This is my favorite truck stop now. Jeff, Payton & Dominique were so friendly. They definitely will put a smile on your face & I appreciate them so much. The customer service is A1! No complaints here. I can’t forget my friends in the McDonald’s, thank you for your kindness & sense of humor. God bless you all. Blessings

I’m a very much a new driver, my background is hospitality, many years in that field gave me the opportunity to see and work for the best and more expensive places in South Florida, starting to drive was a little bit shocked to see the truck stops no that clean and the customer service no that great. Being said that statement doesn’t apply for this location, I passed by early on the morning, wow super clean, bathrooms, fuel lines, store! Kudos for everyone there! I don’t remember the name of the cashier, he looked like the manager on duty, John probably, the most friendly and efficient person that I have met so far in this new adventure. Thank you so much to everyone in Austintown! Now I have that location in my favorites in order to stop every single time that I pass by!

Terrible, 40 minutes waiting and 7 showers need to be cleaned entire time! list for showers keeps getting longer and no one cleaning them, employee thinks closing the door to showers that need cleaning makes it ok not to. Never again. Laziness! Calling corporate, manager should be relieved of their position letting this go on and by reviews it’s common

I frequent this pilot multiple days a week while passing through and going to drill. Nearly every time I come here the employees seem unhappy and miserable, and mope around the store. During todays visit I witnessed who I assume is a manager yelling and disrespecting those under him for making mistakes such as forgetting to do temps, directly in front of all of the store customers. He was not wearing his name tag but he was taller than the rest with a large beard. His employees were quiet and would barely even look at him as they walked past. As a small business owner who appreciates the effort and work of employees, it was hard to watch this man and leader yell at them and act as if he has never made a mistake before. He is a very poor reflection on Pilot and their values as a company.

Everything you expect from a truck stop, and more!Great gas prices. Save even more by getting a Pilot card. Friendly employees, fast service. A very well stocked convenience store. I was low on oil and they had exactly the kind I wanted.Lots of parking. Easy access to fuel pumps. Open all day, everyday. Really cant go wrong.

Clean safe and I enjoy being able to relax outside and eat my food I purchased from your store. When I travel I go back repeatedly to where I can feel safe as a woman and yours has been the 2nd in this area so far. Old school is the best school. Kudos!

Ive traveled this part of the country many times, even through the New York state where it can get pretty crazy. This Pilot Travel Center is by far the best.

Leaving a 1 star review purely because they are still using the curfew as a excuse not to open their mcdonalds. Its a huge f you to anyone who works overnights in the trucking industry.We dont run on diesel fuel contrary to popular belief. We need food. Open the restaurant and stop running on bankers hours. Cuz the trucking industry is 24/7 365 days a year.

Going on 3 hours and still waiting for a shower!

This is a bigger than usual pilot travel center. There are many spaces to park your truck in. They also have a McDonald’s on the inside for when you get hungry. The staff are like at any usual pilot. They also have easy access to the main road with a traffic light.

Lots of nice amenities, like fuel, parking, and food; but I have to take a star off for not having a shower curtain by the shower! How hard would it be to have a washable shower curtain in each stall? I would drive extra miles for a truck stop with a shower curtain!Thank you for installing shower curtains! 🙏😀

Top notch pit stop. Ive been to Pilots a few times over my travels, this one seemed especially great. Large selection of coffees, teas, and snacks. The bathroom was very clean and looked newly finished (within a couple years at least). You can also shower here if youre a trucker. Unconfirmed if non-truckers can shower there. Also had nice staff working there. Would recommend.

The Travel Center is 5 stars, the McDonalds is 1 star. I originally got there an hour or so after midnight and went in for a soft serve sundae. Since the machines were down I opted for a dbl chb. While I waited I noticed the floors were filthy and there was a putrid smell in the air like rotting meat. I ate in the lobby where most of the tables were in need of cleaning.Late the next morning after sleeping in my truck I went in for a meal and the floors were still filthy and nearly every table was dirty. I thought I got a clean one but the attached picture shows it had a dried pool of a clear liquid that I didnt notice until I sat down and the sun caught the table at the right angle. These people are too lazy or think theyre too good to clean up. They have enough employees and the time.

They have organic coffee.

Another day, another pilot.... same problemsYou make way too much money for your stuff to never be working right

I love this truck stop!It is easy in & out, it has 2 enterances, many fuel pumps, large parking area. Almost any time of the day/night parking can be found.Store is very clean, bright. Team members are always helpful, positive and quick.Thank you guys!😊

The coffee area was really messy. There was sugar and coffee all over the counter, didn’t look like they even wiped the counter down. The cashier Katie had a bad attitude, was unfriendly and should not be in customer service.

This place seemed pretty good. There was a decent amount of parking, and the bathrooms were clean enough for what you would expect of a gas station. The staff seemed friendly and there was a good selection of food stuff, though the prices were a bit high, which should be expected of gas stations.

