This place is great, very helpful. We ordered some slippers hoping they would work. I have never been able to wear slippers but we thought (A long shot) that these may work. We ordered them and they didnt work and they took them back no problem. Great people

Getting a high-top shoe which can handle thick custom orthotics seems to be a problem. was shown and ordered (out of pocket) Propet Cliff Walker Strap. SEEMED to fit leaving store, but top velcro strap repeatedly came unhooked. Took to local cobler twice, who MAY have fixed problem by adding velcro top and bottom of strap. Have seen three other models on website (Tyler, Grady and Stability Walker) which LOOK like Id prefer them.My bad: was referred here, but Karavel (where Ive shopped for 20 years) is shown as Propet retailer on website. And they are open more often.

Due to a condition called Charcot foot, I must have expertly-made orthotic inserts in order to walk comfortably and avoid dangerous blisters. Troy is an expert at this. I predict that if you see him you will leave relieved, reassured, appreciative, and comfortable! He also helped me in selecting the best shoes for my particular foot problem.

He helped me diagnose a foot neuroma, which had been causing me extreme pain... He was very helpful, and unabashed about dealing with sweaty soles so I felt comfortable! Best part is I only ended up paying $5 for a pad and his expertise! Im writing this review a few weeks later, and my foot feels much better with the pad on it! (If I need to get a lab done later, Ill know who to trust to get the best deal!)

Stopped by due to some pain in my left foot Ive been dealing with for a few years. Troy was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make adjustments to my soles. He encouraged me to try the adjusted soles for a few weeks before potentially spending hundreds of dollars for alternatives. This shop truly had my best interest in mind and it was evident. I strongly recommend visiting if you have any foot pain!

I was referred here by my grandma. Though the location is small and in a weird place I really recommend anybody who has foot pains to please visit this store.I walked in thinking I knew what my foot pain was about and the man who helped me completely told me different and directed me to an over the counter insole Foot Solutions produces instead of a $300 of customs.These insoles are amazing! It takes a week or two to get used to them but I really feel them making a difference. The customs process is quick and the fitting for one is a unique process. Even if you dont buy anything and just need consultation, again, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Just give it a try! This could be the solution youre looking for.

Just went by Foot Solutions and was told they dont stock anything but Brooks running shoes. You have to order everything else and then pay the marked up price and wait for them.Its easier to buy them directly pay 25% less (Orthofeet) have to.What a waste of my time!

MY LIFE IS CHANGED. I have struggled with lower Back Pain for 25 years. For those of you that dont know what that is like, its TERRIBLE. Its now been about 2 months and I am PAIN FREE for the first time in 25 years.
