All the staff welcomed me in and were very helpful. Selection was enormous, but was neatly kept and easy to get around. Both Adams working on 10/3 helped me not only get a really quick grip job done on my driver, but set me up with a studio session. Highly recommend for any experience golfers.

Did a studio fitting with Ken and it was a complete game changer. He hooked me up with a set of irons right at my price point and even gave me a few pointers to help improve my swing. After the session I was hitting straight much more consistently and added about 20 yards to my swing. Super knowledgeable guy and would definitely recommend working with him if youre in the market for new clubs. Very excited to get everything in and hit the course!

Had a great great fitting with Pat Mills. Clubs play perfectly. He took the time to reshaft, regrip, and make sure all my clubs fit and played exactly how I needed. I have been absolutely loving my clubs and I couldn’t have gotten better customer service.

Walked in and was leery. I had a complicated transaction and hoped it went well. Skip the long story. Levi took care of me and handled all the issues without any hesitation. He multi tasked. Jeff K comes up clutch again! I have been following Jeff across Texas from store to store for years anytime I need a club fitting. First it was the putter, next was the irons and now it was time for the Driver. I had an upcoming trip to Austin and called Jeff the week before my trip, told him I would be in town and wanted to come see him. So glad I did! He put me in the new Callaway Epic driver, not only did he work his magic and gain me 17 yards but he got me hitting the ball so much straighter! I have used the driver 9 times now and my scores have never been better! Thanks for the help Jeff!

My wife and I went in today and worked with Kari. She was very knowledgeable and showed my wife a few clubs and even gave us some pointers on our swings. She was amazing! The store is in great shape with a great selection as well. A big shout out to Kari and a thank you to the rest of the team that was warm and welcoming as well! We will definitely be back!

Diane was fantastic helping me with some desperately needed new shoes. She was so informative and helped me go thru tons of choices. She also helped so much with clothing selections, and crazy size differences across brands. In the end, I ended up needing a cart!Levi helped as I was arriving and leaving, answering my many questions and getting me signed up for rewards. And every other team member I encountered was ready to help and informative.Lastly, every staff member was wearing their mask and thoughtful of giving patrons their space. I cant believe it took me so long to get into this store! Thanks Diane and Levi!

Had a weird experience where I was wanting to try out a few clubs as a beginner and was excited to do so. The employee working the fitting bay seemed like he really had other stuff to do. Place was empty ish. Told me the irons I was interested in were not for beginners but didn’t really give any other recos when I asked what other options there might be. Gave me a cracked ball to try to hit with (I had to point it out) and zero insight once i hit it, basically just standing in the corner. I’m not expecting a full fitting or anything but honestly it was really off putting and discouraging and I will not be buying my clubs from this particular store.

Awesome place to get your golfing supplies. I am quite the novice when it comes to golf, but this place makes it easy. The staff is helpful and they let you try out the clubs as well. Really excited to take my new putter and irons out on the course.

So this rating is based off of what is now going on a 3 month experience, so it’s not just a one and done kind of thing.First off, great store that has pretty much anything you need. Now the story, I was looking at getting fitted for some new irons and set up my fitting for the next day (June 6th or so)… The fitting went well, got everything lined up and I had asked the gentlemen if they had the Irons I wanted to buy in stock, which they did, without grips (perfect), stiff shaft and all. All that needed to have done was bend them up 3degrees. The fitting coach was persistent on making me a set of clubs consisting of two different sets. (Which I understand) long story short, my concern was the wait time to get custom everything. ( I knew the shortage in clubs since my brother is in the golf industry) I told the guy my concerns and he immediately told me the wait time is not going to be longer than 3-5 weeks. Which was July 20th or so. Ok cool I guess I’ll pay 1600$ up front and wait.Well here’s what really upsets me about this whole thing, it’s now the 14th of September, no clubs and now the scheduled date for delivery is November 11th!!! (and I know it’s not the superstores fault) but I keep getting told they “marked” my account and will have the person behind the curtain who checks on special orders call me and fill me in on what’s the hold up. No call.I go into the store (empty) and stand at the repair/orders area while guys walk back and forth completely ignoring my existence. Now, I don’t call the store to ask because I’m not trying to be too much of a lazy consumer but man, for someone who has spent 1600$ on a set of clubs that I don’t have, treat me as if im human at least!I feel like the guy who fitted me damn well knew that these wouldn’t show up in 3-5 weeks, as it’s quite well known that there’s a back order…I could have waited for 2022 clubs instead of paying full price for last years.

Bought a Callaway hybrid from the demo bin (clearly marked as a demo), expecting to get a discount. No dice. The demo cost was exactly the same as a new club because, it was explained to me, Callaway was no longer making the club. All the more reason for it to be discounted like the other demos. The PGA Store just lost a customer.

I ordered a set of irons in July, they told me it would take a month to get them in. All but my PW came in. They said it would be another month. However, they called me back and said they got one in and I wouldnt have to wait. Thank you PGA for going the extra mile on customer service.

I ordered custom ladies irons February 2021 with Paul Nagi. Had a fantastic experience and placed the order. After waiting 8 weeks there was an epic ice storm in Austin and the store flooded and had to close for renovations. Paul was able to put me in touch with the manager, Jeff Kuenzle, who kept me updated on the status of the irons while the store was closed. Then there was a problem with materials on the Cobra side. David Burns and Sterling were able to talk me through why the irons were delayed. When they did get the irons in, Jeff and Sterling made up for the delay with an upgrade in materials and could not have been nicer and more helpful in making up for the delay. Sterling was exceptionally kind and understanding. Seriously one of the most upstanding, professional management teams I’ve experienced in a retail environment. Can not say enough about how they handled business during an extremely difficult situation with the remodel crisis. Denise in sales was so nice, as were all of the employees that I encountered. Fantastic team!

