My first experience with Travis roofing. I called in my order outside which is the protocol. I then waited for my order over 25 minutes. I then called and reminded the front desk about my order. The problem came when the forklift driver delivering the material came. He had a attitude with me. Looked me dead in my eyes, leaned over in the forklift and stuck his neck out and said, here is your order!! he was very assertive and he had a look in his face where he wanted fight if I were to say anything back to him. I thought it could of been because I called the office to remind them my order isnt out yet and its been almost 30 minutes. Thats all I can think of. Other than that I was sitting in my truck on the phone. This was the first interaction with the driver so there shouldnt be any reason why he acted this way. I rather go to ABC Supply. The description of the forklift driver was a half white half black male, light skinned.

The Ladies upfront are GREAT!. They went the extra mile to help me figure out exactly what model my shingle was despite the age of the roof. DO NOT GO anywhere else for your roofing needs.

Warehouse guy loading and unloading trucks (bald white guy) has a mejor attitude problem, theres always issues and apparently he cant read.
