Our project wasn’t that large but it still came out great!There were a few issues that were encountered in my experience with Victory but at the end of the day Levi did everything to make it right, even going the extra mile. He’s very passionate & proud of his company he has and it shows.Between the quality, and Levi himself is highly recommended using Victory.

Levi, Suzanne and Fatima are all lovely-- we got Cambria Britanica and are so amazed at how incredible the results came out- way better than we expected!!!! Once we pulled the trigger the project happened fast too which was a bonus. The seams are super tight and they matched the pattern on the seams beautifully. Thank you so much! Images uploaded- there is still some work on the tile backsplash and drawers which is being done by someone else- so ignore that.

My first experience with Levi and his team was when he installed my countertops when I was doing a remodel. After receiving around eight quotes, Levi’s quote was by far the most competitive. The work his team did was impeccable. From leaving a message late in the day on a Friday right before closing time ( Levi returned my call AFTER hours) through the final installation day, they were fantastic!! The team at Victory did a perfect job on my kitchen countertop remodel. I did much research and found these guys were the most informative of all 4 other places I checked out. ( not counting Home Depot ) which btw was way higher than Victory. In the end I am very happy I chose this company they actually installed a day earlier than originally scheduled! which worked out for me and accommodated nicely.I enjoy my new quartz counter tops and looking forward to cooking now that its a clean working space!

I had such an amazing experience here. Everyone is soo helpful and the customer service is amazing. The receptionist Fatima stood out to me the most. She made sure my questions were answered she had a very contagious smile! She’s definitely an asset to the facility.

I reached out to Victory to get a quote on quartz countertops for my kitchen. My neighbor used them a few years ago. After visiting the location we narrowed it down 2 colors. They came out and provided a quote in a very timely manner including a layout of the project template. A invoice was provided before Joe left and talked about the full installation service from start to finish. After scheduling, the turnaround time for installation was extremely fast 6 days! and did not disappoint. They did what they said they would do. The installers left the cleaning info as promised! Full service indeed! Highly recommend to all.

In fact, he was able to get the job finished sooner than he had estimated and this was in the middle of this crazy Covid-19 world. Levi is a very disrespectful person and talks too much about his problems when he came and gave me a quote for my kitchen. I do not recommend this business

As soon as entered the room i could see the breakfast bar was slanted. Verified with a level and texted Joe to ask them to correct it. Joe was very nice about it, asked for a picture and agreed to send the guys back out the next morning to fix it.Then Levi the owner found out and canceled that appointment.First I was told it just needed a couple of weeks to settle in and it would level out. Fine Ill keep an eye on it. The next day they called to ask for payment and I said we needed to wait for it to level out.What followed was a 20 minute rant of Levi trying to bully me into accepting the slanted countertop.Reasons he gave:1. Its like a shower curb and needs to slant towards the drain! Except it was slanted away from the drain...2. Once people start leaning on it will be level! Except again, its already slanted towards the side people would lean on.3. This is the recommend way to install it according to national standards, Do want me to send you the standard so you can see for your self?!! Sure Levi, send it over. but of course he didnt bother.4. Your level is not accurate, you need a 4 foot level to check it! Levi its only 12 inches wide, I dont need a 4 foot level but Ill be happy to check it with a 4 foot level, and of course it was still off.at this point he threatened to come rip out all the counter tops if i dont like it. No Levi, please just make it level...He did finally send some guys back to fix it, and they made it level, but did so by hamming more shims under it so now it floats above the 2x4 by about 1/2 an inch and moves if you lean it on...Levi is a liar and a bully who I have no doubt has bullied countless people into accepting his shoddy work. Take your business somewhere else.

It took TWO days from the point of picking out my countertops and giving the deposit to them installing them. They were responsive, helpful, and their prices were competitive and reasonable. The installation team was meticulous. Highly, highly recommend.

We just moved here from Houston and wow what a difference! Our installers were amazing. They were very patient. They struggled with a weird angle we have in our wet bar that was very close to glass walls. They were careful and made it fit just right. Now we don’t have to call a glass company. Suzzane was so helpful when I needed to change out two bathroom countertops and sinks for something new and current. The countertops were installed professionally and all the costs were up front and very reasonable. My bathrooms look amazing! I highly recommend working with Suzzane. She helped me pick the perfect quartz stone for each bathroom, and she was great at returning emails and phone calls very promptly! I highly recommend Victory Countertops and will use them again.

Sooo happy with our experience! From the help deciding on a color with Levi and quick estimate to the measure and install - everything was great and beyond our expectations! Picked our (in stock) material on Wednesday afternoon, measured Thursday morning and installed on Saturday - could not have gone smoother or faster. Best part was that Levi under promised and over delivered - I wasn’t expecting to have countertops for another 5-7 days so was thrilled to get them earlier after not having a kitchen for a month. Nadia and Levi were awesome! Their customer service is top notch and they truly care about their customers. During construction I made a mistake which caused major issues with the countertops and they didnt stop until we found a solution that we could all be happy with. Went to look at countertops for my kitchen island on a Monday, had it installed that same Friday. A lot of back and forth throughout the week but they were very interested in making sure I was satisfied through and through. Love the new look and attention to detail!

My price for a small project was $700 more than my original quote. I was very disappointed. They were friendly on the phone, but just sent workmen out to my home without an appointment. I wouldn’t use them again.