Really convenient to cash lottery tickets

This place is so amazing like literally. The employees are really nice and friendly and will help you with anything you ask. Great food and drinks. Showers, laundry, restrooms and much more. Gas prices are good. And one of the things I really like the most is they have really long squeegees to clean your windows and I mean really long one not the short ones you see at most gas stations. Even have soapy water in it to get the bugs off. Overall one of the most cleanest pilots I ever been too. I would highly recommend this truck stop.

Its one of my favorite places to go because of the people in the manager Joe but just like every pilot drivers Park where the hell they want in the fire zones at the entrance by the scale house in front of the fuel pumps sometimes getting held up for 15 minutes with electronic logs can get you home but in my opinion the owners are looking to sell the company not put no money into it look at the parking and go watch their football team they bought for 1.3 billion dollars

Kayla was very polite and very personable as she cashed me out for gas..... She even took the time to show me how to work the fuel pumps when I didnt understand!!! I would recommend her and pilot any day she made my experience wonderful!!!!

The 5 stars is for the pilot only. The staff inside the pilot were awesome. Friendly, quick to help and great attitudes. Restrooms were clean.The McDonalds inside on the other hand is ridiculous. Dirty, staff very rude and inconsiderate to the customers. They think its ok to have a bunch of people hanging out at the counter, staff and friends alike. Very loud talking, yelling back and forth while waiting on customers, or totally ignoring their customers because they are too busy talking to their friends. Loud music playing from one of their cell phones. Manager on duty taking non staff members behind the counter. Staff walking around with their stomach hanging out. This place is just deplorable and needs new management or to be shut down and a different restaurant put in its place.

Easy in and out. Store layed out pretty well. Stocked with needs and many wants with pricing not too much higher for the convenience afforded, and checkout was quick with the correct number of cashiers for the level of patrons. And the bathrooms and shower facilities were clean, thats a big plus.

Either use a debit card with a high balance or a credit card. I used my cash app card, it had $150 on it. The machine kept acting like my card was malfunctioning. I went to a different pump and used a different card. When I looked at my cash app notices, it said 2 charges of $151 did not go through. $151 hold for the convenience of using my card???There is no sign warning for that expenditure.Really though Pilot on RT 46?? I think a $50 hold charge is reasonable; especially for a compact car. I will definitely get gas elsewhere.

You have to many Schneider trailers in your parking lot so nobody else can park here . And you have people driving in your parking lot way to fast almost hit my husband and me in the semi truck today.

Bathrooms remodeled albeit not the main building. The fuel isles were being cleaned, kudos to management for that! The air pump at the isle actually pumped air, great pressure! Would happily come back to this location. Thanks

A great place to stop if you need something quick to eat, fuel for your car, or just to grab a couple things real quick. Plenty of parking in the front for cars they also have a large area in the back for semi trucks. Conveniently located close to the freeway. They also provide public restrooms. There is also showers available not sure about what the cost is for that good choices of hot food plenty of drinks. The clerks work there are very pleasant very helpful and always make everyone feel welcome when you walk through the door right there an old friend.

Got right up to the fuel pump.. shower not so good... Shower head is on the wrong wall.. but good water pressure... store well stocked and clean

Asked why the pump wasnt taking a gas card and instead of coming out to see if maybe it was me or the machine the manager just said we normally take those cards Im not sure. Had she came and looked she would of seen it was my fault because I never used 1 before I didnt know what I was doing. I just needed to enter in the mileage. Then when I needed a receipt the machine had no paper. No biggie I went in and told the girl. The next day guess what, still no receipt paper.

McDonald’s in pilot the sale worst breakfast and cold eggs?

Pilot and Flying J are a quick convienant place to stop if you are a company driver. Overpriced fuel and banking .01 cents a gallon on diesel is a great way to punish your employer and bank a free Big Mac at the same time. Dont forget to park at the fuel pumps for a half hour while grabbing your food and taking your 30 minute break, its awesome watching my 14 hour clock count down as I watch you pull your 300lbs and your bag of burgers back into your truck.

As a OTR driver I always head to the nearest Pilot/Flying Js. This one is also a 4-5 star stop. its clean the water in the restrooms will burn your hands its nice and hot, this place is well-stocked, employees and supervisors wonderful theyre smiling to speak nice to each other. And I dont regret that I came here and spent money, because I walked out feeling good with a smile on my face it was a pleasant experience.

Great truck stop, really clean, plenty of parking, super efficient. I wish they had more showers and washing machines (there’s only 2) but it’s an otherwise great truck stop that I can’t wait to revisit. Hate that McDonalds though. Don’t even waste your time in there. They are slow and disgusting. Completely undeserving of being attached to such an otherwise decent truck stop.

As usual it seems that Pilot has a problem keeping the bathrooms clean which makes me wonder how clean their showers really are? I use to be a frequent visitor for my showers, food, coffee and laundry when available; now it appears that the PJs have lost their edge and staff never look happy

Wow. Plenty of parking and great place. Good food around. Probably one of the best pilots on the USA.

