David, Cheryl, and Paco the mechanic are the best team Ive ever seen in my 16 years in the carpet cleaning business. The store itself is ALWAYS keep perfect and rotated. Ive noticed products I never even realized they sell because they are constantly putting in the extra work to change the floor setup. They always always always go the extra mile and locate a product I need or even in the back. The are the exact opposite of lazy as they are constantly doing something. Constantly. They are extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and have recommended to me winner products time and time again and I get stuck in my ways and it helps because thank God I listened. The only ever person Ive ever come across in this industry is Mason. Hes an industry celebrity by now,but another golden person I was blessed to work with. Anyway if you need help in the carpet cleaning industry, then the Austin Aramsco Interlink is by far the best place to go in Central Texas. Lastly they are extremely professional, but youll pick that up immediately after talking to them. I highly recommend 👌

I have bought all of my equipment and supplies from Interlink. Ima owner of a carpet cleaning service in Killeen Tx. I have always hadgreat service from this company. Once I was doing a job and for somereason the engine died and would not re-start. In less than 5 minutes a certified mechanic was on the phone with me trouble shooting the problem. Turned out I accidentaly disconnected the fuel pump relay connector. They defenitely saved my bacon on that Job. If you ever needanything give Ray the manager a call. Interlink Supply has terrible customer service. The last two times I ordered from them was awful.In fact, the last order after 15 minutes on the phone I hung up on them. The person I spoke to seemed as if he did not know what he was doing. I vowed to myself never to do business with them again.
