These ladies are not only incredibly helpful, but are ON THE CASE if something goes wrong. Heather is one of the sweetest knowledgeable product reps out there and always has the best recommendations. Love this shop!

High end products and super friendly customer service and very student friendly ! I really enjoy my time when I’m there

The store is very beautiful, and they really do have higher-end product lines. I have been using a specific product line, and unfortunately they are the only carriers in my area that I have found. My issues are; they are often out of the products that I need whether by not reordering, or they are backordered; they also frequently dont have available parking (they have reserved spots that are often taken up by another retailer in their shopping center). I travel about 45 minutes to an hour which makes not having parking (or the product I need) a huge issue. Lately, within the past year, I have noticed their service has dwindled also. So much so that I am considering changing product lines, because my experience there is just acceptable to unacceptable. Im not sure if they need to be staffed better, or what the issues are.
