Friendly stuff and good selection
Such an amazing building and store inside! Love it
Looking very nice
Always so nice to me!
This company, specifically a woman named Dallas and a man who I didn’t catch his name, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I have never written a public review before but this location deserves it for their customer service. Y’all have earned a lifetime customer if you continue making merino wool shirts.
Had the sizes and colors in stock I wanted, quick and easy to get a fitting room, really cute basics and quality, substantial fabrics. Mens clothes looked awesome too! Friendly and helpful sales associates. Arrived via scooter and tried to access a side door thinking it was the entrance but it was locked. Someone kindly pointed us in the right direction.
What’s not to love about the exercise dress? The concept is ingenious. Bravo Tye. I own 4 and will continue to buy more. Literally the perfect article of clothing for doing anything and everything under the sun. I also love my Hoka’s, of which I own 3 of the color ways. Please release a pastel teal pair Tye and Hoka!
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The products are soft and perfect for my needs at the gym. Big fan of the cloud knit!
Awesome athletic clothing line for all body types. Obsessed with all my OV clothing!!! My Doing Things shorts are my FAVORITE pair of bottoms. If you’re on the fence about getting clothes from here, it’s worth the investment.
I love the company, but the specific store is amazing! Great decor everywhere, very cute, very Austin. The girls (staff) are really helpful and do a good job at promoting the brand. The clothes are organized by activity, color, and style. They also have a mens section (which could be a little more varied).
This is a great shop. Its beautifully designed, and they almost always have all sizes, colors, and styles in stock. The clothing is exceptional, and I work out almost exclusively in OV. However, the staff could be friendlier, theres a certain archetype of human they tend to ignore or address flippantly. Ive been here 6 or 7 times over the past two years, and have been treated as such each time, despite almost always buying something. This is to be expected for a relatively higher end shop, but as Austin becomes increasingly diverse, the staff needs to be trained and behave accordingly.
Love their stuff
Awful service and limited sizes available
I love outdoor voices for their cute and high quality clothes and will continue to shop at their store for that reason. I have been shopping at this ov store since it opened and visit it frequently, often seeing the same salespeople who consistently deliver rude service - as they fail to acknowledge me or provide any kind of service until I initiate it myself because I do not fit in their targeted demographic. I counted six employees who were chatting amongst themselves and none of them helped me until I asked for it much less looked at me. This store needs to work on improving their diversity and creating an inclusive space that feels comfortable for anyone that walks in the door.
Outdoor Voices is a cute little store in Clarksville featuring their own branded active clothing. Stop in for some workout gear or just something to lounge in. Everyone who works here is always super happy to help.
Where I purchased my all-time favorite two pairs of shorts. Very helpful staff.
Was buying a gift. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about fit and fabric. Great customer service.
I had to check this out after reading the article on the owner. I ended up finding a running jacket i have been looking for for a while now. I cannot complain this jacket is extremely comfortable and so far (owned for about 3 wks) it has had no issues
Very unique, high quality clothing. Great customer service.
Busy place. Employees are attentive and more than helpful. Will be back....
Lululemon like quality and style at the same price. Lol. Worth a shot if you like the bright more relaxed look
I was almost not sure if I was at the right location upon arrival. There is basically no parking except in the neighborhood, so be prepared for a hike (which is fitting considering their brand, I guess). The shop is very cute and is a repurposed dwelling, and I found it difficult to find my bearings at first since it was just like walking into someones house.Staff was nice during the browsing experience and helped me find exactly what I needed. I also heard them helping out other shoppers, and its clear that they know their product and what to recommend for various activities. They could be more accommodating at the checkout, though. I felt like I was being stared out of there after spending my cash. The stores great for checking out OV gear in person, but I think I might just stay at home and shop online. One visits enough.
Love Outdoor Voices apparel! The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and the store is in a quaint little location in off 6th street in clarksville area. Im a runner and specifically like their runners high short and any of their tees work well for running. Also their cloudknit stuff is great to wear around town when running errands and super soft.
We went to the store on Sunday afternoon. The apparel itself was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. However the store on Blanco street does not have proper trial rooms (they are more like sections separated by drape) and we waited for a turn for a trial room for 20 minutes and then finally left. The staff girl apologized and she was very very polite, however one should not have to wait so long just to try out the clothing. 10/10 for the staff courteousness however 0/10 for whoever planned this store (its someones house converted to a store). Lululemon store just down the street gets you in and out in 10 minutes. So we spent 45 minutes in the store and I left empty handed because my child was getting restless. No Bueno.
Went in with a friend of mine. Service was very concierge like. They were very helpful with sizing and finding the sizing off the floor if they didnt have it. They seem to have another floor with extra stock.
Trendy store, great minimalist options!
First of all, I just LOVE OV! I always have a great experience, whether Im shopping or doing things at there fun and free community events. I rushed in today to find a last minute gift for my moms bday. Side note: my mom lives out of country and is in-between sizes. Calvin went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size for my mom to try--in fact, she gave me 2 sizes to take to her and provided me with a shipping label for whichever size didnt work. She was patient and quick (Did I mention I was in a rush?) thank you so much Calvin, I cannot tell enough people about this wonderful shopping experience!
Everything Ive purchased from OV has been an incredible fit with very high quality products and the customer support has been fantastic. I wont buy activewear from anywhere else now!
Comfortable and stylish if pricey selection.
Love the staff and the workout clothes are the cutest in the market!
Great outdoor wear!
After years of wearing Nike, underArmour, Lulu, etc, I was getting an athletic-apparel brand burn-out. Fit, quality & design all blurred with these brands while they also lacked performance quality and lack of just plain chic-ness. The excitement was gone from wearing these brands...As someone who does bootcamp, Barre, yoga, Pilates, distance running, indoor cycling, etc, I couldnt find one pair of leggings that carried over and surpassed all expectations of performance quality without compromising fabric material quality...That is... until I got a pair of Outdoor Voices leggings. I think I have truly found the perfect legging. High-quality material, great fabric and color ways as well as flattering fit for all body types. In addition, OV is just a cool brand. Its a life-style brand.Ive received a slew of compliments when I wear my OV leggings whether its at the gym or running errands around town.Definitely a workout-staple every woman and man should have in their closet.
Price is a little bid higher than expectation for their clothes tags.
Unfriendly custom as service policies regarding gifts and exchanges.