UPDATE: We got our countertops installed recently and they look absolutely fabulous! Love the quartz and got a great price for high quality. Throughout the process, Levi was communicative and prompt to respond. I changed the needs a few times (new measurements, etc), and it was never an issue for them. The Victory team did and amazing job in our home. We selected two wonderful white quartz slabs and I am very pleased 😃 with the results! We have purchased several homes over the years and have used other services from installers we realize with an older home that no walls are ever straight and it took a while for us to realize this!Our experience with Julio and Pedro Installation with Victory has been the best so far! If you look at the seams they are barely noticeable and I love my new farm sink.

These guys did a great job on installing a master bath and guest vanity in my house. They were easy to deal with and made the selections simple to pick. They even had the sinks in their shop so didn’t need to go out to spend time looking for that. ( helped with timing ) I will be happy to use this company again for my kitchen and also at my brothers house.

They came and installed my bath vanity countertop and after they left I noticed the overhang over the undermount sink was large (around 1/2”.) It’s usually 1/4” or smaller. I texted Joe, and they were back at my house within about an hour, fixed it in my driveway, and reinstalled it. What was great is that I didn’t even have to complain about it. I just said, hey the overhang is around 1/2”, that’s large right? And they were back to fix it right away. That’s super impressive. Thanks guys.

I cant believe the selection these guys had at their shop! I got to pick my stone out right there and it was the same stone that got installed in my house.We did our kitchen and it made a huge difference. The guy that helped us was great and was easy to get a hold of. They are doing my sisters house now as well. They did the whole thing in one day. Great all around experience.

I recommend using Victory, I went to their location to pick out my granite and they had sooo many options! They were very professional and gave me good tips on what the best option for my home would be based on my budget and colors. You should try them!

There should be no stars. But I couldnt post without having 1 star. I had a TERRIBLE Experience with Levi the owner. My husband and Levi agreed to a price for the job. Because of the agreed price for the job, I gave him $500 deposit to hold the marble. He said he would not cash it and would go toward the job. I constantly asked for a contract. He kept saying he would do the contract. He did cash the $500 deposit without letting me know first and without the contract. He came out to my house to measure and spent 3 hours at his shop deciding where the marble pieces would fit in the house. The morning he was suppose to come out he gave me the contract which increased about $2000 from what the price was already agreed upon. He said he knew he agreed to that but decided he couldnt do it for that original amount. We said fine give us the deposit back and he will not give it back. I can say many more things about his behavior and his admission that he called himself a liar, and he himself said that he is not an upstanding person to do business with. BEWARE!!!! The Better Business Bureau and The Attorney Generals office are being notified.

This company is very responsive when it comes to communication, product selection, and generating bids. They are respectful of other peoples time. They came back with a competitive bid within 72 hours.Levi gave me some insight and consultation to the design elements and durability comparisons within the granite countertops I was pursuing. Typically you would have to pay extra for this type of consulting.After the contract and down payment was completed, James came to the property the following week for exact measurements, template, and a feel for the design of the project which included a “butlers” window.About 2 weeks later, the install took place and lasted several hours. The installation team was thorough and exact as possible making cuts and fitting the countertops in place. This was not a simple job given the curves of the older home they were working with.When choosing granite, you are not going to get 100% flawless results because there are so many things that can come into play, especially because you are working with organic material. However, if you find a solid team that works with you and is oriented on getting the project done that gives you piece of mind for who to trust for craftsmanship and reliability. Victory countertops exhibits as such.

Levi the owner is a liar and a cheat. BEWARE!!! He will take your money and not honor his own word. If you choose to do business with him make sure to get EVERYTHING in Writing he will try to avoid contracts and put it off but make sure you get one before you give him money... It was a one stop shop! I got to pick out my color and it was installed! It was that easy.

We met the owner Levi at his shop and looked at slabs. We brought samples of our custom cabinet colors and he did a great job of helping us select granite that went well. Levi has an eye for design! We also selected a granite composite sink from them and liked it better than the Blanco sink we were planning to buy. Compared to other pricing we had received, their countertop and sink were reasonably priced.A couple of days later his crew came out and did the install. They were meticulous craftsmen! The single seam is so tiny its barely visible. They took the time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. When they ran late, Levi came out himself to make sure the could get the job finished.We get so many compliments on our new kitchen and everyone admires the amazing movement in the granite countertops.In this day when even paying a premium price does not guarantee a quality job, its nice to know that Levi and his crew delivers outstanding work and outstanding service for a great price. We used victory granite to update our kitchen when we purchased our home we cant say enough great things about them !The process was painless,Jason met us at our house to take measurements( after hours ) I work late. He provided us with a quote on the spot! with no pressure to sign a contract.The job was within our budget, so my wife and I discussed and went ahead and signed the contract. Our new countertops were installed within five days from that day and we couldnt be happier. After all the stress with her other projects with other contractors it was great to not have any micromanaging of this process.....My hats off to these guys thank you again.

Everything was fine until after installation, we realized they did not install backsplashes in the bathroom. When I called, Levi informed me that it was an additional $$$. I asked him to provide a better price, something more fair. Since then ( this was march 2017), Levi has consistently avoided all my calls and texts. He will text me in the night saying he was too busy, he had to go to Dallas, etc etc a new excuse everyday and till date hasnt called to provide a quote or sent anyone to take measurements. I am SOOO disappointed, what poor customer service.If you have a customer who is texting and calling you 5 times a day, and you still choose to ignore them..what is going to get you clients ?!update : they came and completed the installation

I called these guys as a recommendation from my neighbor, I was orignally looking for quartz countertops, and thanks to them I FINALLY found a great color they had in stock from Vicostone, it is beautiful, the color I chose was misterio.
