Fashion Floors installed carpet in our master bedroom & wood flooring on our lower level floors. Both installs were excellent! Would definitely recommend them to my friends & would use them again.

We worked with Kimo to pick out some new flooring for a house we bought recently. The whole process was great from walking in to placing our order. No pushy sales, plenty of opportunities to browse, and total willingness to answer basic questions from us first-timers. Kimo was very thoughtful and helpful when it came to helping us stay within our square footage budget and showing us materials he knew we could get delivered fast. A great experience all around.

The store has good collection of LVP and the owner Janak was attentive to our requirements and helped me through the selection. Had no issues there. They had to remove the tiles/carpet and then had to install the LVP in my brand new home. The guy who turned up to get this job done did not even have minimum sense to seal down the areas to avoid the dust from tiles to spread. Also, owner had told me he would send shoe moulds but then did not. I had to follow up on that and get it on time.After the LVP installation, I was so disappointed to see a lot of dents/paint peels off the walls everywhere he took off the tiles. The shoe moulds was in a different color and did not go well with the baseboard. Owner promised me to correct with paint touch ups but never showed up after collecting the check. I realised only at the end how the owner could offer me better pricing. He balanced the good quality product with cheap labor. Owner does not respond to any future queries. I had to hire painters at my expense to fix the damages. I would not recommend this business to my friends.

I used Fashion Floors for an extensive remodel of our home in preparation for sale. I was completely comfortable with Tim Shanahan in my home from their competitive quote, understanding what we needed for the sale vs what we would choose for ourselves. I chose them for their professionalism and reliability and confidence they would do a fantastic job. I was not wrong. I recommend them highly and think you would be foolish to not give them a chance at bidding your work. You will not be disappointed.

I used them for carpeting. They know their product, dont try to upsell you beyond what you need, and were very helpful with advice on an issue I had with my wood floors, which I had not purchased from them. They also were clear on how to take care of my carpeting. Great store, great products, very ethical.

I cannot believe how amazing my floors look! The company I had previously used doesnt hold a candle to Fashion Floors. They really held up to their reputation in customer service and reliability. I didnt know this(overwhelming) process could be so smooth and enjoyable. I will not use another company while Im in Austin!! Thank you Andrea and Tess!!
