Needed a rear sprocket for my 2019 Multistrada 1260 S, but was having trouble finding one in my area. I decided to do a bit of research and called Ducati Austin. They were on it, found the part, and got it to me immediately! Their customer service was fantastic, I got a great price, and will most definitely buy from them in the future! Dismissive and unhelpful sales manager. Recently sold all my vehicles and moved to the area so I was looking to get another bike. Unfortunately, not having a bike/active insurance anymore means I didnt fit their demo criteria. While asking how I could still demo the bike I wanted to purchase, Greg couldnt seem to be bothered to help me sort it out, at one point inferring I was not an adult because I wanted to ride a motorcycle before making a $30k purchase.I eventually figured it out on my own and went back to their sister store to do the demo and finalize the sale but the bike had been transferred to Austin. Im sure theyre not hurting for sales, and Vito, the manager, was a nice guy, but this first experience with the store left a bad impression.

Absolutely indifferent salespeople, no desire to sell you anything. Asked for a test ride for an entry-level bike, was turned down (some random reason as in my bike insurance currently does not have a “comparable bike”. Well had I not sold a comparable bike a month earlier, why would I be shopping for a new one???)Ducati believes itself to be a premium brand yet the rudeness of salespeople made me feel like I was in a dollar store. My previous Yamaha bike purchase was way more pleasant. On the bright side the location is clean, bikes look cool (that god forbid you cannot test ride. Are you supposed to buy one blind?)

For this reason and others, I now only buy Ducatis as I will be certain that the buying and (often more importantly) the service experience will be good.Buying bikes is all about emotion and passion and often has little to do with being “rational”. Greg does a especially good job of patiently helping buyers work through the many different models and options to ensure that buyers make the best decision - one that fits their profile. In buying motorcycles, you want sales people who are highly knowledgeable and Greg knows Ducatis, inside and out.Finally, what makes Ducati Austin so great is that, in addition to excellent sales and service, the experience is one of working with a local family business, which stays close to their customers. A rarity these days with so many “absentee owners”.

Retro feel with a great mix of modern. I get compliments on this bike all the time!Also, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UPGRADED Termignoni exhaust and up-map offered by Ducati Austin. Dont blame the manufacturer, EURO-5 regulations force them to dial the bike back and meet certain emission requirements coming out of the factory. This upgrade will free your bike from the constraints and allow it to perform as it was intended to! Improved engine response, improved speed to gear ratio, and overall sound is amazing, it feels like a whole new bike!The second is a 2021 Monster+ 937 Dark Stealth. After falling in love with the Scrambler, I wanted to get a 2nd bike that was designed for speed and some light track performance. I completely lucked out and was able to purchase a Monster WITH an upgraded Termignoni exhaust and up-map already done. This bike looks and performs like an absolute beast. The sound from the exhaust coupled with the aggressive edge design of the bike turns heads everywhere I go. Riding in the city is no issue, you can actively dial back performance modes as you ride to help cope with changing traffic conditions.I plan on purchasing another motorcycle soon and will definitely be doing it from Ducati Austin. Greg and his team will take care of you and make sure your purchase and maintenance are pain free. Greg had both bikes delivered to me on time and with care. I cant recommend them enough.

I purchased a monster 821 from Gregg who made the process painless. The sales team was very transparent with pricing and negotiation. No hidden fees or bait and switch tactics. I was even given a discount on gear.Juan, from the parts department, made selecting my gear easy as well. Friendly place, would recommend purchasing a motorcylce from this place.

I went in and was able to test ride multiple motorcycles with a valid drivers license and insurance without any issue, in fact they offered it without me asking. I rode a Diavel 1260 and V4 Multistrada. I ended up purchasing the Diavel.I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and had my first service done the next week. My service experience was also 5 stars.It is a great shop from both the sales and service side, highly recommended and I will certainly purchase another motorcycle from them in the future.

I purchased a Ducati Monster 797 a couple of weeks ago. Salesperson was friendly and helpful. He did not try to upsell me on something I was not ready for. I have not had a lot of dealings with this dealer but so far so good. I will be back when ready for maintenance and am curious about that experience.

