I’m really impress with the way Mr. Noe Flores handle the sales.I asked prices with kubota dealer and wait for weeks to process the credit application so I gave up with them.And Than a decide to ask Noe for pricing and for the moment I walk in their store he was extremely help full, I filed the application and 3 hours later I got the approval and next the day the deliver the machine to my shop.Thank you Noe again for been so professional we will go back if we need another machine.I highly recommend this Company.

Great service and had everything I needed

I have been delivering and picking up here at holt for 2 years, as a delivery driver we have a good working relationship. The guys here are laid back and cool. I get the freight off they check it and im on my way. Thanks to Rhett, Anthony and Will they keep me moving.

HOLT CAT Austin not only delivers our parts, but they are at our location every morning very early to ensure parts are available right away.

When we had to have the broken teeth repaired on our CAT 120 motor grader, the Holt Cat shop in Austin did the job. They finished the repair in quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when the cost was cheaper than I was quoted initially.

Shout out to Peggy and her supervisor both in the parts department. Excellent costumer service!

Takes longer to get your parts in a dust to fix the machine

Really bad customer service, I came in for quote, I talked to Henry, he was rude and he didnt seem like wanted to help or make a sale. Not coming here again.
