My favorite location! Such a big variety on things!!

I live in Georgetown and I just recently came to realize that all the other Armstrongs that are North Austin are owned by a different guy and more expensive every item in the store Georgetown cedar Park oak knoll and round Rock are more expensive than south Lamar.The staff at the South Lamar locations are qualified cosmetologists that know their stuff ..consummate professionals very friendly the atmosphere is joyous and its a great place to browse rest assured even at a time like this South Lamar location will almost always have what you need

Same thing as other reviews, I was so excited to know they had Schwarzkopf colors at the store and after spending 30 mins selecting the colors the cashier told me they couldnt sell the products because they are wholesale and have better prices, which is not true because you can get them at Amazon even cheaper. Its always convenient to have a good store around, the fact that they are not selling to the public and you need a license to buy is not very smart, I wouldnt miss that income if I was the owner, people are not gonna stop going to hairdressers, its just ridiculous. Whoever wants to do their hair at home will do it either buying products online, Sally or any other option. So OWNER of the store, please reconsider your business position about selling to the public, I would love to be one of your customers :-) Thanks

Frequently out of stock on tools and products and the employees never know when those products will be restocked. The employees never really seem to know anything useful, which is managements fault and not theirs.

My daughter is in beauty school do I took her here. Research the products rather that relying on the staff ... although helpful, cute and nice, just research the products yourself. If you can get a person with a licence to bring you here!

If I had hair I would want to get all my hair stuff here but my wife is the one that went, the parking lot has great cell service and good radio reception for the husbands waiting in the car!!!

My favorite location! They have a great selection of nail supplies and polishes.

If you didnt go to Beauty School you cant shop here. No license no sale. Did not know it was restricted so wasted half an hour only to have checkout clerk tell me I could not buy my products. She said it was because the prices are wholesale. The prices were no lower than comparable stores. Skip this store and go to Sephora!