Best service and staff in town! Eric in particularly was incredibly helpful, insightful, and patient with me as I decided on what driver (Titleist TSi3) and sand wedge to make a permanant part of my set. I greatly appreciate the time and answers he gave me in helping to making these selections.I will be back for all my golfing needs!

Walked in to get a new shaft on my driver. Greeted promptly. Directed me to other desk. Immediately helped. Had the shaft and grip I wanted. Dropped it off, in and out in 10 minutes. Two day turn around. Will go back for all needs now!

Well, I called before driving a couple hrs. to make sure that they had the set of irons I was wanting and was told that they did. No, they didn’t ! So after a two hour drive and 15 minutes of excuses 30 minutes of looking around I had to order a set. So now 1600.00 dollars and over 60 days later I’m still waiting and still don’t have an arrival date on my clubs. At the time I ordered the clubs I was told it would take around 20 days to receive the order. Not impressed !

First time to any PGA store and completely new to golf. Came in looking for used wedges since the used set that I bought didn’t have any. They didn’t have any in my price range, but I got to spend some time with Kelly on the simulator and got some tips on things to work on. Reading some of the other reviews I was a bit intimidated coming in, but I had a great experience, left more excited about learning the game, and will definitely be back!

Eric was great in helping me find a 3-wood in my budget that I liked. Only reason a knocked a star off is because we stood around for a good while looking at clubs without acknowledgment before we finally went to flag someone down. I imagine thats just a result of Covid staffing restrictions and I will definitely be back

Went in to look at a new driver. I was very focused on the shaft, as my last one was much too flexible. I flagged down an employee that was hanging around the drivers. Explained what I was looking for. He handed me a flexible shaft, to which I said it was too flexible. He then didn’t really reply, so I awkwardly just asked to swing the club in some open space to which he then quickly walked away. Maybe it was because I am in my 20’s and was not dressed as if I was going to play 18 holes?

I took 3 lessons with CJ Kim. Before I started my first lesson maybe 3 out of a hundred balls would fly straight. It was an immediate right turn as soon as the ball left the tee. Now after 3 lessons I am hitting straight and with a slight draw! Couldnt believe it, ball after ball after ball going where I want it to. I highly recommend the lessons at PGA SUPERSTORE the staff is very friendly and ready to help!

If you want to have your order cancelled after they supposedly have already shipped your shoes then this is the site store for you. I ordered a pair of shoes that were on sale and after I received confirmation of them being shipped I then get an email saying that part of my order which were my shoes are now cancelled because they no longer have them in stock?? That is pretty funny. This has never happened to me with Dicks or Discount Golf.

The team members not rude by any means, just not really informative. Waited about twenty minutes to hit and get some assistance as Im looking for a new set of irons and driver. Had two representatives ask me if I needed anything, and I simply said that I was waiting to hit a few balls and look for a new set. However, they failed to tell me that I needed to check in and get a pager. Possibly my fault for not asking as well, and if there was a sign I missed it. I hit two balls and had a rep come in and ask if I had gotten a pager, which I told him I was unaware of the process since its my first time. He said it was no problem that I was welcome to hit. A few minutes later he came in and said that I had to stop hitting and gave the bay away to someone who had not been waiting as long.Its a new store, so I understand they are finding their way and execute their plan, but I think I will stick to online shopping and testing clubs out at other places for the time being. Not worth they hype that I had put in my head for the first visit.

I guess you have to have grey hair or pull out your black card here. I tried to walk in and purchase a GAPR club today and had to wait 5 minutes just to interrupt the employees from talking to see if I could get any education on the club and test it out.It wasn’t the exact one I was looking for so I let the sales rep know and he acted like I should just go to the manufacturers website.The store is so great I’ll be back but I’ll do my own research and expect no service next time.

PGA Superstore had some work done on new shaft I purchased.Hole# 6 at Teravista fell apart had to finish round without a driver. Superstore had a big grand opening customer service went right out the window. Poor craftsmanship poor quality. Superstore should worry about super customer service not Superstore.Maybe the CEO will read the bad reviews and make some serious changes.BIG MONEY BIG SUPERSTORE terrible service

I was lucky enough to run Into the mizzuno rep and he fitted me for a set of irons. He was very knowledgeable and helpful for what I needed. I ended up ordering them from a different retailer because of a credit card Special.The other employees of the store were helpful as well. Thanks again to the Mizzuno Rep.

The 2 ladies that work there are not very helpful & they were also rude & ill mannered, as they never asked me if I needed help. While I was trying on clothes in the dressing room one of them banged on the door, I guess wanting me to hurry to get out or they thought I was stealing something. there were 4 other empty dressing rooms. It was weird. Maybe they don’t like other women in “Their “ store.

This place is filled with a bunch of employees who don’t want to sell anything at all. This must be their second job because the few times I have wasted my time in there no one has helped me or even made an attempt to ask me if I needed any help. Poor customer service . Their employees need to get off the gas about theirselves. Its a golf superstore, act your pay .

Walked into the store and wasnt even greeted, let alone ask if we needed any help. Walked around the store and not one of the employees even looked in my general direction. Not a single care that a possibly paying customer was in the store. Utterly horrible customer customer service and I will never waist my time going there again.
