OUTSTANDING SERVICE! THE PAK AND SHIP STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF MY RECENT PURCHASE FROM A LOCAL AUCTION HOUSE WITH EASE. THEY PICKED UP THE PAIR OF GILT BRONZE EWERS WEIGHING 40LBS AND PACKED THEM WITH GREAT CARE FOR THEIR JOURNEY ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THE EWERS ARRIVED ON TIME SAFE AND SOUND. THEY ALSO HANDLED THE PACKING AND SHIPPING OF TWELVE 19TH CENTURY ARMORIAL SILVER PLATES BACK IN 2018 AND DID A MOST EXCELLENT JOB THEN TOO. WHAT MORE CAN ONE ASK FOR THESE DAYS!!!! THEY WERE SO NICE TO ME THAT I SHARED THE PHOTOS OF THE EWERS DURING THEIR CLEANING PROCESS FOR FUN.

That never disappointed me. Especially DHL international is great. I ship to Canada from that store and it receives in 3 days. Thanks a lot. :)

I had to have a pallet of items shipped to MN that weighed approximately 500 lbs. It was an oversized pallet and Kurt the owner advised he could come to my residence outside of Leander to secure the items and wrap it. He came the next day on time and secured the items better than when shipped to me. Due to my land situation, he had to do this in the sun next to my driveway so the shipper could pick up the pallet. He could not have been nicer and more efficient. He quoted me a ball park estimate range on the phone and when finished he stated it would be the low figure of the estimate. I paid him the high end for the great service and me not having to take the items to his shop and then bring them back home.Ill be using his store for future needs.

The negative reviews on here are bizarre. The folks who work here have always been so sweet to me, eager to help me out whether its buying shipping supplies or sending stuff off, getting my mail from my mailbox or occasionally packaging up something for me. If you have to send something somewhere and have no idea how to pack it or get postage for it, leave it to these people and they will gladly help you out.

Comically horrible service. I almost feel like it is some sort of practical joke. Unfortunately its not. I hesitated giving such a harsh review, however, i have been going here for months and it hasn’t progressed, its consistent.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. On Sept 18, my husband and I dropped off a few packages. We were treated so rudely that I couldnt believe it. It was so bad, we thought she was kidding, but alas no. She is just that disdaining, snotty, put out, irritated and miserable.And then, instead of using my fedex account to send a large package via standard ground as I requested, SHE CHANGED IT TO PRIORITY EXPRESS OVERNIGHT COSTING ME $474.96!! YES, you read that right. What normally would have cost about $60 has cost me $475. I am speechless.We dont know what to do - but I will be reporting this business. Worst retail experience I have ever had. Do NOT go here unless you want to literally be scammed.

Impeccable shipping. The best packing I have ever seen. I deal in art and antiques and I am very picky about my shippers. When I am mailing out of Austin, I will definitely use Pak & Ship again! Michelle and Kurt were very personable on the phone and handled my artwork crating like they worked at the Smithsonian. 5 Stars!

Would not give a receipt for prepaid ups dropoff even when requested. Reason given was that due to covid precautions they dont want to handle the packages. I understand that ups probably only gives this business $1 for each dropoff package but still, its not a good idea to tick off future customers. I have used them previously to send fedex, dhl ups full price. Never again.

We have used Pack & Ship now for two years as our primary business address. We have been very happy as we depend on them to receive large shipments on a weekly basis. Nothing has ever been lost and we appreciate the extra effort they make to receive our large orders. Appreciate all they do for us as a business owner.

These guys saved me when I was in a complete pinch. Carls customer service goes above and beyond. Not only did they help me out they did it in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them.

We won a framed picture from an on-line auction and used Pak & Ship Plus to pick up, package, and arrange shipment. Service was excellent and fast. Quality of the packaging (crating) was the best we have experienced. The carrier drove over our crate with a forklift and the only reason the picture survived and was able to be repaired is due to the quality packaging and crating job performed by this company. We are very grateful as its a picture we have wanted for a long time and does not come up at auction very often. We had to work through Pak&Ship Plus on the insurance claim and I appreciate their quick responses as we worked through the claims process. We will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again!

