Super happy with delivery of my new Masters Spa. The delivery crew was spectacular! Today is 07/15/2021 and I ordered the spa on 09/05/2020. The turn time was slower than the 6-8 month delivery that was explained at purchase. Communication about the delayed status was not good but the week of delivery, I learned there were recent staff changes that should help with communication for future customers. My own research helped me understand that COVID has caused understandable manufacturing delays in this industry too.

I am livid! It’s been over 10 months and we have not received our spa nor have we even gotten on the production schedule. No one from Paradise Spas has even bothered to call or inform us of any delays or issues. We have called several times to check production status and still do not have a production schedule or a time when we may receive our spa. The service is beyond terrible, worse than any company that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend you do your homework if you’re looking for a spa. I would not recommend this company to purchase your spa from. If I could leave and no star review I would definitely do that. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I thought it would be important in this case since the service has been so horrible. I just called and was put on eternal hold.

We received our spa today! We ordered it on November 15, 2020, so the arrival time was longer than the 6-8 months originally quoted, but it seems everything is on a delay now. The communication regarding the status was poor, until I chatted with Ashley, and she put me on their email list for weekly updates. The delivery crew, AJ, Dionte and Bing, were very nice and did a great job with install and explaining the chemicals. Overall I would recommend Paradise Spas!

Understanding COVID pushed back delivery of my hot tub, waiting for 9 months with no communication from Paradise Spas unless I initiated it makes me feel not valued or appreciated by this business. The delivery guys were the only ones to contact me with accuracy on their timing for arrival. They only had 2 guys and they admitted they were missing additional help. It meant I helped them push and pull their sled to the backyard.The hot tub was placed where I requested but it was not connected. Though I was not informed that I would not have installation during this 4 hour delivery window, the delivery guy went through the starter kit of chemicals with me and even had me write on each bottle how to use them as we stood over an empty hot tub with no orientation of how to use the control system.The delivery guy called his boss to ask if they had suggestions for electricians I could contact to connect the hot tub to the 220 outlet Id already had installed. His boss threw out a name but said he would not recommend him. And that was it!I have called and left messages to try an request an orientation as this is my first hot tub ever and as a single mom this was a huge splurge for our family. They have not called back.I do NOT recommend doing business with Paradise Spas from Cedar Park.

Hes a confident and professional technician that completed the repair in a timely manner, and gave me helpful tips on care and maintenence of a hot tub. I had no idea that filling the tub properly goes a long way to maintaing a long life on the pumps. Absolute satisfaction and the hot tub has been humming perfectly after almost 2 weeks. Hot tub quality is great but coordinating delivery were troublesome. Now, after several years of ownership and in need of warranty work, I can say that PSOL is horrible. After over 6 weeks of waiting to have a technician come to evaluate an issue, Ive now waited over 6 months with no action whatsoever. When speaking with PSOL, there is no record of having even visited my house or what issues needed to be addressed.

Spa was delivered within the quoted lead time when we purchased the spa. The delivery team placed the spa where we requested it. The spa had no scratches or dings from being put in place. The delivery team did back the trailer onto the front yard grass and nearly missed our sprinkler system.Never received the filter I was promised. After several attempts to give them a chance to make it right, never happened. Poor service!

Great team and follow up. I was searching and the friendly staff made the decision very easy. There is a wait time but that is with nearly everything these days. I love my tub and hope everyone else enjoys the quality of Master spas these guys offer.

I had a piece that was broken on the new swim spa I purchased a couple weeks ago and the young technician his name is Chase... was absolutely awesome... Extremely nice young man... On time... Took the time to answer some of my questions... I hope I see him again sometime

I bought a 19 combination hot tub and spa from these folks last year. Of course they were real helpful then. When they delivered my spa they cracked the vinyl. Within two weeks they had someone repair it, but it is cracking in the same place and spreading. Also, 1 year and over $30,000 later, my control panel is not working, my pool cover is coming apart at the seams, and the free filters they offered when I purchased it have yet to arrive..They sent a tech in Dec/Jan. He was on loan from the main manufacturer I guess because these things break down all the time.He was not able to fix anything and said the local tech would get back to me. Has not happened in spite of numerous phone calls, that they dont answer, and an angry trip to there shop 1.5 hours away. I paid them for there service trip even though they said everything was under warranty. Nothing.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. IF 0 STARS WERE AN OPTION THEY WOULD HAVE IT.

I bought a hot tub and massage chair. I believe I got a fair price but who knows. My issue is service. I have requested a call back for nearly 2 weeks. I have talked with Miguel. He states Tim will call me back. I have even stopped in and only Miguel is there who claims he cant help me. I have even tried calling as a new customer. Difficult to reach anyone ever! Never a good sign for future purchases. I recommend staying away!