After getting back on 80 noticed that I had a text from my credit card company: Did you just charge $151 at this Pilot. I had to get off the highway to answer. I texted back No, and got a text back that said thats okay well just cancel this credit card and mail you a new one. This is all while Im driving from Minnesota east to SE PA to my mothers funeral, and I needed to use that credit card. After looking more into it, the fraud person at Visa found out Pilot had done a pre check for $151 before I got the $41 worth of gas. Usually this PreCheck is only a dollar to see if your credit card is valid before you get gas.

Great bean to cup coffee! Always lots of free parking here. Within walking distance of other resturants and a bar.

Great visit with the exception of McDonalds. Cashier acted like I m inconveniencing her by wanting to order food. When I got my food, the fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were cold as well

The place is clean and we got our McDonalds order served hot and quick. We got 2 sandwiches for one offer. Pilot has bean to cup.

Better off going to TA. It’s only 21:30 but they have no hot food& McDicks is closed because they “lost the key to the register”.

I like the buy one get one free on Thursdays pilots and Flying Js offering. Also I was reading that theyre offering washouts for trucks I think thats going to be great.

This is a great big truck stop for truckers !! Even if you came here in the morning you would most likely find a parking space with a Bob Evans, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and Mexican grille all in arms length! Great location with easy off easy on!!

A driver must shower every day. A clean well dressed appearance should be mandatory of every driver by every company!! But its not!! Hey drivers have some pride!! You are a major representative of your company and yourself!!

A reliable place to stop when traveling. All of them seem to be clean as have just about everything youd need on the road.

No healthy options for truck drivers who want to eat healthy getting tired of eggs and cheese. McDonalds is completely bad for your health and pilot is filled with carbs and sugar we need salads and vegetables.I normally cook on my truck but sometimes I cant get to a Wal-Mart.

So we love our pilots and flying j. Being OTR drivers we choose a Pilot or Flying J before do anyone/place else. Anyways we stopped for the night had dinner at McDonalds. The young man who took our order rude as all get out. And then he proceeded to argue with what we assume is the Manager of McDonalds in the middle of dinner rush. Food was then backed up and these 2 decided to continue the yelling match as one walked out the building. It was dirty it had not been cleaned at all trash and food still on empty tables. So once done we went to pay for our showers. And the young lady working the desk was just rude to the gentleman before us and acted as if she didnt want to be there. So while in the showers we realized the employees dont really car about their jobs because there was mold in the shower. And at the toilet. It made us feel worse then when we came in. On the plus side.. there was a lot of parking compared to the place we have stopped at.

Overall staff was nice and polite, but for the low rating it was due to the locals that was in the store was told to “go back to where we came from” and that they didn’t take too kindly to “my people”. Still not 100% sure to what he meant. Then was later told by the same group of people that they would know if I came back. I’m hope it was just a joke or they were just intentionally being rude.

I really liked this Pilot I had a hot shower, breakfast and a place to walk my dog uninterrupted.

Made a quick stop here yesterday while on the road to Youngstown. The shop was clean and had a lot of stuff offered. The restrooms were clean and they also had a few private bathrooms which included showers. Employees were nice.

Wanted a shower all day and get inside...they are having hot water problems so no shower. Go to McDonalds and order burger without cheese...I get 2 pieces on burger. Not a good day.

Im a truck driver and this is one of my usual places to stop at. Always clean n staff is always friendly.

The staff is friendlyish, but the McDonalds there is horrible after my order was made wrong and the problem was fixed. I noticed the meat had a very bitter taste to it after taking it apart it wasnt only burnt but had left over grill cleaner on it so they are litteraly puting poison on there food other than that it was ok

Always clean and well staffed..super coffee and any snacks you want, even the golden arches in the bldg.. plenty of fuel pumps and island supplies for us truckers..

Have you ever wondered where the worst Pilot in America is located. You found it. Rude employees, filthy. Dont go to the McDonalds. It only gets worse. Go to the Girard OH facility less than 15 minutes east or the TA across the freeway. My first visit here will be my last. Learn manners.

Its the same as the rest! Bathrooms needed tending too, staff could have been nicer and efficient... Too much complaining between co workers, and definitely too much conversating amongst the workers and customers.

The food was very good but a little to pricey.

Store could use a little cleaning I stead of employees standing around laughing.

Clean Showers and great water Pressure and of course Hot Water were all above standard. Definitely worth coming Back.

Tried to give me a shower that was used and filthy. After mansplaning to me how the reason the door is open is because it doesnt lock, (made me feel safe and secure, btw) and it really, couldnt, possibly be used, said mansplaner discovered for himself that it really, truly was used. He finally gave me another shower which Im sincerely hoping had mud and not poop splattered everywhere. And of course, the mildew all over.the shower. Pilot/FJ prides itself on low standards.
