Excellent service! Helped me out when I was in a bind. Had tables and chairs reserved with another company but I couldnt get a hold of them to confirm pick up. Went to United Rent-all the day before my event and they were able to help me out! They have a customer for life!!

Darin and Martin at United Rent-All really helped my sisters and me out a lot with our fathers 90th birthday celebration. We had 80 friends and family members and even though we were just going to serve cake, it was a big event for us. A little overwhelming at first, but Darin helped us figure out how many tablecloths, napkins, coffee makers and urns, coffee cups, forks and spoons, trays, punch cups, and plates. And Martin had everything organized and ready for us to pick up the day of the event. He even loaded everything in the car for me! The tablecloths were all nicely pressed. Silverware and napkins were wrapped in plastic. Everything was very clean. And the price for everything was really good, too! Five stars for sure!

United Rent All is great. Theyve rented us tables and chairs for two fundraising events Ive done for nonprofit organizations. Theyre friendly, helpful, professional and organized. I searched around before the first event and they were the best priced company and had the best deals for deliveries. I highly recommend them.

Terrible. Changed owners in mid 2019 now goes by the name Phenomenal party rental. Known to be phenomenally unprofessional and unorganized. If you use this company to save a little cash, be prepared for extra stress. 1st, the owner Nina refuses to speak to or work with a man because men just cant take directions. Insisted that a female take the phone and attend all pick ups and deliveries. 2nd issue is follow through. Nina told us to meet her at 4pm 3 days prior to the wedding to pick up supplies. Called at 4 to tell us she doesnt have them yet, and could we come at 5 instead? We arrived at 5 and she had forgotten. Send her husband running to get them in 5 o clock traffic. By 530 she realized that shed be in our area the day before the wedding so she could drop them off at no charge (why we would pay her to deliver after she wasted our afternoon waiting around to pick them up her is beyond me). Lo and behold at the end of that day, she notifies us that she cant drop them off anymore and has us meet her at a gas station to get them. We loaded up the car up and asked twice, is that everything? Are you sure? 4 hours later she realizes she didnt give us everything and no, she cannot deliver this time either, but we should be grateful due to the great deal she gave us. At this time she also threatened that if anything was scratched wed be liable for the replacement of an entire set because pieces cant be bought individually. (False, and this is nowhere in the contract). When I requested delivery for the final missing pieces she told me I was really putting a damper on her day and pretended to not know where the wedding location was even though the day prior she talked my ear off about an event shed been to at the exact site. Upon returning the equipment she said there were water spots and she would need to discuss the consequential extra charges (not in contract) with her husband. Need I say any more?

Recently changed ownership and the new owner is wonderful enthusiastic prompt and has a passion and eye for events and is personable. Great place for event rentals honest people.

Personal service, order was perfect, everything was clean, stain-free, and protected by plastic, whether the linens or the flatware & champagne flutes. Hershel and Andrew delivered on time and picked up on time, and were so friendly and helpful. Also, prices were better than other places I looked.

New owners went above and beyond customer satisfaction. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you all for your help! I will be back soon.

They rent everything you need for a party or event. Easy to work with. Staff is helpful. Plus I like working with a local company. They have years of experience and they made me feel at ease that my event was taken care of.

Company Is a joke booked and paid Nina in full for my wedding last weekend and i just found out they are out of business and they have taken off with almost $5,000 that I paid them for my rentals for my wedding and they will not return calls or emails and have gone by the building and looks like they have not been there for a while talked to the management office for the building and they told me that the company hasnt paid there rent an have been locked out for a while and they cant even get them to return there calls now the day before my big day im scrambling to find a rental place that can do it all on such short notice Nina was vary eager to get my wedding booked and help me out with my rental needs and after i booked and gave her a check for payment she changed she was rude hard to reach i could never reach her at the store im also fining out that many of the items i rented and paid for they didnt even have what a joke of a company and the owners should be ashamed of them selfs im hoping they will do the right thing and give me a full re fund but doesnt look like it will happen so im likely taking them to court I hoping this doesnt happen to anyone else

I love this place, they have really good prices and helpful staff. I threw my big girl a big birthday party, it was easy to come pick the chairs and tables up . Dropping them back off was a little differcult considering I get off of work at 4pm I work downtown so traffic is very heavy around that time Hershal stayed over to 5:30pm they close at 5pm I really appeciated him and the receptionist. I would definitely rent from them again. Best business ever

After using Austin Party and Wedding, formerly United Rent All, for the Pecan Street Festival this past weekend, we can honestly say that we look forward to working with them again and again. There was a slight mix-up with the tent not being in code, totally not their fault, Pecan Street can be super picky about how they want things. Steve and Donna, the owners, got in contact with me to make things right. Not only did they purchase a new tent for us, they also delivered and help set up the new tent all while we were still able to sell our product. I cannot thank them enough for being so wonderful and sticking with us until the issues were resolved. Everything that I asked for, they did it and then some. Im so happy we went with Austin Party and Wedding for the Pecan Festival. I recommend them whos looking for someone whos local and will go above and beyond to make sure that your event day goes smoothly :)

I loved the way that Darin attended me when I walked in through the door I told him what I was looking for and had everything right there and then since I needed it the next day loved that the linens had such vivid color it made it perfect for my daughters birthday I will be using his services next year as well. I had a very positive experience renting canopy tents from United Rent-All for an event. They were clear about guidelines and assisted me with loading and unloading the items. Im sure that Ill use there services again.

A few weeks back I called the store to rent a champagne fountain for a party. The fountain was a hit at the party and the staff and owners went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for me.
