Extremely dissatisfied with the owner of this company. After having fraudulent activity on my credit card due to an employee, the company has made no effort to provide the services that were paid for. On top of that, I became pregnant and was unable to receive the treatment that was paid for until after I had the baby. When I was able to receive treatment again, they refused to schedule the services saying my money has expired. I have approximately $1,000 balance remaining... They provided NO notice of their business closing in South Austin, they provided NO notice of the transfer of services to their location OUTSIDE of Austin and they provided NO notice of the money expiring. Their communication practices are horrible and their ethics are highly questionable.
