I live in a small town in Missouri and absolutely loved my trip to the Domain in Austin, Diptyque being the highlight of my shopping. I am familiar with the brand, love it, and basically wanted to browse and just experience shopping in their brick and mortar store. I was lucky enough to go during the week, in the morning when they werent busy. My salesperson, Zachary, was super helpful, very patient, professional, and absolutely made the shopping experience. Ive been dying to go to a Diptyque store for years, there wasnt a question he couldnt answer or, even better, elaborate on. Loved it!!

Upon walking in the store we were warmly greeted by David.I came in as I had heard many good things of the philosykos l, I wanted to smell it before I bough it. I liked it but It was not what I thought it was going to be.We spend about ten minutes going on a smelling tour around the world.So many great descriptions and scents. I loved the experience.We ended up getting quite a few different scents. And an amazing candle. Perfect for mens den made for John Galliano.Loved it will be back.🙏✨

The woman working here was so rude and pretentious. She made the whole experience really dreadful. Left feeling super disappointed, so decided to walk over to Nordstrom to buy from there instead.

The people at the boutique were very friendly and gave me 3 sample bottles! Was a great experience overall.

Amazing customer service. The perfumes here smell so unique and amazing. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I was shocked at their ability to give such good service and attention to me when they knew I couldn’t afford one of their candles at the time of my visit. I’ll absolutely be back to buy one from them someday because of how well they treated me.

I first discovered Diptyque when I stumbled into their San Francisco boutique on a business trip and fell in love with their fragrances (especially the candles). Im not alone, and its great to see Austin get a boutique. Just picked up a bottle of their home/room spray and really enjoying it, especially for when I dont have the time for a candle.
