Ive been to many, many Starbucks, but this specific one always seems to taste the best! Once in awhile my order gets messed up but regardless I always leave a tip when I am able to or pay for the car behind me. Im very blessed and grateful for other people who have bought my coffee for me. Kindness means so much to me and making someones day. None of us are perfect but I feel most staff members here always have a great smile and positive, hard working attitude. Thank you ♡

Amazing, however, Im biased. I use to work for the Starbucks company so I wouldnt go anywhere else. I almost always use the Mobil ordering and drive through due to my schedule, fast and easy! I never specifically tell the employees this but Im allergic, not intolerant, to cows milk, so I order almond milk and no whipped cream in all my drinks. I have a tendency to expect special orders to get messed up but my drinks I order for myself or others are always correct! On rare occasion, as in maybe 2% of the time, Ill get an incorrect drink size and theyre always apologetic and ready to remake it or correct my price.

A very nice place and the Barista was great. Ordered ahead and my order was ready even though I was a little early. Unfortunately you cant order ahead online right now and will have to order at the coffee shop in person. Hopefully that is only temporary.

You can drive to this place and leave with something to drink. Hot drink? Sure! Cold drink? Absolutely! Carbonated drink? Nope.If it requires more than 9 words to order one drink, you probably wanted a mountain dew. This is not the place to get that, but theres a gas station nearby that has an entire cooler dedicated to different mountain dew colors.Beware of people carrying paper... Thats the paper upon which 9 different people wrote their orders. This lady is just picking them all up. She wont be able to read some of them, and will have to make some phone calls while standing at the counter. She is oblivious to the line forming behind her and honestly never thought to just proof-read the orders before she showed up. (Or better yet, just order online)

5/26/2021 I was at the store patiently waiting since 5am for the store to open at 5:30 as posted online and in the front door. 5:30 hits and I get out of my vehicle to enter the store as I see what turns out to b an employee laying on the ground in front of the door. She leans forward and says where not open yet I look at my watch and its 5:32. I asked when will you open. She replied whenever the MANAGER gets here I walked back to my truck and waited for a little while. MANAGER pulls up LATE. I get out...theres another customer waiting outside and one on the drive through. At 5:45 they start serving people on the drive through but are yet to open the doors even though Im standing outside CLEARLY VISIBLE. At 5:50 I decided to walk around to the drive through window where they had no choice but to serve me my coffee and they did with a slight attitude as if me wanting to get my coffee and leave was a problem. This is all NOT such a big deal. But appart from the fact that is a weekday and we all have a job to go to... as a business owner with a great work ethic, THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. You cannot have a business ran by a manager that is there 10 minutes after the employees. Someone needs to check whats going on.

Definitely my Starbucks of choice, prior to Covid-19 it had a really terrific vibe. Im sure it will regain that feeling again as we build towards normalcy. Loved the cat photos of the employees, was fun picture board.

No decaffeinated coffee ready. They offered a pour over but we are traveling and did not want to wait. Why doesnt a coffee shop have decaffeinated coffee ready to serve just like regular coffe. We have this happen at a lot of Starbucks. They are missing a whole market of people by not having it ready when a customer walks in the door. Very frustrating for customers that order decaffeinated coffee. It seem like I is not a priority for Starbucks.

Clean inside. Took a while for the barista to greet me, but the drink was made perfectly.

Staff are always helpful and pleasant my drinks and my orders are never screwed up however the store is frequently closed earlier than what is posted on this Google website so you may want to try to call ahead before you head all the way over to the store only to find it closed

Some other reviews said the drive-thru line moves quickly. We just waited for 15 min before giving up and leaving. Only 4 or 5 vehicles ahead of us were served in that time.

The line went out the parking lot and into the road, but it was moving fast enough I didnt mind.The staff are super friendly and my order came out correct.They need a bigger area for sure though.

Seating is as uncomfortable as you could ever imagine. Probably by design. Dining room is very small. Overdue for a remodel. Staff was friendly.

Starbucks in Austintown on 46 is the best. I visit A LOT 😊. They consistently make good drinks and are super friendly. And the consistency is huge because so many times I can go to another one and it varies from barista to barista.

My boyfriend and I frequent this Starbucks quite often, sometimes twice in one day, because of is close proximity to our house. I’d say that 70% of the time they are amazing! But the other 30% is what really gets me. Normally when we have issues it’s when Victoria is on drive through and we have to repeat our order several times, just to get to the window and have at least one of the drinks made wrong. After we asked her to correct my boyfriends cold foam cold brew with cream and sugar (what he orders EVERY TIME) she still did not add and sugar. We still frequent here, but when Victoria is on drive thru, we tend to be quite pessimistic about the accuracy of our drinks.

I like the mobile app and allergy friendliness. Worth it.

Workers here apply a very acute attention to detail, very polite and patient. I dont always order coffee out because Im picky and i dont know what each individual coffee house provides for sweeteners and alternatives. They helped me figure out the perfect drink to fit my diets macros and i wouldnt expect any less from the best Starbucks within a 50 miles radius.

Its a okay Starbucks . My coffee had a extra flavor to it and it happens often here like things are not rinsed enough so you get leftovers. The place is kinda sterile it has lost its cozy feel. People in groups had nowhere to sit and be comfortable. Its a pass for me.

Slow, inaccurate information

The baristas here are always very friendly and helpful. I tried something new this morning and they were happy to remake it for me when it ended up not to my liking. My only complaint is that they are often out of favorites be it a food item or a flavoring. Today it was the flavor my daughter wanted to order.

I visit this Starbucks often. A year or two ago I would have most definitely only given one star based in the employees and how their attitudes were but they seem to have come quite a ways over the last couple of years. Im the type that orders the exact same drink for myself every time and sometimes it gets screwed up but they fix it.

Just a quick stop buying my daughter her beverage of choice . They did not carry any longer the particular caramel drink she desired. No crowd at the Time and I felt it took a little longer to get beverage made and served for my expectations but it wasnt real bad

The only thing worse than Starbucks coffee is their politics. Heres an idea, when a nation is fairly evenly divided politically stay out of it if youre a national company. Aside from that Ive found MOST local coffee houses have better coffee and espresso often with beans roasted on site. About the only advantage Starbucks has is they are the McDonalds of the coffee world. Can you get a better burger (coffee)? Sure you can get much better if you know the area.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. As a serving military member I have traveled far and wide and still this is my favorite place to get coffee. The staff is warm and polite. They always say good morning and are smiling no matter what time you show up. I am a woman who needs coffee to function and not only they provide delicious needed caffeine but the also turn my grumpy mornings into positive days all because of their genuine smile and inviting atmosphere.
