I’m out of town visiting (3OCT.2021)the lady working at this location didn’t let me and my friend in because she states that we needed to have a reservation in order to go in the store. WOW! This is new to me. It must be a Texas thang. That is the reason for the one star. On the East Coast I’m able to go into any Louis Vuitton store w/o any appointment.

There is a bit if a disconnect between customer service and the store. I ordered a bottle of cologne online and it wasn’t until it arrived that I realized I purchase the larger bottle. I contacted the store and was redirected to CS where I was told to do the exchange in the store for a smaller bottle. I also was waiting on delivery of a bag and was told I could do both together so I only had to make one trip.Upon arrival I was told I could get the bag but had to make an appointment for the cologne. Fortunately the appointment time was only 45 minutes later. I picked up the bag and ran a few errands then came back. The rep I spoke with inspected the cologne then came back a few minutes later to tell me that they could not take it back because the seal on the box was broken. This was pretty annoying as this was never mentioned by customer service and I was only told that as long as it wasn’t used I could exchange it.I did speak with the manager and he kindly made the situation right. I also learned that the bottles are refillable at a reasonable price and is definitely and option we’ll use in the future. I’m sharing this review because I don’t think that many people will know of this option.

I am turning 40 in August and told my husband that I wanted a Neverfull bag for my birthday. A couple weeks ago, we had stopped by the LV store at the Domain to look at them so I could get a feel for which size I wanted. The wait was short and Yachi our sales associate was very helpful. She explained they were low on the bags, but had 2 of them in stock. My husband asked which one I wanted and bought it for me. Best experience ever. I love my bag and even took it to GA for a week. It’s the perfect traveling bag and the pochette is the perfect clutch for a night out. I highly recommend this store and this bag.

I visited this store yesterday and had an overall great experience! I’ve received items as gifts before, but this visit was my first personal LV purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Chris - he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and made the visit so fun! I do recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time as the wait times can be lengthy. I will absolutely be returning to visit this store and Chris!

After reading reviews on our drive to the store, realizing we probably couldnt get in we decided to just try anyways. Thankfully we did because an appointment was so easy to get the next day 7-31-21 with the associate at the door! Anthony T. was amazing! I couldnt decide on a purse and Thankfully he had patience with my indecisiveness!!! Wonderful store and wonderful staff, you will not be disappointed.

I cant say enough about the amazing service we have gotten from this location, especially over other Louis Vuitton locations weve been to. Derek, our SA, is by far the most helpful and considerate SA weve dealt with. He has went above and beyond to keep us happy. He always seems to remember everything weve asked for even months later. Very impressed with the additional staffs friendliness as well. Definitely visit here if you are in the Austin area.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years now, had great experiences until today! Went to pick up my purse, was greeted at the door by “Erick” who said he was the manager, he asked for my name, told someone to go get my bag and literally handed it to me outside! Didn’t ask us to come inside and inspect the bag nor did he ask for an ID! What kind of customer service is this specially when spending thousands on their products! Sad to say, but I don’t plan on returning to this store! I’m so angry right now at how we were treated! We were also looking to refill my husband’s cologne and didn’t even get the chance to do that! 😡😡😡

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about visiting this location……but I had the best handbag purchasing experience with Priscilla! I didn’t have an appointment so I was told at the door it was an hour wait. I signed in and walked around until I got the text that they were ready for me. Once inside all of the attendants were so nice but Priscilla went above and beyond to make my experience amazing! She was very informative and patient while I shopped! (I decided on a bag but couldn’t decide on a wallet.)I don’t know if you can pick your salesperson but I would pick Priscilla again! She even gave us some tips on things to do here in Austin as first time visitors!

Amazing experience overall. We waiting 2.5 hours to get into the store but it was totally worth it. You give your information at the door and they send you a text when your turn is coming up. Maybe their products are amazing, but the customer service needs to be a lot better. I have waited on the phone for over an hour to reschedule an appointment. I am still waiting...If there a different way to contact this store to simply reschedule an appointment kindly let me know. I am sure there is a person in the store that is not on a tea break or has 30 seconds to reschedule an appointment.Worst process to reschedule an appointment. If the customer is not first, then I will have to look at a different product.Thank you for this opportunity to discover the arrogance and how my money is not welcome at your store.Thank you everyone for sharing your negative experiences at this store. The LV leadership needs some serous coaching to understand without customers they do not have a product regardless of how great their marketing is.

