Last fall, we needed installation of a new walk-in freezer for a QSR. Marks team was able to handle this affordably, without any problem, and with a high level of professionalism and friendliness.Fast forward to last month, and unfortunately we had a major issue with the new compressor that was due to a manufacturer defect. Again Marks team showed up the same day to take of it and they also handled all the requisite paperwork for the warranty claim.Both times theyve taken a very stressful situation and helped out tremendously. I highly recommend Austin Industrial Refrigeration and will be calling them exclusively for any future refrigeration needs for our business.

After a couple experiences with some less than reputable commercial repair services, Austin Industrial was a breath of fresh air. Fair prices and well executed repairs. Went above and beyond to perform same day repairs, and followed up the next business day on another minor issue with the equipment. Heard about them through a referral, and very thankful for that.

At first they seemed like a reputable and knowledgeable company. However, after 3 fixes and countless calls and money spent to understand why my AC problems keep repeating I have found out that the services were grossly negligent. Not only did they diagnose the problem wrong, they billed me 3 times and cost me THOUSANDS in unneeded costs and repairs. When I confronted the owner about the faulty service and asked for a refund he turned around and filed a lawsuit! This is a dishonest company that will fleece you for every penny.

Have had quite a few dealings with these guys and it always ends well! Quick response time and great customer service! Definelty my first call for refrigeration problems!
