Service was great! Mark is always very helpful and pleasant. He goes the extra mile if needed. Ed, the driver, is a very kind person and drives carefully when dropping me off at work and picking me up.. The mechanic who worked on the car put the seat and mirrors back where I had them - thats a very cool customer service move. I appreciate the great service.

I would avoid this dealership! I called on a vehicle, and the manager was out (golfing I think they said), and they would get back to me. So since he was out and I was waiting, a manager sold the truck to a friend of his without calling me.. I guess calling back customers and helping them is not part of their values.

I was SO HAPPY when we drove up and my car was sitting outside all shiny & clean!!! I have always thought a complimentary car wash should be included when you get an oil change but not many places do that and Id never had that done for me before at Asa so I was INCREDIBLY HAPPY when I saw a clean car!!! This is EXCELLENT customer service!!

I looked at many cars and test drove at least 5 different brands at over that many different dealers. I liked the car I originally drove at Asa Auto Plaza but Armando realized I like another brand better and he found it for me at another dealer for the same price as the original one. It was a fantastic price and I received a good value for my trade-in.

Our salesman, Armando, was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were looking at, spent a lot of time with us, was very courteous, and very responsive to texts, which I appreciate with a busy schedule. He didnt have the vehicle on his lot, but found us exactly what we wanted quickly. We could not be more happier with our experience.

Armando and the team of sales associates made the new car buying experience exciting and easy. At first didnt plan on also purchasing the extended warranty and Zilon paint protection but when given the details of how it SAVES MONEY in the long run, we did purchase the additional protection. Excellent service and very professional staff

Werent very friendly. Promised a gas card twice, still havent received it. Texted salesman about a problem with the radio the very next day. Never acknowledged my text but had no problem calling back or texting before the sale. Acted like we were a pain in the butt towards the end of the sale. Only gave 2 stars because they finally relented to some haggling towards the end of the sale. Will not return nor recommend. AUSTIN, MN CAR PLAZA

After my wifes recent collision with a deer we found out how just how great it is to have a dealer as wonderful as ASA to work with. We had the car towed to their body shop and Mark worked with the insurance company as they determined the car was totaled. So we needed another vehicle in a hurry. We were fixed up with a loaner which was a major blessing. Then lots of help looking at different options until we found a new set of wheels. The dedication and help we received from Tanner and all the staff at ASA auto really helped ease a very stressful event. We cant say enough good things about our experience with ASA and would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service and a decent lounge to wait in, but a scheduled oil change took 90 minutes and ended up costing way more than I pay at my normal place.

Todd went out of his way way to find the perfect truck that I wanted. Very happy with my first new GMC.

Took my car their to get looked at and talked to the company that I got my car from and found out that I was going to get charged more for the part at ASA and called and asked if they could fax what was wrong with the car to my company and it took the whole day and I even tried to call the manger and just got the answering machine and he never returned the call