Beware you need an appointment to shop at this location. Crazy that in these times of convenience and curbside pick up that Luis Vuitton requires you to meet with a “consultant” to shop. I went to this location to buy my wife a hand bag. I knew which one she wanted. Wanted to make my purchase and get in and out. When I arrived they said there was a 75 minute wait to enter the store. I said I just needed to pick something up and they said I needed to meet with a consultant to shop there. I asked if this was a covid procedure and they wouldn’t answer. I took my business somewhere else.

I will not be shopping at this store again. I went to the store a few days ago for a specific pair of shoes. They didn’t have it but said it could still be ordered so I ordered and paid for them. Got the email that they were in…went to retrieve them and was stopped at the door, had my license requested and then was told that someone would bring my shoes out to me, while I wait in the hot sun. WHO DOES THAT? Then, a guy came up to pick up an online order and she told him to come inside in the lounge to wait. Why wasn’t I offered to come imside to wait? The whole thing was awful and made me never want to return. Why would you treat customers like that? It’s our dollars that’s keeping your store open! DO BETTER!

Really disappointed how they are doing the entrance. I drive 4 hours to this location and I was not let in. I was ready to spend a great amount of money, and I was told “well the way it’s looking I don’t think you will get in today”. I have always just walked in to a LV Store and bought what I wanted and left. There was hardly anybody in the store by looking through the windows. As a regular customer I am beyond disappointed. I also did try to call the store but no answer. Then I had a friend tell me he was able to get in with no appointment and look around when i was told completely different. I really don’t understand, if I gave off a vibe that I wouldn’t purchase anything or what but completely disappointed.

We were told we needed an appointment to enter the store (which appeared to be almost empty) so they wouldn’t let us behind the velvet rope (literally). It was mid-day and they said they couldn’t serve us or let us browse at all for the rest of the day since we didn’t have a reservation. My wife was carrying the most expensive handbag they make and they still treated us like we didn’t belong and sent us on our way.

Purchased a LV purse in Cancun MX, the day of purchase I asked if I changed my mind if I could return in the U.S. and was told yes by LV representative in Cancun .I wasnt completely in love with the purse I selected and decided I did want to return the purse within my 30 day time frame.Receipt did not state Mexico to U.S returns were not valid, however it did list a few Countries, Mexico not being one of the Countries.Upon arrival I waited outside for a bit, representative then told me that my 11 year old daughter, 10 year old daughter and 11 year old daughters friend must remain close and not separate from me while in store. My children are raised with manners, because I had children with me they first discriminated on familial status. At the register I explained I needed to return a purchase made from Cancun, Mexico.I was told Mexico We dont return anything bought from Mexico it seemed like she was insinuating Mexico was below LV.Why place a flagship store there if you feel the need to insult the Country?I then explained nowhere on the receipt did it state you could not make a return from MX to US and showed the woman. I was then told she couldnt read Spanish, to be honest even someone who cannot read Spanish could read the list of Countries. She then leaves me at front of store and states she is going to back to see list of Countries that could not be returned to in back. A Manager comes back a male, he states same thing. I then explained receipt does not list this. He nor woman ever even looked at bag nor took time to evaluate receipt. Please keep in mind a receipt is a valid contract between you and store as long as conditions are met. Bag is brand new in box, valid receipt, was there within day 30 time frame receipt does not list not returnable in U.S .I didnt want to start an argumentative situation and told them I would contact my Card and Customer Service. Customer Service on phone LV Number online- was friendly but even she seemed not sure about return policy. I explained everything and she was able to talk with someone higher up who than stated it was a managers discretion on return.I then read receipt to her and stated it did not state that on receipt and if this is true, why wasnt my bag taken out of box and looked at by Manager in LV Domain? She then asked he didnt take it out of box at all? I stated no, nor did he look at my receipt. Phone representative then placed me on hold and stated supervisor would be looking into this matter as proper procedure was not followed and I could in fact return in U.S.I did tell her I felt vey uncomfortable returning back to Domain store as how I was treated and she said she understood, I told her I could mail back bag to LV with them sending me a prepaid postage parcel to do so. She stated she would have Domain LV contact me and I would not have to return to store.Today I was contacted by someone at LV Domain a woman. I was told I could only get a gift card, store credit back from my purchase. I stated this is not what I was told, nor what is stated on receipt.I was within 30 days when I went into store. She stated they changed things because of COVID. I explained this is not on the fault of the customer but on LV, if something is changed this should be noted on receipt given. I would like to have my money back to card purchased with as I will never carry another LV around after this.The receipt is a valid contract between you and customer as long as obligations are met. If things change LV needs to change receipts in all of there Countries to make things accurate.At this point LV is not being transparent with receipts nor how things are handled in stores or on phone. It seems they are making there own rules from store to store and customer service hotline. LV should be ashamed of the discrimination on your customers and fraud you are creating by making your own rules. This is why receipt has fine print. I will contact everyone until I can get this issue resolved.