If youve ever dealt with a high end vehicle or retail store of any kind, youre probably familiar with the all-too-common poor service you receive until youve purchased one or several items from them.Since my time owning a motorcycle, Ive dealt with over 4 Ducati dealerships in various capacities over multiple states, including 3 in Texas. Ive worked with each in multiple ways - from before I purchased my first used bike, to having it serviced, test riding and purchasing accessories, and eventually the purchase of a new model. Unfortunately for the brand, most of my experience with Ducati dealerships has been poor - staff that has treated me with either outright disrespect or thinly veiled disinterest as a comparatively low value customer.After moving to Central Texas, I stopped by Ducati Austin to get to know the dealership. Despite the fact I arrived 5 minutes before closing time prior to their day off in my daily driver and there was no evidence I even owned a Ducati, I was immediately greeted and treated with respect by the entirety of the staff. Beyond that, their demeanor was so friendly and welcoming that I was frankly caught off guard. Tom, the service advisor, was the first to greet me all the way from the back of the shop the moment I walked through the doors.Every individual in the shop, from the sales and parts folks, office management, and service was helpful and treated me like family from the first moment. Even Vito, the shop co-owner, went out of his way to send emails and make phone calls to answer questions I had asked.The team immediately invited me to an upcoming track day in their private garage, which needless to say was an easy decision to make. From the day before to very end of the track day itself, the team continued to impress...Every member of the team did everything they could to make my day and that of every other customer the best it possibly could - with not so much as a hint of favoritism for those with a longer history or more expensive bikes. Ben from sales, Tom, Josh, Brian, Jake, and Juan from service, and even Cathy the office manager and Vito himself were doing everything they could to make each rider have the best day possible. They all remembered my name and continually asked if there was anything more they could do. You know its a great place to buy from and work for when the owner himself goes out of his way to help the rest of the team with manual labor like checking tire pressure, refuelling, and moving around customer bikes. Since I havent yet met Mark, the other owner, I cant speak to his character, but Im confident hes as attentive and respectful as the rest of the team.The treatment Ive received from Ducati Austin has guaranteed that Ill be making all of my motorcycle purchases from them in the future. Even if I leave Texas, Id prefer to purchase from them remotely, and in the event I cant find another local dealer up to their standards, Id regrettably consider leaving the Ducati brand entirely. Coincidentally, another customer in the shop on my first visit told me the same thing.I cant recommend Ducati Austin enough. Its a shining example of customer service done right, and all of this despite the fact I have not yet purchased a bike from them. Do yourself a favor and visit them, whether youre a current Ducati owner, a prospective one, or even just a general motorcycle enthusiast - you wont be disappointed.

I cant say enough good stuff about the service team at Ducati Austin.I have a penchant for old Duactis but Id always avoided going to the dealership for service because Id convinced myself it couldnt be worth the markup. I ended up buying an old Multistrada that had originally come from Ducati Austin and the previous owner had all the service done there, so I decided to bring it to them for continuity of care to get routine service and have some issues addressed. They also installed a GPS tracking device for me (bike theft is at an all time high in Austin, yall), and for some reason Id expected they wouldnt want to install something they didnt sell me, but they did it happily.The care and attention to detail was unparalleled. The service team went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were exceeded. There was some trouble with the clutch on the bike, and they kept working on it until I was happy.You might pay a bit more for service at the dealership, but you really do get what you pay for.

Where do I start....I saw a Multistrada Pikes Peak advertised on Cycletrader that I had to have. Unfortunately I wasnt quite ready for a purchase plus Im in Los Angles and theyre in Austin. After sleeping on it I decided to go for it. I reached out to them and stated immediately working with Greg. Right from the start he was on it. Professional, knowledgeable and polite. Whether text, talk or email he was super quick to respond. We negotiated the price, worked out the details and a week later my dream bike is sitting in my garage. Last week I had my multistrada in for service, and DucatiAustin did a great job. I also had a chance to talk with Greg in sales - he was terrific - very knowledgable, polite, and helpful.

I looked all around DC region for a 1299S as I just did not warm up to the V4 after a test ride, and finally found what I wanted at Ducati Austin on cycletrader. I called and spoke to Greg and he gave me all the info on the bike and we made a deal. I then used Keyboard motorcycles to ship it to DC. I was very pleased to work with Ducati Austin, when I got the bike it was spotless and ready to ride. They are great to work with and I recommend them if you need a Ducati, and don’t we all. It’s the perfect way to self isolate.

