Got myself a watch and a wallet as a Christmas present. The staff were incredibly helpful and well informed about their products. I rarely make expensive purchases like this so I took my time trying stuff on. The salesman was helpful but not at all pushy. They has an incredible sale going on at the time and also offered free monograming and engraving. that took approximately 15 minutes which was just enough time for a pretzel. I love my new watch and wallet and would most certainly recommend these guys.

I was sent the wrong watch with the wrong engravment. I was so disappointed b/c it was a Valentines gift for my wife. We called customer service and they were rude and not helpful. Decided to go into an actual store in the mall. We explained what happened and I showed my email of the watch and amount paid. Tim helped us and we walked out of the store with a watch that was engraved. Thank you so much Tim!!

I bought a fossil smart watch for my wife for Xmas. After a couple days she decided she didn’t like the style and would prefer another watch. I sent it in for return, a month late, and just received confirmation that my return was processed in full- no questions.The watch is a great product, and the service I just received speaks volume to the customer service the company provides. If you think you might want a fossil, BUY IT, if you end up wanting it returned rest easy in the fact that they’ll fix it. No questions asked!I’ll definitely shop with fossil again, I think I’d really like one of the hybrid smart watches for myself.Thanks fossil!

Thank you.I went from wishing there was a closer store to being happy this one is close to me.Friday: Apparently, new customers are attended to and are higher value than those who already bought a watch to the staff at this location.I would go to another store if there was one closer.

Sofi and Amanda took SUCH great care of me!! I told them they were officially hired as my new hype squad! They helped me make a tough decision and genuinely wanted what was best for me. Hands down the BEST fossil store I’ve ever been to, I will only come back to this one. Not to mention there are only 6 fossil stores in the nation like this one! It has an engraving and embossing station in the store - how cool to have here!!

If I could give an award for Best Retail Experience in Austin, I would give it to this store. They are all courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Though Fossil.com (corporate) service department is pretty good, I had hit a dead end with getting help on a product defect. Luckily, I happened to go into this new store. When I barely bothered to mention the issue, Amanda assured me that she would personally solve the problem. After she did, she then taught me a bunch of features that my fossil watch does through the app (and I thought I already knew all the features). A+

All of the employees are super helpful and friendly. Karis helped us with watch bands, swapping out the clasps from gold to silver, finding the right bag, and embossing it. Couldnt recommend more!!!
