt waste the gas to get there. Not giving 1 star because hey, maybe it was just one jackass on the phone...

It was cool. Arrived their and received my part in less then 15 min, by the way they where not that busy, but they were very nice and polite. Im sure their are problems, just as Im sure their are people with attitudes that shop their. Over all I would say call for the part ask for a picture to be text if possible and if patients is not your virtrue you can always go shop or pay full price somewhere else. As a shopper you have to do your due diligence and ask questions etc. !

Ordered a suspension with the spinning axle for the wheel, after over three weeks of going back and forth with the workers for a refund I offered them to keep $125 of the $433 I paid just to get this over with. They refused and ordered the part, mind you THREE WEEKS after I paid for it, so finally I waited yet another week for the part to arrive and lo and behold it was missing the spinning axle. The owner offered me a refund or the suspension without the spinning axle for the full $433 I paid for the whole suspension!TL;DRDont bother with this place unless you like waiting months for someone to offer you a refund or half your order!

I bought parts for a transmission and they wanted to charge me more money then the part are worth new, its okay $2 or $5 dollars, but a whole extra $25, man I wish the other store (whatever it takes) was open on the weekends

I needed a door for my lincoln. I called ahead and Jay confirmed that the door was available. When I got there. I was led into the yard to see ths door. I haggled for an outstanding price and they took the door off right then. Great experience! Ill deffinately be back.

I was looking for a hard to find sulev fuel tank for my bmw and they had the full assembly for a great price! i made several calls during the process and Tony (and Douglas) was very patient and helpful with each question I had. Great place to start when search for those parts a manufacturer no longer makes. They even get the part for you. Reasonably priced as well.

I liked coming here when they had self-service. Since then it hasnt been good. When I went there I seem to remember they were pretty much all on the phone and no one helping me. I waited too long so I left a note with my part request and I never got a call. I e-mailed them and never got a reply. Their online inventory isnt accurate. I called about a vehicle I saw online and they said it was crushed.

This junkyard is the worst at customer service I bought a differential went to pick it and the salesperson Douglas outright lied to me and said it was the one I needed after I had paid for and they were going to load it I noticed it was wrong Douglas would not refund me the 200 I paid even though I hadn’t even loaded it yet Douglas and the owner Roberto Aleman refused to give me a refund. They are truly there only to take advantage of people I should have read the bad reviews DO NOT BUY from this business I feel for their part pullers because their working conditions look horrible OSHA and TWC should really go inspect! If I could give 0 for a rating I would!

When we first showed up we were welcomed and greeted, they were very fast at getting us the steering wheel column that was requested, i would recommend anybody to go here, they dont waist your time getting you what you need.

This place is very straight-forward in terms of pricing and getting parts. Prices are also notably lower than most other auto yards. The staff were willing to work with me on a very difficult automatic-to-manual transmission swap requiring a laundry list of parts and they never got upset with my demand that I get every nut, bolt and bracket necessary. Ill be returning here for every used part I need that they have available.

This place is terrible, they refuse to keep track of inventory. They will not call you back. Douglas will tell you he will go look for a part and then when you call back the next guy just laughs and says that Douglas is a liar and you will have to come yourself to see about a part. Then they want to charge over half what it costs to get a new part from Dodge for a salvage part. Dont shop here! It is awful.

Ive never actually been there before, never called, or done any kind of business there... Ever. But, I have heard horror stories before, about this place, the quality service, the demeanor of the employees, and business practices by management, from friends and mechanics who HAVE, and somehow still do. Checking them out here, I cant help but notice that all of the scathing comments, and negative reviews are of a particularly detailed and personal type, that all seem to sound similar, with almost crystal-clear familiarity. Whats actually quite amusing to me, in kind of a sadistic way, are all of the so-very positive one-liners of compliment and praise that seem to contradict, or conflict with, the horror story reviews. Almost as if each obvious, blatant favorable comments of praise and approval were, I dont know... DAMAGE CONTROL???As Ive stated, Ive never been there before, so I have no first-hand experience with this outfit, and absolutely will not ever, under any circumstances, do business with surly, careless, rude, obnoxious, semi-retarted buffoons that probably make the entire cast of the film Idiocracy sound like Ivy League professors and JPL engineers by comparison. Whomever the manager or head person there was absolutely unreasonable! Pulled a performance that took me several hours and when I brought it to checkout he wanted to charge retail price! Ridiculous! I could have got a better price on Ebay or Craigslist than what hes charging! Damn it, what a waste of time! On the other hand, the other employees were much more hospitable. Avoid El Heffe or dont go there at all! As for me, I will never go there again or recommend any of my peers!

I called and I had to wait more than 10 minutes is not fair q you have waiting so long when they should assist to see what customers are looking for q not let q standby time he pleases.

It is too much car they sell you everything with only a 15 percent discount from the new original price if you start to investigate, they sold me parts of my Jeep Cherokee that new cost 49 they gave me 45 the fender 50 new 42 the front pin 125 alone and new complete with spotlights and everything cost 130 you really go better buying new or another place but here I do not read it I recommend the treatment is regular I am a mechanic and the guy treats me like Im an asshole they know everything you dont know anything for them be careful if I choose this place
