5 STAR EXPERIENCEWe purchased a custom neon (open) sign for our store front back in June 2020 to replace a weak, dimly lit LED open sign. Paid a deposit to get the custom project started, within a couple of days Oscar was at our store ready to install our new BRIGHTLY lit custom neon sign. Worked great for the last year and a half however, yesterday I noticed that it was not on. I gave Oscar a call yesterday evening, he was at our store first thing in the morning and had our sign up and running in no time. Thanks Oscar for your outstanding workmanship and customer service.

With such great reviews for the production of neon signs, we called Neon Solutions for an estimate to install our already purchased signs. Oscar requested a $150 site visit which he would apply to the cost of the electrical installation and hanging of signs. His initial estimate based on the details and pictures I provided was $600-$700. When he came out he then mentioned he was not able to do the electrical portion of the installation since it was not something he was familiar with. He proceeded to send a $1,785 quote for only hanging the signs. His reasons were that the property was far away. Very upsetting since he knew from the beginning where we were located. Truth is he saw a lovely home and $$$. He took advantage of the situation and thought he could get away with it, plain and simple. Very unfortunate decision on his part. Charge what you are worth without being greedy = repeat clients.

Neon Solutions and Oscar were great to work with. I had a pretty ambitious design in mind and Oscar worked with me until it was something I was happy with and would work in neon. He originally told me it would take about two weeks to complete but a week later (maybe less) I was picking it up from him, and it turned out to be absolutely great!