GREAT!! Astonishingly exceptional service, from start to finish. The story: Im in PA, and I know NOBODY in Texas. I needed a canvas shipped. I called around, got nowhere. Then I found Kurt at Austin Pak and Ship Plus, and he gave me hope. His website has this headline - Nothing is Impossible - and he proved it! Kurt was willing to pick up and securely wrap and ship the canvas for me, a guy hed never even met. Within a day or two, the FedEx guy was at my door with a 52 square box. One look and I knew it was the best packaged piece Id ever received. Does this place treat your art with as much care as you could possibly hope? Absolutely- and more. I understand what that Plus in the company name is all about. And now I can even say I have a friend in Texas. Thanks, Kurt!

I had been using Pak & Ship exclusively for years for my shipping needs, as it was conveniently located and had friendly service from the owner. Lately, though, Ive discovered they jack up the price for USPS Flat Rate packages and the person working the counter is plain rude. The flat rate is $8 for the USPS envelope I was mailing and she rang it up for nearly $13 - an overage of more than 50%! When I asked to clarify that it was flat rate and should be $8, I was told I was wrong, that the cost was $12.xx, and I was welcome to go to the post office. She would not confirm it was an added surcharge and made it sound as though flat rate was not, in fact, flat rate. This was actually the second time this scenario occurred, but the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just an anomaly, an honest mistake, and I didnt raise a fuss. After today I wont be going to Pak & Ship again.

The service is absolutely atrocious. They talk to you like you’re stupid and do nothing to help. I’ve been in 3 separate times now, and have been helped by a different person each time. One time was with a female and she was friendly and helpful, but the other two times I have been helped by two different men and they couldn’t have been more apathetic and condescending.

Been using these guys as the mail box for my business for several years. It has been a really good experience. I am usually greeted very friendly when I come in the door. If I have a package delivered, they usually are already on their way to get it, once I walk in. Always in and out quickly, even when I am sending a package out.

Purchased 4 tables at a local Austin auction. Kurt and his team were extraordinary to work with. My items were picked up, packed, shipped and delivered professionally, on time and under budget. Highly recommend!

I have been using Pak & Ship Plus for a PO Box for the past 7 years now (changing your address every time you move is such a pain), and I have loved this place. The cost is very low. When I have to ship something, there is never any wait (beats the post office by a mile). The owner, Kurt, is super friendly. If you get a package shipped to your PO box, it waits securely, and in the ac, instead of sitting outside on your doorstep all day. I dont even think I have used all of their services yet. I know you can drop off mail, ship packages, they shred documents for you, make copies, fax things, Kurt is even a Notary! Its so convenient to have all of these services at the place that I go to pick up my mail every week anyway. I cant recommend this place enough.

Almost all the people here are great except Michelle. She is a snotty lady that thinks she is better than everyone. Extremely sarcastic with a terrible attitude. Pretty much makes your interaction and needs a constant struggle. Get rid of this venomous lady! 3.5 Stars when she is gone. The place is convenient and has a nice selection of supplies but some of their prices are completely absurd. I understand a markup and that you need to make money but some of it is ridiculous.

I have been user Pak & Ship Plus for 5+ years as my business mail box provider. They are always extremely friendly and ready to help. I know I can drop off my packages for shipping and be out of there quickly. I am quickly notified when I have a new shipment or mail, so I dont have to constantly check by driving in. Service has been excellent and I am very happy with them.

The counter lady (Michelle) is quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life. I dont get how this place stays in business with her working there. So disappointing I have lived in Avery Ranch for 15 years and this is convenient but I cant handle the RUDENESS anymore!! ( the other retail in Avery Ranch is friendly) and I always dread having to drop off packages. The people in there are extremely cold and rude. The older lady snapped at me twice yesterday and they never say hello..I will start driving to the whitestone/parmer postal place next to subway they are wonderful..

My company shipped medical instruments to this Fed Ex location for pick up . When I asked the man at the counter for the package he said I almost didnt accept this because I usually charge a fee for FedEx pick-up. I told him there was no mention of this on the FedEx site and he replied well, I have to make money and will have to charge you for any other FedEx packages that are shipped here. I told him I would find another location.

Staff was completely unfriendly and over charges for USPS Priority Shipments. Was in a rush and didnt have time to check pricing but did when I came home and boy did I get hosed. Will never go here again.

I dont ship things often, and apparently, I didnt sufficiently understand the process. She was snarky, condescending, and visibly/audibly annoyed with the whole encounter. Excellent service, the owner is very kind and flexible, solution oriented, much better than going directly to Fedex.

Last couple of times was given a significantly higher price than the post office and was told what the post office charges just to get to the USPS to find the price was not as high as this company stated. I think they are maxing the shipping costs and quoting that. Like to support local when I can but the cost is too extreme to use with any frequency.