Fantastic experience. My son and I were amazed how our salesperson, Greg coordinated ‘everything’ before we got there. Everyone from the dealership greeted us including one of the owners when we arrived. When we started the 2.5 hour drive, my son was previously exhausted. Im 2-for-2 with great experiences now at Ducati Austin.First was when I had mechanical trouble on my Ducati during a 10-day solo adventure in 2017, and I diverted to Ducati Austin to have some emergency surgery on my Multistrada. They understood my situation when I called for help and took care of me as soon as I got there, turning me around the same day.Second was now buying a bike from them in 2019. Fernando was great to work with, and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be.

Ive had my Ducati serviced here for a few years now. Solid shop. Mechanics know what they are doing. Warm atmosphere inside and they make you feel welcomed.At one point I had an issue with Ducati Austin on one of my bikes valve service intervals but we found a resolution in the end which I was happy with. I recommend them and will be going back for service and parts.

Purchased a bike here last week and was very pleased with the process. One of the owners(Mark) ended up spending a couple hours with us and was happy to allow me to test ride any of the bikes in the showroom. He is a real enthusiast and was very knowledgeable. The deal was very low pressure and this is definitely a local dealer i would recommend to other people. Ben Jewell also deserves a shout out for being a very good salesman.I currently own several different brands of bikes purchased locally and these guys are refreshing. Everyone there seems to love their job.

The initial sales process went by really smooth but we discovered some issues with my contract just today. Long story short, they made a potentially really bad experience turn into a positive one with great service and essentially manning up to their mistakes and I have no regrets choosing the 2.5 hour one way drive to this place. Speaking with the GM as he was explaining to me their mistakes and how they would be fixed, has given me more confidence in my decision to do business with them. He was up front, articulate, and explained the issues we faced and then laid out the different options that we can approach to solve them. We hung up and he let me make my own decision and never tried to influence me one way or another. I admit our transaction didnt turn out to be the smoothest, but he turned a potentially really negative experience into a really positive one with great customer service. I stand by everything I said and will return for my termis and any other work I may need. All thats left is the follow through and our paper work. 5 stars for great customer service and after sales support. I would still recommend Hunter as your salesman as he was really great to deal with and I dont think mistakes like mine happen often.My experience should show you that a company shouldnt be judged for being perfect 100% of the time, as we expect them to. They need to be judged on how they react when they are not perfect. In my case, I still fully support Ducati Austin.

Nice Ducati location. Great staff. My only thought was that is was very weird how all the bikes in for storage were out front. The first time I went by, I was sitting on a couple, thinking they were just used bikes. They should really rope them off or something.Aside from that, the shop is pretty awesome. Beautiful bikes.

My ten year old son and I visited Austin for the MotoGP from Toronto. I ride a Ducati and dropped in to pick up some apparel (which they had a great selection). Great atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. We were invited back for their MotoGP event the next night. What a great time. Couldnt believe that I got to meet all the riders. An event of this magnitude is a tremendous amount of work, so thank you Ducati Austin.

Each department takes time out of a packed schedule to treat their customers like people. When I go there with a problem or with questions it feels like they approach it as a well-rehearsed team instead of just coworkers, and they work together with you to find solutions. What a joke! After exchanging of emails several days with a sales person, told him Im gonna visit them and after walking around the bikes inside and listening to sales people chatting and seems not even noticing me, I just left! Most likely their sales going up so steep they dont bother about even saying hi to somebody walking in their show room! And I didnt like the look of the bikes they offer, not speaking about the price! Go over just behind the corner and youll find much more customer attention at Woods and many other nice brands and options! Dont waste your time at Ducati Austin!

About a month ago I came here after visiting many other motorcycle dealers in Austin. DA had the best staff by far of all the stores I have visited.Jason, in sales, helped me decide which bike was best for me. After he let me take test rides of all the bikes I wanted I settled on the 899 Panigale. I have put about 1200 miles on it so far, and am so glad I ended up choosing this bike. Thank you for all the advice Jason.Eric and Brian, in the parts department are always so helpful. They can always answer all my questions and help me get the best parts for my bike.Cathy made the process of filling out the paperwork when I was purchasing the bike very easy on me and emails with insurance changes got settled very quickly.Overall I would recommend this store to all of my friends and family interesting in buying a new motorcycle. Customer service is great and it is clear that everyone here is knowledgeable about bikes.

Eric, in the parts department has provided exceptional service. I live in Orlando, but D of A has quite a lot of parts on hand, Eric has sent me emails with different comparisons, and then followed up. He has been very warm, friendly, and professional. If the parts department can take me serious and provide parts and service at the level one would expect. I will continue to support them, and when I go to purchase another bike, I would go to them before the local Ducati store in Orlando. Great job guys!

