Spent nearly $4000 on signs, filled out the shipping form on their website and it charged me about $800 for shipping which I thought was high but I paid it anyway. 10 days later they try to upcharge me another $647 claiming the shipping was more than they thought....ummm not my problem!!! How about fix your website so it doesnt charge people the wrong thing to begin with??? My order stayed exactly the same no products added, yet the shipping almost doubled. THey wasted a lot of my time on a very time sensitive issue. Now I have to start all over with a new company. I tried to talk reasonably with this company and they refused. DO NOT ORDER from them. I should have realized - super cheap signs = super cheap customer service and super cheap commitments.They might be the cheapest signs around, but the customer service is terrible, and they cant keep their promises. After telling me specifically that my order was shipping on a Friday (which was already late to begin with), they missed it by a further 2 days. The package is now lost with UPS despite me telling them my drop dead day to have it delivered to me.

I am running for city council and chose Super Cheap Signs as my source for some banners. I set up a campaign account at my local bank and got a debit card. My first order from Super Cheap Signs (this February) was three 4 x 8 single sided color banners with grommets. The banners arrived exactly as expected. Good quality--very pleased with the product. I was very proud to be dealing with a company in Texas! However, a couple of days after my online purchase, I experienced fraudulent transactions on my debit card. Since I had not used my debit card with any other merchant, I suspected it got compromised via the order process at Super Cheap Signs. I canceled the debit card and got a new one.This past week, (August) I placed a second order with Super Cheap Signs for three 3 x 5 single sided color banners with grommets. Again, the order was exactly as expected--correct, and good quality. Once again, my new debit card immediately experienced debit card fraud transactions after online shopping with Super Cheap Signs.This debit card fraud is unacceptable and unprofessional business practice. Something is dreadfully wrong as Super Cheap Signs. Their credit card merchant system is compromised, based on my shopping experience. I only used my debit card at Super Cheap Signs.While their products are first class, Super Cheap Signs has proven to me that they are not taking payment security seriously. Super Cheap Signs has ruined their reputation, and I will no loner do business with them and cannot in good-faith recommend Super Cheap Signs to anyone.While their products are top shelf and their turn-around time on orders is satisfactory, I am awarding one star based on the overall shopping experience. No customer should have to deal with fraudulent debit card transactions every time they shop with Super Cheap Signs.

I ordered 100 signs online which they said would be done in no later than 2 weeks... Called them in 2 weeks and they told us they made a mistake about the proof and needed 1 more week!... Went there after 3 weeks and they said they needed more time... My wife was there and was very upset and started crying because we were already late for the signs we needed... The sign boss new she was crying and instead of apologizing he said we could cancel the order and go somewhere else!!!!!! Such a horrible horrible group of people.

Have used Super Cheap Signs for many years and have always found the speed and quality t meet my expectations. Super friendly staff also helps. Just used them to print some larger format fence screen and was really impressed and ave received tons of compliments from my customers.

Theyre fine. The price, quality and turn around time were all good. They dont honor their own promotions (we were supposed to get free shipping but were charged for it). Nothing special.

While there was a mix up on the initial order these folks got right on making the correction in an expedited manner. Very friendly and responsive team. I continue to become frustrated with the website. I simply want to re-order what weve ordered before...with some name changes. the chat person Renee isnt helpful....just keeps saying go back in to the system and try it again. Renee is adamant that there is no other way. Well, Ive already done that 5 times now and cannot edit them. I emailed them, then. Well, they cant see my order sitting in the cart, either....but say if Ill call in theyll walk me through the system. They must have changed systems and service . I could always rely on help before.

Super Cheap Signs went way out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a huge promotion all the way in Virginia. The graphic designer perfectly color matched a unique color for us at very little extra charge and worked past the normal workday to get things right. When our shipping timeline got tight, they made sure we had everything we needed right on time and stayed in touch with us until everything was in our hands. Great customer service.

