I ordered new bolt for alternator. I brought a bolt to this location and showed a rep for reference. He ordered it and told me it would be ready next day.I went back next day, but got wrong bolt. It was a bolt for water pump. A rep ordered a bolt for water pump only because they looked similar in diagram. So a rep ordered it again. Got a call two days later and i went back. And he got the same bolt for water pump, not alternator.Next time Ill search google instead of wasting my time with these guys.
I have been going to this service center since I purchased the vehicle from them. I get lifetime oil changes for free and I am considering going somewhere else even if I have to pay. I am not one to post reviews especially bad ones but this is a rarity. I have gone all the way up to the Service Department manager with nothing but an aloof, plausible deniability type of arrogance. My first issue was with a faulty fuel pump and sensor. (3-4 visits, no answer to why I’m left on the side of the rotate with a quarter tank of gas on the gauge but an empty tank) 5th visit I told them to replace the fuel pump and my issue was fixed. My second issue, rather embarrassing one for me, was a completely corroded positive battery terminal. (3 visit, no solution and no fix) I trusted their multi-point inspection plus the complaint I had that my vehicle died while driving, complete power loss three times so far. The 4th time I ended up driving and truck died, I costed to a stop, in the rain and had to figure out why it was dead. My first look was the battery. The positive terminal connection was so corroded I removed it with just one pinky! Replaced the battery to a not corroding type of battery and installed a new positive battery terminal myself. Now I just had another sad experience with the service department. I went in for an oil change and was offered a tire rotation. I told my service against I get them free but if he wanted to toss it in go ahead. I was never told there was a charge. If I was I would have said no due to my comment right before that...I get them for free. I wasn’t made aware of the charge until I was checking out. When I told my service agent, I got a ‘did you not agree to a tire rotation?’ I simply did not want to argue with him when he had two other customers in his office. I ended up paying $30 for something I get free, which goes against their ‘Upfront Pricing Guarantee’. And they didn’t even offer me the complimentary PrecisionCare powered by Clorox total360, which came free with any service. So my advise to future customers, do not trust this service department. They have shown a habit of not complying with their own policies and not caring to repair customer relationships either.
Very annoying. Bad service. Ive been sitting for two and a half hours, no news. Ill think twice before coming here next.
Juan Diego helped me so much yesterday at the AutoNation parts department. His kindness and help saved me hundreds of dollars and brought so much joy to my day! He really went above and beyond - thank you so much!!
Been sitting here for 3+ hours for an oil change still have yet to have a rep come talk to me about my vehicle. Went and tracked the guy who checked me in. Hes gone and his partner is cluless about my vehicle. Now waiting 3.5 hours the lounge has cleard out twice
Customer service is really good. Never any mistakes since Ive been using them. Get your parts fast
On hold for over five minutes before I hung up. Not worth a second chance when there’s loads of options both in town and online.
Hard to find, parts guy slow and, meh knowledgability
Demasiado tiempo 4 horas de espera y contando pra solo cambiar aceite y filtro
Yeve my truck for service and the filter was not changed. They put the same
Expensive but good service
