First impressions were good. We picked out cabinets and countertops. Everyone was helpful and gave us good advice. When installation day came it was a completely different experience.First, the kitchen sink was stainless steel, not the white porcelain apron farm sink we were shown. When we asked about the sink they told us we signed a contract with a stainless steel sink. They told me it would be an $800 upcharge and they would have to cut the cabinets. We compromised with a white quartz composite 60 / 40 split.We also asked for some open shelves instead of a corner cabinet. I wanted the shelves to be stained to match the floors. They said it wouldnt be a problem. Two weeks after installation and we still dont have the shelves. They say it was delayed in shipping. I dont understand what is taking so long. I think they ordered some exotic walnut shelf material or something. We obviously had a breakdown in communication, walnut stain on cabinet grade plywood is all I was expecting.We wanted the cabinets to be painted a bluish gray and gave Karen the colors but every day I received emails to share the colors and every day I sent them the colors. The cabinets arrived were white. We had to buy the paint, so why did they need the colors?!? And they were painted on my backyard patio. What?!? So dust and insects are able to land on fresh paint. And should I also mention the overspray on my patio and patio furniture?And now two weeks after installation, I find drawers that are not properly installed. Im furious.

Horrible experience I do not recommend at all. Poor communication and not reliable. They redid the granite on my entire kitchen. Their workers didn’t put on the sealant coat after placing granite and I had to call them to remind them after we already started using it to do this. This left stains on granite countertops because it was sealed after the fact.Also, Hilson took my old granite and was supposed to store and sell it from me. This was $1000 of material. I tried for 6 months to contact him about it, but never ever heard back and that money and granite is lost. Repeated phone calls and texts, but never returned any messages.

Brz did a great job with my project. I got my three bathrooms and a kitchens countertops redone by them. They were on time and Hilson sat us down showed us how he will fabricate the slabs exactly. I had a pleasant time working with them. They installed everything without breaking any of the other stuff in my house and handled any concerns we had professionally. Out countertop required masonry application because it sits on a stone wall, Hilson arranged a guy to do that as well. I recommend his services. His rates were the best in the market. I havent gotten a lower rate then his within anywhere in austin.

They also have a great selection to choose from. His crew is great, you can tell they are real pros with tons of installations under their belts. These guys were awesome. I came and found the quartz I wanted. The next day the came out to my home and measured. The very next day we had brand new countertops installed. From start to finish it was a breeze. Exceeded my expectations!
