Terrible service and quality,This was one of my favorite places to buy janitorial material before but lately the service is bad, I bought a machine that lasted 8 days working I took it when it failed and the technician of kim paper a tall guy behaved like a kick and did not solve The problem, I do not recommend buying equipment here, finally the receptionist is always in a bad mood and even if she has no one else to attend, she leaves you waiting until she sees fit. I think she should wash her face, fix her hair and be nicer to customers.

My ppIve been coming to Kim Paper for a couple of years and the level of customer service has always been above industry standards thats why I am a loyal customer. Recently Ive noticed that when I have been waited on by Gabby that she is extremely rude or condescending in her tone and there is no reason for this. I would strongly recommend asking to be waited on by anyone else but her, this type of behavior can really reflect badly on a business reputation.

If there were more stars to be able to give them, I’d say Kim Paper deserves them. On a scale of 1-5, they are a 15+. The staff has been outstanding throughout my experience with them. They all truly do their absolute best to accommodate everyone’s needs, ESPECIALLY pandemic products.I highly recommend them!!

It’s work that brought me down from dfw to the Austin area and to the doors of Kim’s paper. With all the choices Austin has for janitorial supplies I wasn’t sure where to start and blindly chose Kim’s. I’m glad I did. They provided A+++ customer service from the wonderful ladies at the front counter to extremely helpful and knowledgeable service tech in the back. With their help I was able to find an item I could make work for a floor machine in place of one I knew I probably wouldn’t ever find locally. It gets harder and harder nowadays to find a place that employees people that are willing to take the time required to provide the level of customer service I received at Kim’s. As far as I’m concerned the ONLY place for Janitorial supplies in Austin or San Antonio is Kim’s Paper. Period.

Excellent customer service and repairs on an industrial floor scrubber! Zero hassle. They picked up our machine, made the repairs, and returned it in no time. When I called, everyone was polite and delighted to have a chance for my business. Bill gave me prices, likely scenarios, and made the entire process too easy.

The customer service at Kim Paper is superb. We have been buying from them for several years and its very consistent. Recently the manufacturers for two of the paper products lessened the quality without notifying Kim Paper, and when I asked about this, Eugene Kim tackled it right away and got it straightened out, and we are back to our original product. He stayed on the problem until it was resolved, and his communication was excellent. I highly recommend doing business with them.
