Great location to sit, pull up a chair with a friend, kick back and relax. Located next to the Thinkery, it was a perfect location for the Dads to take a break and chill with a brew. Tons of options to choose from, and a very relaxed vibe. If you come in with someone that doesn’t care for beer, no worries, they have coffee options and non-alcoholic drinks. A perfect score because it was exactly what we needed that day.

I would give this place 5 stars due to the desirable location, nice storefront, modern look inside but I have to give this place a low review because of the person that was running the store. The employee was by himself and seemed bothered when my friend and I went in. We were the only customers inside. I was going to pick something up for my husband and my little child had to go to the bathroom. I asked if I could use the bathroom there. The employee said it was not open to the public. (Last time I was there, someone else that helped us with the beer selection pointed me and my little in the direction of the bathroom.) It was a little awkward because I didnt want my little one to create a puddle in the middle of the store and the employee remained silent. So my next question was, where can I find an available bathroom? He mentioned there are a few public ones. which I thought, great, I asked where? He told me, I dont know and walked away. I had to leave the store without anything which is a shame because I thought the store had a nice selection. I couldnt go back because he made me feel so uncomfortable and he was just inconsiderate to the fact a small child needed to go to the bathroom and he seemed like he didnt care. I hope he is not the owner. It would be a shame if he was because he was not helpful at all or mindful of how he acted in a rude way. I hope he was just having a bad day.

Ordered beers online from Spain for my friend who lives close to this store in Texas for her birthday. Fantastic prices. Fantastic online ordering service. And though I havent tried them myself, Im told fantastic beers.

The bottle selection was great! Good variety of styles, and prices were reasonable. Both people we talked to were very knowledgeable about the beers, especially local Austin fare. Also good recommendations for Dallas.Would come back to enjoy a beer from the draft list as it looked solid. They also had breakfast tacos from Taco Deli!!

This place is awesome because they have ALL the beers! Huge collection. The best thing is you can buy singles of almost any beer they have which is great for trying new beers without having to commit to a six-pack

Its really hard to find an independent bottle shop with an extensive selection, and even harder to find one with a knowledgeable staff. Whichcraft perfectly fits that bill. The bottle shop is eclectic and offers nothing but good, great, and excellent choices. The rotating tap selection is delicious as both quality and variety come at a reasonable price. If for whatever reason you dont like beer, Whichcraft will fix you right up.

Generally laid back and relaxing, Whichcraft is a great place to shop for a special/specific bottle youre looking for, or to have a beer (or two) from their well curated tap list. Everyone Ive ever talked to there has been knowledgeable and excited about beer, and more than willing to make a suggestion about which beers to buy, especially the owner, Jody. Its not cheap, but the prices arent unreasonable either

Knowledgeable staff and good selection

This place is fantastic. Coffee bar, plenty of beer on tap, and the citys best selection of bottled beers. They also sell crowlers here (canned tap beer using a super cool canning machine right on the counter) and have special events from time to time. My girlfriend and I went to a beer and cheese tasting and had a great time. The staff is universally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

A wonderful place I never knew existed prior to a walk around Lake Mueller! Greg was friendly from the beginning and was good at answering any questions my fiancee and I gave him. We are definitely coming back!

Great little bottle shop and draft beer hangout. They do cheaper 4oz pours so you can try most of the taps. Its in a great spot next to the park and even has a few outdoor seats.

Hidden gem in our neighborhood. They often carry brews almost no one else has on tap. Great place to chill out in the afternoon, especially the patio in the spring and fall. Right beside the lake if you want to take a stroll before or after.

Extremely stingy bartender, i never had one think foam was a good enough sample. As if that wasnt ridiculous enough, he was quick to be the irritated one and tried to post the ridicule upon me after merely asking for another sample as all the rest were 95% foam and therefore inconclusive as Im not a beer person although Ill rarely get a little more curious every now and then; something I even mentioned to him upon my arrival.

Aside from the wordplay moniker, this place is a 3-fer! It has wine, coffee, and beer! There is literally a wall of beer and some of them are rare finds. The draught list runs to gamut from local to national and there were some great beers I have not seen readily available around Austin.It has a very “Mueller” ambiance in that it is industrial meets contemporary in décor. I’m not sure if seating is limited or abundant because there seemed to be an odd rotation of musical chairs happening where people who were standing at the bar drinking after ordering would migrate to tables and vice versa. My friend and I picked a stool and planted.They have pour/pricing options I have not seen before in that they offer 5oz and 10oz pours with various prices per based on the beer. I’m not sure if the somewhat inflated price per pour is because of the area, the rent for their location, or because they are new. But, there was not a “throwaway” beer on tap, so you will at least be getting quality for the price.The staff here is super engaging and beer knowledgeable (I would expect nothing less from a place like this) and the owner/manager was an absolute delight!I would like to come back and explore their wine and coffee options and maybe leave w/a rare beer find from the Wall.

Staff are friendly, fantastic selection of beers. A big fan of their beer size options (5oz, 10oz, 16oz and 20oz) in case youre in the mood to try a lot of different things or youre ready to throw down a favorite.