After talking to Vito on the phone he won me over completely. I really appreciate the time he spent with me on the phone. Although I live in Houston they have my loyalty and trust and will be the only place Ill be buying from or getting service with going forward. The store is very nice, well laid out and is well stocked with helmets, riding apparel, clothing and accessories. Furthermore, Im all for supporting small Mom and Pop businesses which is what Ducati Austin is. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the friendly customer service I received. Passing through Austin on a long motorcycle trip and needed some tires and a new chain. These guys hooked me up and had me in and out by mid afternoon and back on the road . Everyone really went above and beyond. If I were local, theyd be getting my business.

Tom and Jake had me in for a simple clutch lever adjustmen when they found something seriously wrong with my clutch. Despite it being 3pm on a Saturday they squeezed me in, got the problem fixed, and sent me home a happy (and safe) customer. Excellent customer service all around.

Walked in with cash in pocket. Apparently didnt look hipster enough to justify buying a Ducati. Never even recognized by the staff. Best place for your new bike Kappa Bro.

Absolutely disgusted with the “customer service” I received from the pre owned department today. I spoke with a salesman about a bike that was being taken in on trade today and was told “ get here as fast as possible.” I had been communicating with the previous owner of the bike and was made to believe by the salesman I would be getting the bike for a price for the same or close to what it was taken in for. So after taking off of work, pulling money out of the bank, and getting a baby sitter I was half way to Austin before I got a call from the sales manager. After the deal was done with the previous owner I was told they would take $7,000.00 more than what was previously duscussed. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this dealership.

I didn’t buy my bike yet, but potentially will next year. Sales people were extremely knowledgeable and not pushy.

Purchased two new monsters from them so far and perform all services here even on my non-ducati motorcycles. Mark, Vito and Cathy treat you like family. Josh, Brian and the rest of the service team are exceptional and will keep going back.

The dealership was very very nice and tidy and they had a great inventory. But I was in there Saturday, and for the 15-20 min I was there not a single soul even accnowledged my existence, they looked right at us and went back to talking. I dont mind waiting but being completely ignored I cant stand

Was there a couple weeks ago I don’t personally own a bike but always been a Ducati fan, the atmosphere that the people working there make is completely awesome they make you feel like family they definitely take their time with you and that is why next year i will be buying my first bike and it will definitely be in Ducati Austin.

Although I didnt get to stop by in person, I worked with John online and over the phone to purchase a bike. I was very happy with the service I received- I never felt pressured and John patiently worked with me to make a deal that I think we were both happy with. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out if youre in the market for anything Ducati.

Had an amazing experience there today. They close at 5pm and I got there 10 minutes before they cloed to let my fiance sit on a bike shes been eyeing for some time. To my surprise, a very passionate(in a good way), man named Fernando, asked if we had been helped and then offered to help. He was moving a bike inside at the time, and left it right where he was, to help us!!! She sat on it, really liked it, he came right back in 5 minutes with an out the door quote on the bike!! Needless to say, shell be picking up her bike by the end of November!! Professional, respectful, not pushy, and most of all Passionate!!!

I often visit Ducati Austin, From the service and parts counter people, to the extremely knowledgable techs, I ride past other dealers to work with this one.

Ducati is expensive but you get what you pay for.. Ducati is State of the art ....and as close to engineering perfection as you can get...if your in to bikes it doesnt get any better than ducati... and their staff are great their lead tech Brian can fix any problem you have with your bike ...go see them ....

I was in town for MotoGP weekend and had traveled from Ohio with a trailer and three ducatis. We showed up hoping to use their loading ramp and they were so so accommodating and helpful. They hosted several events throughout the weekend which were all fun and enjoyable. As out of towners we felt so welcomed. Thank you Ducati Austin for a great weekend!

Once again the team at Ducati Austin saved our bacon! On another ride from Dallas for F! weekend and we had a bit of a mishap. The team was able to get us fixed up and back on our ride. Really thankful for their service!!

Best Ducati shop in Austin Houston area. Even when I told them I wasnt interested in buying, they took the time to talk to me and show me the shop. Now I ride a Ducati! I get all my services done there even thigh I live in Houston.

I will probably never own a Ducati, just not my style of bike. But the team here at Ducati of Austin has always been very nice and accommodating whether it was purchasing Dainese gear or just staring at the beautiful Italian motorcycles.