Anthony was my sales advisor, and he was an absolute delight to work with. He answered all our questions, gave us all the time to decide and was extremely knowledgeable. When you stop caring about human beings, & only lack of evidence at retail store is when you start to lose business.Sparing all the details my car was totaled. (Super happy to be alive) holding my Louis Vuitton cologne. That was bought 4 months prior.I wasn’t asking for anything free, just that since there was proof I purchased the bottle at this location, that we honor the refill price.Without any hesitation I was denied that. Due to LACK OF EVIDENCE of my bottle from my totaled vehicle. I didn’t know this retail store was also a part time law firm.I can not believe it. They didn’t ask to see my ID, to match it up with my credit card, proof I purchased the bottle, anything. Just no.I really hope we all do better by people. I had proof I purchased that product DIRECTLY FROM THIS LOCATION, & my refill was not honored because of lack of evidence of the bottle. (Although I showed the pictures I will attached to this review.) I even offered to buy it even at a smaller discount, to try & be FAIR!!!I may purchase the cologne again, as I am a huge fan, but I will NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I visited the store today and spent almost $5,000.00 and one of those items were sunglasses that I loved. However, in order for me to accurately see how they fit I needed to lower my mask to see how the sit on the arch of my nose. I was socially distanced away from any other shopper. In a manner of 25 seconds trying on the sunglasses, the manager shouted across the men’s section to me saying, “sir, you need to keep your mask on at all times!” As I responded saying I’m sorry I was simply seeing how the sunglasses fit and before I could finish she continued, “you need to keep it on”. She didn’t politely come up to me and let me know in more of a private manner. I was in the process of buying multiple other items but I was extremely embarrassed by her shouting out at me.This is NOT how I would expect to be treated when this is a frequent store I like to shop in. I am very disappointed. The lady who helped me(Cashier ID: KBOE) was fantastic and really was helpful. She was far more professional than the manager.

It’s been a year since I visited this store and with COVID, I wasn’t sure how it would be. It’s different of course... you can’t just go in. Someone is at the door to meet you to go over the safety protocols. Once we were in, we were directed just to the left where a SA is already waiting to help you. I kinda like that in a way. I’m not looking around waiting to be acknowledged and helped. Btw, my SA is Judy and she is simply wonderful, especially for just meeting her that day. She asked what I was in for and what I wanted to see. I told her about several items I was interested in. She was very patient with me as I ended up checking out more items than I originally had in mind. Most of the items I wanted, they didn’t have it in the size or finish that I want. But she made sure to let me know that she can order them and I could either come back to the store to pick them up or have them shipped to my house. She was super helpful and there was not even one time where I felt being rushed. You made shopping fun! I look forward to staying in touch with you as I slowly get some stuff checked off my wish list... or add more to them.

