I should have looked at the reviews before placing my order. They happily took our money before even doing a thing, and about a month later Im getting an automated email that they dont have the material I ordered. No ETA provided, customer service not available (in fact, its not even a person on the phone, youre calling a computer!), Kevin (if that is even a real person...) is unresponsive, which is a pattern, apparently. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my 20+ years working in the cosmetics supply chain. BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Kevin is completely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Their products are great but the service is why I will be going elsewhere.
