I purchased a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift for a young lady attending Concordia next fall. The sweatshirt was a little small and she wanted to get the next size up, and apparently they have a no return policy on clothing items only? This makes so sense at all-- I bought a cup/tumbler also, but could have returned that ( which could have been used- gross, and returned?) but I cannot exchange a sweatshirt- which has not been worn and had the tags on it?Unbelievable---
