Absolute great, Alyssa did a fantastic job. They do voice recognition which I didnt receive at an other audiologist and you get the results. Because of the voice recognition, my right ear didnt pick up but 2 words and was told a Bicros hearing aids would be great for me and to get in contact with my audiologist at BS&W, Costco doesnt carry Bicros. Going true BS&W for my Bicros, saved me a lot of money. Thanks Costco for member services.

Great service and prices. Has audiologist and well trained technicians. Complete with sound booth for testing and fitting.

I am a long time customer and the service has slowly gone downhill. Availability is non existent as was in the beginning. Selection and options have decreased. Hope Costco will get its act together.

Well Im at the gas station but the hearing center is awesome too

They are very helpful and professional. When I need hearing aid batteries they know what type my hearing aids need.
