Havent tried the food but they have an incredible selection of beers. Ive honestly never seen so many taps. The bartenders are really cool too, and they make trying new beers fun. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the vibe is laid back so you can feel comfortable hanging out for a while. The location lacks some charm but the business itself is very charming.

Liked their wide choice of beers, both local and regional. Tried three small samples and all were enjoyable. Helpful beer-tender, he even asked some other local customers about other places nearby for more good beer and food! Covid19 safe, not very crowded after work bunch of people. No food, so went to eat elsewhere.

This place was great! The tap list was really impressive, felt like 100 beers on tap - lots of good local and some national beers, most of which were true craft so you beer-snobs can really get your moneys worth. The waitress was super nice and accomodating for our bachelor party, giving us lots of great beer recos and kept our waters topped off. Thank you!

This place is pretty dope, theres a great selection of 48+ beers on tap organized by type, they arent overpriced, and theres a decent, friendly atmosphere without too many of the overt attempts to cater to hipsters.I almost wanted to rate it badly so less people would visit, but I cant do that to this place.

Great service a must try

This was a by chance place. I went there to wait for classes to be over and caught happy hour. The bar tenders were very knowledgeable about the pours. We were able to taste before we bought and the 84 on tap is pretty impressive. I love to try IPA’s and that was just what happened. The appetizers were good, too. We had such a great experience at Growler USA in Austin. Friendly service from a knowledgeable bartender and delicious beers! Will definitely go back next time we are in Austin!

This bar has a lot of local beers with good variety. If youre wanting to sample a bunch of brands, this is a good place to start with their 4oz pours. My only complaint would be a lot of their menu was sold out, so it was hard to pick something we wanted. Their wings are pretty decent though

If you want to learn about beer and wine making go here. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They filled my Co2 tank while I waited. If you ask real nicely they will give you a free sample of their latest home brew.

Came here with a few friends for the Friends Trivia night. We ordered some draft beer from the many selections. Stopped by on a whim while riding my bike around town and this place is great! Cannon suggested some great beers. Prairie sour and 8th wonder nitro stout were uhhmazing! But so many options for everyone. Will definitely be coming back with my pups!

Beer selection is great. Last I went they had trouble with my food order and I ended up getting the ticket comped for the effort. Also spent time talking with one of their managers about it all, and just getting to know him. Good times. Hopefully theyll figure out an approach that works for the size of their kitchen and kitchen staff to avoid or solve issues like mine. Other than that minor problem it was a blast as always.

Their tap beer selection is great. They have decent food. Not the best but it fills you. Happy hour ends at 7 (not sure when it starts). The place is a bit small and there is no entertainment (pool table or darts etc)Can get crowded. Not sure why but there are food choices for the kids

This place is great. The beer is incredible, and you dont have to have any prior knowledge of craft or specialty beers. Excellent helpful staff, yummy food. But what takes the cake is the atmosphere. Very relaxed and open. We will be going again!

Fine, but not sure what niche its filling in Austin market. Good selection of beers but not the greatest. Food is predictable and fine bar food but again not amazing. That said only thing like it on this side of UT.

Came before happy hour during the week. The bartender, Cassandra, is a badass and certified brewer- she knows what she’s talking about. Friendly, good conversationalist, and gave me tasters of new beers I hadn’t even asked for. Will definitely be back!

Growlers is a fantastic local pub with the largest selection of beer on tap Ive ever seen! Really friendly staff, super cool atmosphere, very clean, and I love the little bar seats that face out the open windows. Id highly recommend Growlers, and I cant wait to come back!

Great location and soooo many beers. I went with a friend on a Sunday and played a few games of chess while sipping some quality brews. Staff was attentive but not over bearing. They were rather friendly as well. Will definitely be back.

Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. Certainly worth going back to. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. Ambience reminds me of San Diegos scene.

Amazing place, some of the cheapest quality beer youll find in Austin, 100 taps of some great stuff. Workers are very friendly and love to give good recommendations. Became a regular here after the first time I stepped in the place, couldnt give higher regards in my experiences here. After coming a few times and bringing new people, they gave me a chameleon cold brew glass for being a good customer it seemed! Great place to bring a few friends who love beer.Food is great as well, brought my family here only knowing how good and cheap the beers were, thinking they cant possibly have good food as well. But thankfully they proved me wrong! Ive even gone out of the way to call my friends from out of town to tell them they have to come up simply to check this place out and stumble back to my place.Only about 2-3 on bar staff per night, so a small group is good, but dont expect to bring a bunch(>10) of people here at once.

I came here with about 10 people for drinks after class, and it took absolutely no time at all to have our drinks in hand. The bartender knew all of the 100 beers that were on tap, and could recommend us drinks solely on what we had previously liked. All of the prices for beers were good too! Definitely would go again.

We took our son and his friends there to celebrate his 21st birthday. Great choices of beer and like to 4 oz option to offer us to taste more. The food was great too! Would like to have seen a few more options of food, but overall it was good. Service was excellent!!

Chicken Banch Ranch Flatbread is amazing!

My favorite local craft beer place. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely love the beer theyre pouring. 100+ taps, most of which are native to the great state of Texas. Food is good, and tap takeover beers are cheap during their happy hour from 4-7 m-f and all day Sunday. In addition to happy hour, all-day specials keep ya coming back throughout the week. Cant recommend this place enough.

Management needs to clean up their act. I refuse to have my credit card held hostage while I patronize. These folks are more worried about taking your card when you order, than providing good service. Was prepared for a meal with several beers. Their contemptuous, presumptive arrogance insured that I left after first beer.

Great beer selection - categorized and plenty in each. The food however is a different story: I’ve had the Sliders before and what a disappointment! First of all, I believe there used to be 3 Sliders per order, maybe smaller, but there was so little meat (Brisket) on them, that the buns looked much larger. Taste wise, they’re ok, but certainly nothing to write home about! Next, the (Tater) Tots: they’re good, but the menu lists the sauce choices and includes - Beer Cheese (which was recommended by the bartender) but when I received the bill, the Beer Cheese is $1.50 extra. They all (bartenders) told me, they’ve pushed to indicate that on the menu, but it’s fallen deaf ears. Still, with that being a constant issue, you would think they would have told me when I was ordering! All in all, there are plenty of GREAT Craft Beer place in Austin; I don’t see any reason to spend my money at Growler USA anymore!!!

This place has an awesome selection of beers! Theyre all on tap too! Super cheap and have discounts pretty frequently. A 4 oz is around $1.50. A 16 is anywhere from $4.50-7.00 all around a good place.

Great beer selection and very friendly knowledgable staff . However be warned about the parking lot. I got a boot on my car while I was parked in the lot for Growler USA. I asked and argued with the parking security that I was at Growler but they claimed I left the lot. Even after showing them my receipt from Growler they still charged me $150 to remove the boot. great business horrible parking management.

Whats not to love? They have enough choices that getting something new each time is recommended in my book. The staff was extremely knowledgeable.Well keep coming as long as beers flowing.

One of the few places in Austin Ive seen that serves tasters as well as pints and growler fills. The variety of taps is fantastic and reasonably priced, and there are other drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) available in addition to decent food options. All beers are from microbrews; the majority are local and none are international imports.There is a small parking lot shared with the other businesses - so while parking can be limited, at least it exists!

One of my favorite places in West Campus, laid back vibes and great for catching up with friends over a beer or two.