Compared cost all in with stands to several other sites and these guys were the most reasonable for a full color double sided sign. Placing the order was easy and I received the signs as promised a week or so later. Will definitely reorder from them next time.

I love the price point but the process took forever to get proofs done...almost 3 weeks just for minor changes. The products arrived in great condition....if you are in a hurry dont use this company. Unless I was the only one.....they did send my items expedited for free :(

I sent them my artwork and they completely re-worked it. They changed the font on our COMPANY LOGO and the color wasnt even close. I asked them to let me know which file format they needed to avoid reworking and which colors they used. Most printing companies use Pantone colors. After talking to them, I lost all confidence that the signs would come out right, so I canceled the order. They kept $50 for the awful proofs a 3 year old could have made.

The price was decent compared to other companies. The quality seemed great and I liked that they took my exact design. I would use this company again if their price were to stay the same. Overall great, fast experience.

They sent me an invoice for signs, I then purchased through their online portal, based on the pricing in the invoice, and then they called and said the price would actually be higher due to custom colors. Thats fine, as Im sure its hard to get the price perfect by an automatic invoice, but when I just asked to cancel the order as the price jump was pretty significant, they charged a 5% cancellation. I really tried to work this out with them but they would rather keep the 5% fee than make their customer happy, which is pretty sad. If the corporate office reads this, my rep was Margie R. Margie had an attitude when speaking with my front office management and she was absolutely unhelpful with this SMALL issue. Our franchise chain will be going with a different vendor next time around.

Walked in and took the lady a good 20 sec to look up from her phone to say anything to me she had no knowledge about the business and wouldnt let speak to someone. I need signs fast and they were not even willing to expiate a order even if I paid extra. I just took my business elsewhere

I order 5 signs from them. I paid almost $200 for these signs, and they never made them. They kept saying they needed art, so I kept sending it. I am going to go down there, right now, to get a refund. I waited a month, for an order that he said would take under a week. I dont care how cheap the signs are, if they never get made!Edit: they never even gave me a design proof.

This review is simply based on the design team. Had trouble getting them to give me a proof that looked like the design I created on their site. They added a white border that I did not want, had trouble making my images not blurry (their word). They also wanted to charge me for additional proofs AFTER already charging my credit card for the signs. Luckily they got it right after the fourth try. Just seems like the design team doesnt care, doesnt know which formats to ask for in order to create clear images, and doesnt pay attention to the design you created on their site.In contrast, customer service was polite and helpful. They are the reason for the three stars.

TERRIBLE service!! Items were delayed in shipping. Then a large portion of the order wasnt included at all. We were told they would overnight that portion to us, but it actually took five days. The worst part was the customer service. It was hard to reach them by phone or email. When I finally reached someone on the phone, she was unhelpful, impolite, and didnt accept any blame. I will definitely NEVER do business with this company again!

I used this company for some signs for a 5k I was volunteering for and we needed signs for runners. There was total communication breakdown with his company. First they gave me signs that didnt stand up on their own despite asking for that. I even sent photos of what I wanted. What I got werae decent signs but for what I needed they failed miserably.Second they cant spell - Straight was spelled Strait - nice !

Sent me someone elses order the first week. then i got the right one a week later but it was damaged inside the packaging (the packaging was unscathed meaning this happened on their end and i cant chase fedex for it). ive sent two emails but no response. i will be calling them tomorrow and ill edit this when they make this right. :(

The website does not clearly indicate WHEN your order will ship, or when you can expect to receive it. When you are making your order and timing is critical, you might call them or use another site that provides clear delivery information so you dont end of paying a fortune for expedited shipping as I had to.

This company is a rip off. I submitted vector images of our company logo. They re-typed it in a different font and submitted the proof for approval. I asked them which format they needed it in since it looked nothing like our trademark logo. They couldnt get it right and charged me a fee for the proof that took them 5 minutes to type in the wrong font.
