I was referred to Pat by our vineyard consultant and I am so glad she did. Pat has been so patient with me. Weve had numerous phone conversations where he has basically taught me about drip irrigation. He never rushed me or made me feel as uneducated on the subject as I was. He has always answered my emails promptly which seems to be a rarity these days. Before I made my final purchase which was a pretty big purchase for our business, he went line by line and told me about everything I was ordering.....he explained why I needed it and he offered other options if I didnt want to purchase it.At one point, we thought we would have someone install the irrigation system because we were getting overwhelmed. He contacted several companies and they sent me their quotes. We were shocked by the installation prices. So, once again Pat walked me through what needed to be done and we did the installation ourselves. He delivered all the material and had it bagged together and labeled so we knew exactly where everything was going. He didnt miss a single piece of the irrigation puzzle......we didnt make any trips to the big box stores to complete the project!So, not only did Pat deliver great customer service and a great product but he taught us so much and made it as stress free as possible. What more can you ask for?

2 days I came looking for the place and could not find it they must have closed down

I have used this irrigation supplier for years mostly for drip irrigation, and they have usually had everything in stock. I get to look at the items before buying them. I have been very pleased.

Tried to get Blue E4 Emitters shipped which is a small package. We only ship UPS which shipping will be $16.. Sounds like they are there money hungry instead of customer service. This is such a small item which can go by Post Office at a small charge. Ridiculous!!

I needed low flow micro tubing for my irrigation system. I called and described to David what I was presently using. He told me he only had two sizes 3/16 and 1/4 inch. I decided since this was all he carried I would get the 3/16. When I got the order, it was to way to big compared to what I have been using. The length of area I had to water, a length of 200 feet of irrigation with this size tubing would never do. In the mean time, I found an old invoice from the company I used to buy from who is now out of business, Hydromatic Irrigation, Inc. in Lubbock, Texas. I called him and told him the 3/16 was to big, but I found out what I had described to him on our original conversation. micro tube 1/8 low flow. He said let me go back and see if I have this. He said yes I do, he sent me a sample and it was what I needed. The problem is, because of his initial error and failure to let me know he had this size all along, now I have to pay shipping fees to and from Ohio to Texas to get what I initially needed. I am stuck with 100 feet of 3/16 tubing, a 3/16 hand punch and plugs. I will never do business nor would I recommend doing business with this company again.

Wouldnt do business with them. Horrible service.
