It’s a worse location I visited in USIf I can put -5 stars I will doI bought Sim card from themWhen I try to activate it the customer service they say the Sim card has a problemI go back to the store to change the Sim card the supervisor the one he has a glass he say oh we have to charge you for the new Sim card with the activation $80 . So he need me to be 80 bucks when I choose the $35 a plan that’s crazyDon’t never ever visit the store no customer service no respect I was coming to get new plan after this happens I’m never going to be with this Company

Amazing customer service from Lupe! She helped me make the switch from Verizon to Boost, and with a free Galaxy G20! She was able to keep calm and professional while dealing with impatient and demanding customers. Her multi-tasking skills are on point! Oh, she also kept her cool while 2 rowdy toddlers were rampaging around the store!

I would put absolutely 0 stars is I could. the lady answered and I simply asked if she had an iPhone 6 she said no. I asked if they have any trade in deals she said no and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Very angry.