I will never shop at the Domain Louis Vuitton, let alone ANY Louis Vuitton ever again based on my experience. The Manager, first of all, should not be a manager- especially at that caliber/quality of a position where it is imperative to treat all customers with kindness and respect considering they are blowing tons of money on low quality items. Second of all, I brought in a bag that was damaged and should have been exchanged for another (same bag) but they refused. Sent it off to LV and back just to tell me the repair/replacement was declined it was Wear and Tear, which it was not. Was my youngest bag at a year old and was told by MANY people who had the same problem with the same print bag that they were able to return/exchange their bag. The way I was treated and the fact that I did not get helped was silly. The manager said I needed to come get my bag. I explained I needed it shipped because I live an hour away. She did not like that. I asked for a copy of my receipt to be placed in the box. She refused! I called back and eventually got it but it was not easy and the process in itself was degrading and absolutely ridiculous. I have spent over $10,000 on LV over the years that has been a complete waste because they now disgust and disappoint me. You do not provide customer service based on how much a person has purchased with you and you surely do no treat people like trash, especially as management. Many people who I have told this story to explained it was most likely because of my race or because I am not a regular which is BS! I work in the customer service industry and know how to treat all clients. You all will eventually get yourself sued and you are lucky it was not by me! PS- I NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS AND I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS! Many have said this is wrong and you all messed up, especially because I offered to spend double the money if I was given a store credit for my bag.

I previously shopped here for my Christmas present and it was a good experience. My husband purchased another purse for my birthday and it was a totally different experience. I wanted to exchange it for a different color. I was told I needed to make an appointment & said I could be there by 2:00, then received a text to be there @ 1:45 which I could not make. Upon my 1:55 arrival a very snooty woman told me I had missed my appt & would need to stand outside in 102 temperature til someone could help me. After waiting about 10 min, I finally ask her to find anybody so I could return the purse & they were just fine w/that. No apologies - nothing. Evidently you have to make an appointment at their convenience & only allotted 15min to buy or don’t let the door hit you in the behind. I’m done!

To be honest, my first pick-up order and visit was not great but my second time going back was what really helped change my perspective of LVs customer experience. I am so glad that Sunny and Denise were able to help me out. They accommodated me and were very patient with my requests as it is my first LV purchase and I am still new to LV. I highly recommend Denise as she was extremely accommodating and was so fun to chat with. I enjoyed shopping there with her because it didnt feel like I was doing it alone nor did I feel judged. Let me just say, shopping in a high end store such as this and being black doesnt mix. Im not going to steal the purse. I just want the full pampering experience like everyone else and I dont want your eyes following me every where. I want to feel comfortable and welcome. Is that much to ask? My sales associate was very accommodating and kind, it was a few others that made it obvious that they were watching us. That mixed with my other half not feeling comfortable made for a bad experience. I chucked not buying a bag off on my partner and the cost and said Id return alone, but Im not...Ill buy online.

If you want to get the real luxury experience that LV has to offer youre going to need to ask for Branda. She is my absolute favorite! Last time I visited the store she greeted me by NAME as soon as I walked in through the doors. I hadnt been to the store in a while so I was super surprised that she remembered me. She has an eye for detail and her service is excellent. I didnt even plan on buying anything that day, but she completely blew me away with her knowledge and the experience she gave me. Earlier in the month, went the the store with my sister (who, historically, visited the store and purchased multiple items) and she had experienced the worst customer service and discrimination at the store during this encounter. This was soley done by the condescending store manager, Larissa Hubeler. My sister attempted to escalate the matter by notifying the corporate offfice of this unacceptable behavior. However, she received a generic corporate email reply.In addition, corporate office provided my sisters mobile number to the Larissa and she called and harassed my sister once more over the phone.With it being a high end store, this is sub-standard and poor at the local level and corporate level. I will be making an official complaint to the Better business bureau. Other please see this as a warning!

