This place is wonderful the best quality the best prices the best people. Sadly I have recently decided not to visit them until the Covid crisis has passed. I struggled with whether to leave this review. I also feel that people should know facts that allow them to make their own decisions about their own health and safety.It’s a pretty small store with a small customer area; no 6 foot markings. I have never seen any employee wear a mask. They assured me that they wipe everything down regularly and I completely trust them that this is true. They do have a “buzz to be let in“ sign on the front but I’ve only seen it Active once, months ago.I want to stress that I am NOT characterizing this business unsafe, uncaring or negligent. For myself the risk is too high. I really miss the staff and the quality product and look forward to frequenting this business again.

No one wears a mask, ever. They throw out the HIPAA laws trump card as an explanation, but in reality that is BS. I am a nurse, there is no good excuse to not wear a mask. Also their CBD flower is overpriced, lots of places nearby with much better prices.

By far the best Kratom Vendor I know of, and thats saying something, because Ive purchased kratom all over Austin and DFW ... White Dragon Botanicals has top quality kratom and forget about finding better prices. I dont think its possible. There is NOWHERE else you can buy 8 oz for $45 + tax... believe me.

I dont live in Austin, however I only come to this place for buying kratom. Knowledgeable staff, great selections, and they even sell empty capsules (which are pre separated!). A little heads up: Make sure you have cash to make your purchase. They charge a percentage of your total if you use a card. I believe it is 4% (technically 3.9%). Thats pretty massive considering the fact that many of our purchases may be high-priced. They have an ATM, but that charge is also above the market Norm. Will definitely give 5 stars if they could change these fees to a normal market rate with the ATM and debit fees. Other than that, I highly recommend! Its obviously worth the drive and having to deal with the hassle of bringing cash.***Edit: The ATM Fee is now at a normal rate.***Edit: They are handling the pandemic incredibly. Great business!

Okay, this place is absolutely amazing! It was a LITTLE bit hard to figure out the entrance (its in the back of a smaller building that has a couple other businesses, but they keep a black sign out in front of the entry door), however, once inside I almost felt at home. I was greeted by two very kind and friendly associates, and I wish I got the wonderful mans name who helped me, but I think he may have been an owner. This man actually listened to me explain about what exactly I was looking for and very thoroughly described what he suggested I try as well as thoroughly answered every single question I had, with total confidence in his replies, which honestly gave me the impression that he absolutely knows what hes talking about. Not only that but he also showed me a couple sheets of info that detailed what each product was and how it would affect me, to further help me make an informed decision. After he helped suggest and let me choose what I wanted to try, he went off and prepared it for me and brought it to the register, he continued to answer questions for me and also ASK me questions about whether I knew how to use the products because I was clearly pretty inquisitive and inexperienced and I think my nervousness may have been pretty obvious. He then went out of his way to print out a couple sheets of instructions on different ways to use the products along with extra information about them to answer other questions that could arise! I honestly havent met someone so patient, compassionate and understanding with me at a business in a long while. AND he also described the way HE prefers to use the products and helped me understand I didnt have to go through all the trouble I had been previously told Id have to go through to prepare them. This saved me a TON of trouble and mess.....well, sort of....this part is pretty funny. After checking out (prices are phenomenal and so fair, by the way) and finishing up our conversation, I left and headed back home. After I pulled into the driveway, I got a wild hair or something and decided I was going to go ahead and try one of my products before I got out of the car and went into my house. I decided to give his suggested method a try since he said it worked well for him and I was feeling a bit brave. BAD MOVE! I tossed about a half tablespoon of the very fine powdery stuff to the back of my throat and before I could even get water into my mouth to wash it down, I had a reaction strikingly similar to what Ive witnessed on YouTube with the Cinnamon Challenge and suddenly the entire dash of my car was crop dusted with green powder! I fought my every instinct to hack and cough as I tried to quickly get water in my mouth and rinse the rest of it down but the gagging and hacking won and thus my dashboard was subsequently rinsed off. I started laughing while simultaneously fighting off my gag reflex from the remnants of the powder clinging to the back of my throat and managed to exit my vehicle as a neighbor looked on and saw me laughing, hacking, gagging and struggling to breathe through the debacle altogether! In short, though I personally am clearly NOT fit for the ol Toss N Wash method, it sure was an experience! I decided to just add a small swig of water to mine and stir well to make sure the grains are all wet before I toss it back instead! Im still laughing about it, though!I also want to stress that this is a seriously wonderful company who treats its customers very well and also has products that actually DO WHAT THEY CLAIM! Every single issue I had that I wanted to relieve, I got relief from with the products recommended to me! With their help I even managed to get 6 hours of sleep last night (usually only get 2 tops) without a single night terror (which is something I didnt expect to actually get relief from and is something Ive battled since childhood....could be coincidence but well see with time!) and I even woke up in the same position I fell asleep in, which isnt something I ever do being I have Restless Leg Syndrome. Love this place! Thank yall!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if a little goofy.CBD seems like good quality and is perhaps 40% cheaper than other stores.Overall, the prices at White Dragon are hard to beat.
