Still waiting to get car RepairedI know that they do great work, ( had work done before) but this time. They Moving slower than a Snall n the Snow!!!

I was very pleased with Gerber Collision. They kept me informed every step of the way and did a wonderful job. The people were very friendly and helped me out when I needed it. A company who still believes in customer service. Wow! They still exist.

I was in an accident, rear ended another vehicle. Myself being from Georgia and not knowing where to go, the insurance company went through a list of names and Gerber came up, I remembered my daughter talking about using them. They kept me in touch with them all the time, from when the truck arrived and pick up when they finished. I will say the staff was extremely polite and genuinely concerned. This was my baby, never in a wreck always taken care of meticulously. When I got there to pick her up, first, they absolutely waited for me being so close to closing. Just phenomenal! Now on to the work that was done, speechless is all that comes to mind! Such a fantastic job! I even smelled shampoo on the carpets. So thorough, they told me about glass that had been tossed across the driver door and touched it up. She shined brand new;)Thank you a million times Gerber of Austintown!!

They do not do any kind of rust work, which I understand. I even have new quarter panel section to do away with the rust, but they still wont cut out the rust and put the new section in. Its not like a have a rust bucket. I have a 2012 Impala, the only thing I need work on is my rear quarter panels around the rear tires, and I have bran new quarter panel sections.

Awesome customer service and they do great work!! Make a not a fault collision easy to handle. Highly recommend!!!

3rd day waiting for estimate ...if it takes this long for a estimate Id hate to see how long it takes to fix a car..if there is a issue, a an explanation would be nice, a phone call anything... keep checking emails... update they told me alot of worker was sick so I guess were covid- 19 out here is forgivable lol better safe than sorry

I really appreciate how expediate their team was with repairing my vehicle. I was in a time crunch, as I am deploying tomorrow and my wife wouldnt have a daily driver for the kids. Ms. Brooke spoke with her manager and they all managed to pull through. Very professional and highly recommend.

Went there to grubers about 2 weeks ago drop my car off they had my rental there for me told me to wait about a week theyll call me. Let me know what my vehicle is done they kept a promise wonderful people been there three times already never had no problems

They were professional, friendly, and honest from the first call within hours of the accident to the moment we picked the van up fixed. I was shocked to see that they washed and cleaned it up too. My van looked and drove great too. Only issue is they cant figure out why my muffler is loud now since the accident.

They did an amazing job fixing the outcome of this wreck! You can never tell and they cleaned the car. Highly recommend!

Dont try to get a car painted here only thing that they are going to do is put on panels and try to blend paint Id take my business elsewhere if you want to get a great job

Absolutely WORST NIGHTMARE I’ve ever had in my life and it’s been 6 weeks 2 rentacars later - ppl BEWARE. I have a brand new Lincoln that I scraped the wheels and they TRIED TO REPLACE MY RIMS WITH PAINTED CHIPPED FAKE LINCOLN RIMS - after that they said they would fix them after trying to lie about it I found they actually bought them from a place called blackburn rather than Lincoln or ford directly fast foward a week and they told me they fixed them, a bumper piece went completely missing from my vehicle so I called and they replaced it - fast foward 4 weeks now I have chipped black paint coming from the wheels that they supposedly fixed when my other wheels I bought w my car has yet to do that within the year I’ve had it - now they are trying not to fix it and Insist they are factory rims - I’m so beyond upset I took my new car to this terrible cheap and rip off location - pls save your money and time AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Not happy with the work they did on my bmw. It was in an accident on the passenger side... I can see the glue or what ever they used all on my window. They spray painted my rim and it looks like they used a hair dryer to dry it. They replaced the door but there is a paint bubble in it. Horrible work!

Poor post-repair cleaning. I dont want to type a long store for my poor experience because management already knows, but I wont do business here or recommend Gerber to anyone.

Had a few issues with them, including taking months to get a refund and a missing wind shield washer fluid tank.
