One of Kind Daddy Ice’s drivers blocked my car in a parking lot - when asked him ( very politely ) to move to let us out - he became belligerent and slammed the door of the rental truck into my car and then cursed at me when I asked for his license & insurance information. He eventually relented when I offered to call the police.I’m working with the owner to attempt to get the issue resolved; but he has not been very supportive.

Very RUDE, wanted the credit card asap. Sounded Flaky, said he would call back, someone was at his door. Didnt call back. I was waiting for him to ask for credit card number and he said, hey dude just give me the credit card number I gotta go! I said, really man. You sound irritated. I knew he would be a no show. He goes, Im gonna pass on this one.You get the jest on this, he was very nervous from the get go. Definitely Rude and not trust worthy. He not showing for my daughters wedding and probably wont show up for yours.

John at King Daddy and the entire staff saved our ass big time during SXSW this year. They were prompt, friendly and helpful. We will use King Daddy from now on for all our ice needs at Waller Creek Pub House and Edwins on 6th.

We have ordered ice 2 times from King Daddy Ice in the last month and a half and both times they neglected to put us on their delivery schedule. The first time we did not make a fuss because we know things happen. However, when it happened the second time, I asked for a discount. Our drinks and kegs were not iced down in time for our company party. They assured me that we would get a discount and they did give us one.......the little $5 delivery fee was taken off. That was not even worth having a discount and we will never order ice from them again.

I use these guys all the time for my business. They are life savers.
