Discriminated against people with medical conditions. Not in compliance with ADA. Tried to explain to staff but they were not knowledgeable (or smart) enough to understand. Will not be returning. Tons of other places with kitchen equipment. I guess they dont like to have business. Their loss.

I recently needed a few things during our time at home and ace mart had everything I needed and more. Their curbside pick up has only been available for a month, and they had their whole process down great. Brian, an extremely nice worker, went above and beyond to help me purchase something else by going into the store and doing it for me since I had two young kids in the car. So appreciative for this curbside service and workers like Brian!! Thank you!!

The staff here is exceptional. I purchased almost $6,000 worth of products and Reese was patient and thorough and suggested little things that I may have forgotten that went with some of the products I was already purchasing. He then got 2 more people to help load everything into my truck. He thanked me for my business and invited me back. Top notch customer service, above and beyond personally, and always professional.

Not just for restaurant professionals. I saw full metal sheet pans on sale for $5.99 the other day. Got 2 sturdy metal chairs for under $50. I just stopped by to pick up a knife sharpener. They had a good selection at a good price and really knew what they were talking about. Super helpful and friendly.

This place is awesome! I take cooking classes at the Central Market Cooking School, and the chef/teacher recommended this place for knife sheathes. They have an assortment and every sized knife. I was in a hurry, but the place is a kitchen lovers/meal preppers dream. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great place to get all you would need for a food service establishment. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars are the prices. They are higher than anything I have ever seen.

Great service as always. Ive been to three other restaurant supply store this week and Ace Mart is the only place that I could find glass bottles for hot sauce. The price was lower than I expected as well so it was a total win for me.

The staff was demeaning to my girlfriend who was buying ice cube trays for a school project. I refused to pay in light of such rude service and told them if that is the way they treat a customer then I will take my business elsewhere (mission or amazon). Good riddance.

Today was my first experience at Ace Mart, or at any restaurant supply store for that matter. I regret not shopping here sooner for my home kitchen needs, the selection was amazing, the prices were lower then you would find at places like Bed Bath and Beyond, or Target, and the staff was friendly.Thank you for the great first experience Ace Mart @ Congress & Oltorf, I will be back for any of my kitchen needs.

I will NEVER buy another item here again. Salespeople here are extremely incompetent, lazy and moronic. I was told 2-3 week for a table (not exactly a complicated item).A month later - after repeated calls and being put on hold every single time - still no table. This is AFTER telling me it was being delivered today a week ago. Nothing but lies and incompetence. Theyre like the U.S Post Office over there. Surly, arrogant and with IQs of about 80.Stay away if possible!!

Dont bother having anything ordered for you and expect it to come in when they say. Made a special trip to get my order and not there. We can get it next Tuesday . SMH
