An absolutely great experience at this store. I had purchased an item online to pick up at the store. I had caught a sale late and couldn’t make it to the store in time otherwise. The item was a small Valentine’s Day gift since the recipient and I haven’t been together long. The associates in the store were great. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. They even took the time to gift wrap the item for me, providing a real touch of elegance to the overall presentation. I will certainly be shopping in this store for future purchases.

This place has the worst customer service! I stopped in to see if I could get my ring repaired there were two ladies working the one was having a 10-minute conversation with her friend just talking about their personal lives. I thought maybe the other lady would wait on me but nope. when she got done talking to her friend after I waited for 10 minutes then she says can I help you. Terrible customer service. So I left and went someplace else.

Online ordering and picking up in the store was quick and easy. Ended buying something else while in the store and they even wrapped them for me.
