First time here today. It’s a bit out of my way but I wanted good donuts and it had good reviews. This place is great. The staff or owners I’m assuming were so incredibly friend and so efficient. The donuts are delicious, great selection of hot breakfast sandwiches and kolaches and great prices. I got half a dozen of random donuts, a croissant sandwich and an orange juice for $13. Will definitely be coming back.

I think SH donuts is my new favorite donut spot. So much good selection, and the kolaches are so tasty! I am glad i get to come here. The family who runs it is very polite and cheerful, which is always a great addition to my day.

For anyone who actually loves donuts! We get donuts for breakfast almost every morning on any vacation. We’ve had some of the most incredible donuts. These are NOT great. These are okay. They’re a little dry and the flavors taste really artificial. The blueberry cake tastes like fruit pebbles. The chocolate glaze is super thin cheap looking chocolate. The cinnamon roll is dry and lacking flavor. The people who were at the counter were extremely nice!! Place looks like a hole in the wall and we were excited about that bc many great donuts places are! But the donuts here were disappointing.

The donuts were absolutely delicious! Soft and moist and fried to perfection. The glazed donut had the right amount of sweetness to it, not over powering at all. It was light as air. The blueberry and apple crumb cake donuts were surprisingly light to the taste not really thick like your traditional cake donuts are. It’s a plus really because you can eat more of them 😂. Some of the best donuts I’ve had in a long time.

I have been coming here for five years. These are hands down the best donuts and kolaches etc I have ever had. The lady who owns this place is an absolute angel she is always smiling and so kind. Love this place! I came here twice today because their kolaches are so yummy and fresh!!! They also have really soft fresh donuts! The lady at the counter is so sweet and handles lots of customers so kindly and quickly. I wanted a donut with filling and even though it didn’t have the filling I wanted she took it the back and filled it up for me and it was SO DELICIOUS! My favorite donut spot on riverside for sure! Thanks

I cant say there was something unusually good about SH Donuts, but they do traditional donuts well, they are pretty cheap, and they get through a long line acceptably quick.

I love this donut places more than anything. I have been going there for about 10 years plus ..The people are so loving and loves family. They are our family.

They have great donuts that taste amazing, are incredibly nice, and are also very efficient despite the morning rush. We actually slowed them down by not having our order completely figured out yet. Its in a slightly sketchy area but youd never guess it by the staff. Strongly suggest this place, especially if you live near by, youll bring the best damn box of donuts the office has ever seen.

Went here in person for first time last week and second time today. They were very nice, theyre practicing the safe and healthy safety protocols, and most importantly---their donuts are awesome! And their kolaches for that matter too. Im thankful I have them in such close proximity to my home, thanks S H donuts!

There is something nice about the cozy atmosphere that greets you when you enter this small shop.Speaking about the donuts, theyre simply fantastic. The Apple Fritters and Eclairs are to die for. The custard filling in the eclairs is heavenly. Do try the blueberry donuts, bear claws and of course the traditional glazed variants when you are here.The delicious donuts apart, the hospitality of the warm lady at the counter is what made my experience at SH Donuts truly wholesome. She engaged us in a great conversation, and even gave us a couple of donuts for free along with extra coffee simply because we were students ! When I noticed that the place is open from 5am in the morning, I was surprised to learn that the family is up by 1.30 am to make the daily fare.In a nutshell, do drop by at this place to not only savor some of the finest donuts, but also to experience what hospitality feels like. I love this mom and pop donut shop! Eclairs are solid but my main thing is their boudin kolaches... well any of their savory kolaches! Their croissant breakfast sandwiches are very good too!

I love S & H! I take all my friends and family whenever they come to visit. Co-workers love me when I bring them. Simply the best Donuts in my opinion. I do not need anything fancy. SO their basic donut menu does it for me. For me they simply melt in my mouth. Ive caught myself inhaling a few within minutes.Thats just the donuts!I also really like their breakfast sandwiches. Perfect breakfast.And the customer service is always great. I always see a smile.Great local Donut spot.

Ive been in here a couple of times because its nearby. All of the employees have always been very sweet and friendly. Great selection, even when I come in closer to their closing time. The donuts are so fluffy and perfectly sweet, and the strawberry frosted ones actually taste like strawberry! This is not the case with anywhere else Ive been to. Ive only had the donuts, but they have a good selection of drinks, other pastries, and iced coffee. It all looks really good and I will keep coming back!

I loved my first ever trip to S H Donuts! It took me longer to pick out my donuts than it took to get helped. The woman who helped me was very friendly and at risk of making a pun she was very sweet. After arriving home and taste testing each donut, I loved them all. The glaze used also had a fresh flavor of sweetness that I dont quite get from other donuts Ive eaten in the past. Anyways, the price is great! I definitely see myself coming back here.

What a experience! Walked in and had to wait for another customer who had a big order but didnt mind. Once I was up I ask for 3 dozen donuts and some kolaches and man did they impress me. Got my donuts and everything ready to go in under 5 min and all with a smile! Amazing service!

I have been to many donut places all over the United States and I will say this is the best donut I have ever had! It is family-oriented family-run and it was so neat to see their young teenage son learning the business! I really love that and if you havent tried their donuts you must do so! Fresh doughnuts anyone? I’ve been going here for years and they are consistently the freshest donuts and breakfast sandwiches around. The bread is light and airy and they have a wide selection of flavors. I like the apple fritters and long Johns. It’s a local family run business, can you often see everyone helping to make, bake, and serve delicious deep fried pastry.

I love this family owned donut shop, and have been going here for years. The people are sweet and make delicious, soft, melt in your mouth donuts.

Simply the best. The owner always recognizes me, and they’re the only place in Austin I’ve found that do a jalapeño kolache with cheese right with just a hint of sweetness to the fluffy dough. They’re open late mornings, the only thing I miss is them when they’re closed over the Christmas holiday!

Neighborhood staple. I love this place; the food is quick and delicious and the owners are so friendly and greet me with a smile every time.