There were a few reviews saying they had bad experiences in the Louis Vuitton store, I can’t say the same. I went in today with the purpose of seeing if a Louis Vuitton bag I had found at a garage sale for almost nothing and if it was authentic, to get a price range for repairs. During my visit I met Sunny, the bag inspector on site. Sunny was really nice to my brother, friend, and I. She definitely made me feel welcomed and comfortable in the store. Sunny informed me that my bag was not manufactured by Louis Vuitton. I asked how the bag was fake and she said she wasn’t able to disclose that information, which I completely understand. I left the store and came back a few minutes later to put my bag next to a few authentic bags and I noticed a color difference in the leather. I left the store feeling really good due to my experience. If you see this Sunny, Thank you!

I had an awesome experience at the store. I had assumed I was there for a repair. However, I learned my bag was needing to be replaced. My SA was awesome and knew exactly what my purchases were in the past. I returned my bag and bought an Artsy and a wallet. The replacement bag is similar to my original bag and Im pleased with it.Anyssa provided great customer service and made me feel I was the only one in the store. I will be back.

I called my SA Denise regarding my Pochette Métis having some cracks in the canvas and glazing issues. She told me to come in so they can take a look at it. As I walked in she notice me right away, I was in shock because I am not a regular customer. She let me know that she was helping another client but she had Coco the manager help me. She took a look at my bag and my purchases to verify when I purchased the bag and she said it was defected. So she gave me two choices either buy the same bag or give me credit. Simple as that problem solved . Great customer service. Couldn’t be more happier. I will be coming back for sure. I recommend Denise and Coco loved their service. Thank you again.

We set up an appointment over the phone (no one mentioned to bring a mask even though we told them how far we were driving). Drove from over an hour, no mask and were stopped at the door and turned away because they said they didnt have any masks available. Our appointment rep texted saying they were waiting on us. We explained we were turned away, and she said they did have masks...but they said they didnt... so did they see me and not want me in their store? Horrible customer experience

The store manager is AWFUL!!! When she came to the door she had a uninviting attitude. Also was very condescending with the way she spoke. She had a tendency to talk down to me as if the $8000+ and I spent the last month wasn’t good enough. I’ll never shop there again.

Worst experience ever, me and my niece walked in the girl behind the counter didn’t speak to us, she just watched us, we walked around lost . Then I had to ask if anyone could help us? And the girl behind the counter asked what I was looking for? It would have been nicer if she said “ how could I help you ? “ instead...anyway I told her I wanted to purchase a wallet, and until then, is when she offered us a beverage and tone changed and was more helpful and nice. I have never experienced being treated so rudely at first:(

I can’t say enough great things about Rocio, my sales associate. She helped me multiple times when I was in the store looking for my “perfect bag”. She very kindly offered her number for me to text with any questions. And when I did text her, she very thoroughly and promptly answered. In addition to Rocio’s phenomenal customer service was the manager’s (Sunny) wonderful customer service and professionalism. We will definitely be going back to shop in the future.

Love this location! It was my first Louis and definitely not my last, especially from this location. I went in various times to have my Louis hot stamped but after a few tries, I was contacted to finally have it done. Jennifer Brown was great to work with and I love the end results!

I decided to stop in at the Louis Vuitton location tonight to take a look at a few items and possibly purchase. As me and my best friend entered the business no one acknowledged or greeted us. The employees only looked at us. No one offered to help or ask if we had any questions. I was very disappointed 😞. Never again will I speak of this location to anyone. I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I took my 2 year old lock me tote bag in for repair due to the straps tearing and some other flaws. My problem was solved immediately, since this was a bag defect, and the bag was purchased in London. I was given two options either store credit or new bag. My other bag was given by my father, didnt want to turn it in due to sentimental value. I have another lock me bag. Very happy with the customer care service .

My husband surprised me on mothers day and took me to Louis Vuitton to purchase a purse. I have to say I had the best experience ever! As soon as we walked in there were lots of people but at least 4 employees greeted us :) . We looked around and I figured it would be a wait since they were crowded but no..soon came along someone who helped me and was so amazing! I just want to thank her Rocio Delgado was her name. This was my first Louis Vuitton and I will definitely be back. They also offered myself and my son water or lemonade :) once again...This store rocks!
