Store closed at 2:45 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Tried to call and no answer. This is the second time we have been to this store during the week at mid day or evening and their gates have been down. No lights or signage to indicate they would be closed so dont know how we will get our ring back.

The website states the store closes at 6:00 pm on Sunday, we came with my husband at 5:31 pm, and the store was closed already. We asked the person at what time they close and he said “at 6 pm” and we are like”is 5:31 why are you closing?” He said it was because of some cleaning they had to do. I understand that, because I work on retail as well, but we do not close earlier than the actual closing time just to do some cleaning, we just dont let any customer in after the closing time to do some deep cleaning in the store. It was very frustrating for me because today was my first day off in 6 weeks, and we decided to come at this time because we thought it would be less crowded. I needed to exchange a pair of earrings but after this unsuccessful trip I want to return my entire set of jewelry, it was upsetting the “customer” service they provided to us. No apologies or whatsoever.
Terrible customer service. I stopped by this evening to make a return, and they had literally just closed (at 6 pm, meanwhile their hours are listed online as open till 7 pm!) but there were still sales people there and the lights were on and they were helping a customer. An associate asked if he could help me, I informed him I had a return, and he says, “sorry we’re closed and don’t open again until Saturday, I’m just helping this customer with a repair” (it’s Thursday). I say, “I specifically drove all the way here to make this return”. “Well sorry, come back Saturday” was the response. Soooo why did he ask if he could help me in the first place when clearly the last thing he cared about was helping me, but had no problem staying late for the folks with the repair?!Will never shop there again. My first (and most definitely last!) experience as a Zales customer. Terrible jewelry, terrible service.
I wouldnt recommend coming to this store. They were not open after Google says they were open. I drove two hours and was surprised that they were closed. Waste of my time.
Customer service isn’t the best at this location. When I purchased the smaller wedding band, I purchased it from the Zales in McAllen, TX. The service was a lot better at that location. The insurance/care plan I got for my ring included FREE soldering, so I decided to get the ring and band soldered permanently together because it was covered. The ring turned out fine, but I feel like it is slightly off (not completely centered together). The ring looks okay though.

Oscar was extremely helpful and friendly. He was very patient and he showed us the difference between a few pieces and educated us on diamonds. If I lived in town he would always get my service.
The whole experience with this company makes me so angry.... I sent a ring in thinking it was in good hands to get an engraving in it but when I got it back it was scratched in the inside where the past present and future is engraved the engraving came out horrible and the ring just wasnt even to my satisfaction and it looked tacky the way the bold engraving came out not to mention I have to turn the ring upside down to see the engraving when it all should of been symmetrical the ring is ruined and not even a replacement would satisfy the whole Zales experience..... should of been zero stars!!!!

There is no organization on who they help next. You tell me how they decide who is next. Waited 30 minutes and they went to several, never even acknowlege I that I was waiting or what I was waiting for. My husband and I have bought a lot of jury at this location including expensive custom jewelry but we will never return to this location as long as I have a say so
This place was outstanding. There was no wait for my ring that I bought my wife. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about there products.
Zales lost my wedding ring when I sent it in for repair. This is an update; in all fairness to them, they did do the right thing and paid me a fair value for it. Thats more than most companies would do.
