Capital City Garage is the best garage door service/seller in Central Texas. These guys are quick, accommodating, knowledgeable and VERY honest. My previous garage door service guys (wont name names) did a horrible job aligning the rails and door and I didnt even know about it until it was too late. However, Capital City Garage to the rescue. I got a sticker right below my garage door button to remind me who to call when service is needed. Will be recommending to everyone plus will be a return customer. Thanks guys.

Purchased a Mid-American 16’ X 7’ walnut wood grain door with Capital City this summer. Lauren had come to our house in the past to service our previous door a couple of times and was very prompt and reasonable with the cost. So I knew I wanted to give him my business when it was time to install a new door.We love this new door. It really makes the face of the house. Lauren removed the existing door and it’s hardware and installed the new door within a couple of hours. He made it look effortless and was a real pleasure to watch. Lauren is very personable and we had great conversation as he was installing.I highly recommend Capital City for anyone looking to get a new door.

What a great experience I had with Capital City Garage doors today! My garage door was stuck after I forced it to close causing spring and cable issues. I emailed CCGD requesting a service tech to come see what they could do. I was surprised to get a call from the owner of the company the next morning. He was so helpful and a upfront about everything from pricing to what to expect when he arrived at my home. He was willing to come that day but I asked for an appointment the following day. He arrived on time and ready to work. In no time he had my garage door fixed and working better than ever before. His price was right on line with what he told me to expect and what a great price it was! Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish and will be sure to call them again if ever needed!

Garage springs broke on a Saturday, Called and spoke to Owner Loren that evening. He and Thomas came out to the house Sunday morning and fixed everything back to new. The tech was a bit later than planned, but he completed the work VERY quickly and efficiently. He also considered my opinion about the repair needed, and explained things well. We had intermittent issues with our garage door sensor. We would get them aligned and working, but then it would stop again. I called Capital City Garage doors, who were friendly and helpful. Loren came by and looked at a few things, identified the sensor was bad, and quickly replaced it. Loren was nice and professional. After Hurricane Harvey my garage door, that was already suspect, really started giving me trouble. Called Sunday and surprise I reached Loren the owner of Capital City Garage Doors. He made an appointment with me Monday morning at 8:30. We discussed the repair options on my door with a broken spring and poorly functioning opener. Loren pointed out the danger of my door falling if the 2nd spring were to break. I asked about replacement options. He quoted me a price installed for a new insulated door with a new opener that I accepted as it was reasonable and fair. The crew came back with the new door and his guys had it installed by noon! We had electrical problem with our garage door opener this morning. As usual, one does not know this until trying to get the car out of the garage. Loren came over right away and figured out the problem, fixed it and we were on our way in no time. This was not the first time, Loren came to our rescue. Capitol garage put in a new door about 2 years ago. This past week it wouldnt work couldnt figure out why. And, I had an issue with the 2nd door. I called and Lauren came out. Easy fix, the contractors in my house accidentally bent the sensor. So, after Lauren(owner) adjusted both doors and I asked what the charge was. He said, dont worry about it. I was floored. He was here at least one half hour plus driving time to and fro. I was so happy with the door he installed originally(after having multiply other companies come out) that this is the company you want to do business with and nobody else. Honest, realible, fair, great customer service. Easy 10 stars.

Loren came out to look at our gate which weve been having issues with for a while. He was so helpful, described why the problem was happening, and showed me how to fix the problem in the future. He was professional and friendly, would highly recommend them for any garage/gate work!