We had our hot tub delivered by Jay and the rest of the crew. Jay was awesome at working with me to place the tub perfectly and then spent the time to review the hot tub and its operation with me.

Sales personnel who dont know models, no communication, they only want your money, and tough luck if anything is wrong!!! My sister purchased a swim spa and received the wrong spa supposed to be 51h versus 60h. My sister and I are both short which is why she wanted the short but 15 long swimspa after owning a 12.5 swimspa for over 10 yrs. She put money down on Aug 1,2020 and told 5-6 months for delivery. At 6 months she started calling and got no return call. She drove around a couple of times to find out about her spa. 10 months later June 5, 2021 she finally got a huge swimspa and then told stairs are on back order into 2022. She kept calling but no return, finally drove up there and they acted like they would help either consign or exchange. Then found the exchange was for a 13 and they would return $500. She was buying a 15 at $27161 and now to move up to the 15 they want another $8000 due to price increases that she bought a year ago. They suggested I sell it on craigslist!!! They dont stand by anything. Dont buy anything from this place or their spas spas, spas sales!!!

Absolute worst experience for warranty. They dont even deserve 1 star. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from them. Our hot tub went out after having it for only 7 months. We reached out to them to get a tech out to fix it and it took 2 weeks before we could even get someone on the phone. Its now been over 2 months since this started and the service guy literally told my husband today that he still hasnt even ordered the part to repair it and no one has even been out to look at it. The service department guys voicemail is constantly full so you cant leave messages and when he finally does answer, there is no update. The main office is also a joke. I called the other day and the manager promised to call the warehouse and find out why our parts havent arrived yet and he would call me by end of that day with an update. No shock that he never called. Now we know why. I know some people use these forums to just rant and rave, but Im honestly trying to help others before they spend $10k on a hot tub and go through this experience. Buy from absolutely anyone else.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I tried to do business with Paradise Spas. They are so shady. Sean was my salesperson. After 2 weeks of working with him he told me he had a spa and was marking it SOLD. I have messages to prove it. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving he told me he was making the tub SOLD for me. So I paid a contractor 4000 dollars to start building the deck for the Hot Tub. We talked about delivery at the end of December. He text me back Friday after Thanksgiving and told me the owners will not sell it to me. I explained I just dropped 4k to build my deck based on the information that Sean was marking it sold. I asked to be contacted by a Manager or the owner no less than 5 times over messages, and in person. No call, no email, no text. 0 communication. I told Sean I want to give the owners of this business the opportunity to make this right before I share my experience online. So a week after my last attempt to have them call me I am going to go to every review site I can find their name on and share my experience. I ended up ordering one from San Antonio. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Abysmal horrible awful customer service. Ordered and paid for a part SIX weeks ago. Found out today, after weekly calls that the part hasn’t even been ordered by the store and WON’T be ordered until some unforeseeable future date.

If youre thinking of buying a spa from this company, I would seriously reconsider. I am on phone call #20 for the purchase of my swim spa. The customer service has been beyond awful. They do not pick up their phone, and when they do, they dont return phone calls for days or weeks. This may sound like an exaggeration, but it is not. My swim spa was waiting for weeks in a warehouse in Austin ready to be delivered, but I couldnt even get anyone to call me back to schedule delivery. Finally, delivery day came and I waited for them to arrive between 9-1. At 12:45 they called me to say they couldnt do it. The sales guy got involved and made it happen (at 4:30) but it came with no soft treads installed, which I had been charged for. I was also also charged incorrectly by almost $3k. I have spent the last two weeks trying to get that sorted out. The manager literally refused to call me regarding all the issues I have had with his employees. Not surprising the place is such a mess. Not worth it. Go elsewhere.

Guys were great that sold us the spa and it came in on time frame they told us. Spa is everything we hoped it would be. Delivery guys were very friendly and were great at explaining the use of the spa. I recommend these guys.

Worst Customer Service. Bought a Spa in Jan 2021 and was told 4-5 month wait time. since then the only time I can speak with someone is by Calling 4-5 times and waiting 24-48 hours for a call back. Even then talked to 2 different people and was told my Spa would be built by June 1st and delivered within 2-3 weeks after that date. 6/9/21 I called 5 times left a VM and have not received a call back. Used the Online text feature and was told me Spa was not built yet and looked to be completed around June 30th with a delivery 3-4 weeks after that. I texted back please call me so to discuss (No text back, or call)… Today 6/10 Called 3 times no answer and still no call back. At this point Im ready for my money back and I will go buy from a company that cares about their customers

We ordered a Spa a few months back was told an approx date of delivery, have been trying to call for weeks now with NO answer, have left multiple messages, and emails still have not received a call or email back. They seem nice and legit when they are at the shows, customer service has been awful.
