Had the chicken wrap, had the king size and it was great. Do not unwrap!!! Remove the wrapper as you eat because it needs to hold back all the juices. I unwrapped mine and things got messy quick.

Awesome service. Awesome products. Called and asked about box sizes for a specific item I needed shipped. Carlos was helpful on the phone and in person when I arrived. Adjusted the size of the box to fit my need and helped carry my items out the door. This was my first time using the company, and after today, the only company I’ll use for boxing and packing needs.

Longtime customer - ecobox has a great variety of shipping supplies and the employees are very helpful. However, I cannot recommend going there with their current extremely lax policies re: masks and sanitization. Their employees behind the desk frequently dont wear masks or dont wear them correctly, and will remove them to talk. No additional sanitization measures appear to be in place. Really bummed that my favorite box store isnt taking the pandemic seriously.

I know of no better place for boxes. The selection of sizes is staggering and wonderful. Dont be put off by the unusual industrial location- EcoBox is open and friendly to individuals.

Was also very knowledgeable about the specific boxes for optimal packing of various types of media both for shipping and moving without having to reference a catalog.

Fantastic store to get those hard-to-find box shapes at a good price. They have everything from bicycle and guitar boxes to special double wall boxes for hazmat, etc. Nice staff and no stock issues, at least for the stuff I needed.

Goood place with pretty much all your moving requirements. Like the idea of being able to use used boxes, though that is subject to availability. Most of their stuff seems pretty standard pricing. Their normal boxes were just a $1 a piece or so which was really nice. Was expecting more expensive

Had all the supplies I needed, and they hauled it all to my car. Nav system could NOT find this place. Its behind the stores you can see from the street. Had to call after circling the block twice. They should put directional signs out at the street....

Thank God for Ecobox. Listen up, dont try Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, FedEx, Uhaul, or furniture stores for oversized boxes. I went all over town wasting time.Just go right to Ecobox for shipping supplies. Carlos was so nice to me, he pulled this big chair and measured it and found the perfect box for almost no money. I had been so stressed about how to return huge accent chairs and it melted away. He even knew all about the logistics of FedEx shipping! I will be coming here again for sure.

I love EcoBox. I discovered this place via someone I work with. I do event management including onsite execution which includes lots of shipping of event supplies. Therefore I needed somewhere reliable to get boxes. The service is always great and I always get exactly what I need. Matter of fact one time I took an item to them and they cut a box down to fit it which in my opinion is going above and beyond. I cant get that kind of pleasant service at the mailing places that also sell boxes. I continue to go back to EcoBox for work boxes as well as personal. When I moved a couple years ago I went here and I was able to sell back the boxes I didnt use.

My daughters male roommate and I came here on a Saturday afternoon prior to this place closing, to pick up some more clothes boxes. The lone employee working, was slow to get up and help us, from behind his desk. Once he did, he asked what we needed and got it and some hangers for us. He also asked if we needed more tape so we got some also. He brought the clothes boxes and hangers to the truck for us, then left us. We finished loading and left. Place is hard to find.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I took over for someone who does the usual ordering for our company. That being said, I had a few questions about the process. I called and spoke with Jane, who was very helpful and friendly. Not only that, but I received a call from the person who was fulfilling my order, who informed me that I had put the wrong quantity in the order form. I was blown away! Most companies could give a damn if they think you got your order incorrect. They also combined my 2 orders that qualified for free next day shipping, all with no hassle whatsoever. A much smaller selection of packing materials on hand for their retail operation than I hoped, but better than Office Depot.

Im told that by comparison, Ecobox has the cheapest box prices in Austin, and maybe theyre right. The staff, while sparse, is friendly and helpful enough, although it seems they all rely on the computer inventory rather than having a specific idea about what product they actually carry. But theres still a wide range of choices for box type, and you can even set up a business account and get bigger discounts. Its also the most convenient and guilt-free place to get rid of your old boxes, so theres that.
