Went in late on a Saturday with several knives to sharpen. We expected that we would need to leave them, but Alex, the sales clerk in the store, offered to do them while we waited. He also took the time to explain to us why we should retire a few of our knives and save the sharpening fee. It wasn’t that much money, but we appreciated his honesty. Most importantly our knives have not cut this well since they were brand new. Huge thanks to Alex. 5 stars from me and my spouse.

Had a great experience that is in keeping with my overall level of satisfaction with Cutco. Its a great brand, terrific customer service, tremendous product. Alex, the associate on the Saturday I visited, was extremely nice and helpful, taking the time to chat with my daughter as he sharped our knives. He recommended sending several back to the manufacturer for sharpening and happily shipped them off for us. It was a pleasure being in his store.Im so glad to have this store in our area and look forward to a second visit soon to buy some Christmas gifts.

Received immediate, professional, and personable service from Alexander in chef knife sharpening. He is skilled at this craft, and it is readily apparent that he also has excellent product knowledge. I negotiated for a discount on a knife purchase and he made something happen. Bravo!

I love Cutco products and this Cutco store. Both Alex and Ben are super courteous, professional and proactive! Alex made some great product recos, and also sharpened some of my knives in store and sent some off to the company that needed further maintenance. I bought a bunch of knives based on his reco. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended products accordingly. He also hosted a private knife skills event for my family. My husband, and 2 kids- 20 and 18 yr old, really enjoyed learning efficient techniques of cutting in a safe manner! They are budding chefs so it was very useful. Alex was just super, entertaining and kept them engaged at the same time! Overall, we had a fab experience at each visit!

Multi-level marketing company, also known as a pyramid scheme. Contnaly get spammed in the mail with job offers from their marketing team. Incredibly annoying and I do not recommend buy their cheap knives or work for this company.

They seem to have good products, however I entered, looked around, and was never even greeted. Left without what I was looking for.
