25 year old flourescent ceiling fixture started flickering. Location would make it very fifficult to replace. LBD suggested just changing out old bulbs. Worked for a while, but when problem returned, LBD suggested replacing old ballast. That did it, as apparently old ballast was original cause of first flickering. LBD had all the parts I needed for this old fixture.

Our house had a kitchen remodel done in the 1980s with different fluorescent lighting in a dome ceiling. And the bulbs have always been a challenge to find. The previous locally owned light bulb vendor usually had these bulbs, but they were beyond unfriendly and acted as if they were doing you a favor to sell you light bulbs. (By the way, I thought that was their business? Then again, that could explain why theyre no longer around.)After visiting a Batteries Plus location and two big box hardware stores, I did what I shouldve done to begin with and went to Yelp. There, I found the Light Bulb Depot. And on Monday night, I emailed to find out if they had this unusual light bulb.Before 8 AM on Tuesday, I already had an email from Chris confirming the availability and the pricing. Needless to say, I drove over to the store. When I went in to the store, the lady at the counter knew the exact bulb, especially since the email from Chris provided both the item number and description. In fact, it turned out that Chris had already set some of these bulbs aside.I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes with the correct light bulbs at a fair price.

Took in 122 UV light bulbs to have recycled, great bunch of guys. Easy peasyQuick, fast service. Only giving 4 stars because of the Rona!!!!!!!! Could not walk in to showroom. Would like to see what they have in store to get the last star outta me ....

The manager named Chris has extremely poor customer service skills and continually lies to be clients saying the Single part is not available he has to order a whole new fixture this is not a true statement they just want profits over customer service. This has happened on two separate occasions I will no longer work with this business I would strongly suggest that you do your own independent research before working with this company
