Quick and easy. For a large family like ours it’s convenient taking just flat boxes of vegetables and pastas an it great that they’re at a very low price. Being able to feed everyone on a budget when shopping here helps a lot.

A decent place to shop for basics

After an appointment i had today.I made a stop to savealot in austitown. as i entered the door. There wasnt any carts inside.went back out to grab one. Got a few items of grocery.It was only 1 casheir working in one of the isle check out and the line was long.after about 2 mins.another worker opened up another isle.since i was last in line i swooped over to that one .so it was like i was in and out.so i was satisfied.didnt have to wait in a long line.

I came here for years and years. Nice staff.

The selection had been going down hill. One day the carry a certain item and the next the dont have it. But the following week they will have it.

I came here with my best friends husband. This is a larger save a lot than Im used to, and it felt very warm and welcoming. The store was impeccably clean and easy to find what youre looking for. There is a very large selection of items to pick from and prices are amazing. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Checkout process was very quick and easy. I thoroughly enjoyed this location.

Save a lots are usually the stores that I shop most when it come to my groceries. Prices are reasonable and their brand names are just as good if not better than the normal name brand overpriced foods.

Its a grocery store. But with cheap food....They usually have it fully stocked.

I particularly like their variety of fresh baked goods

May I say for a discount food store I always get great service. The Meat Department is fantastic. They will cut you want ever you need. Plus the store manager is great as well. Friendly, out going and generally wants to help. I do not generally buy anything other then meats, eggs, milk and etc.. When I have it has always been a good deal!!

I called the store today and the manager I spoke to was very rude. I called because I had just purchased blueberries and they were bad I asked if I could return them towards another product because all the blueberries had looked the same he said yes and hung up on me as I was trying to ask if I would be able to come tomorrow instead and that I have my receipt but my kid is sick and I didnt want to bring him out. Didnt have a chance to ask because i was very rudely hung up on and I will make this known to everyone I live 1 minute away and my family has shopped here my whole life and will never shop there again. Terrible ignorant service

Really frustrating that your Austintown store has a website but chooses to upload their weekly ad to Facebook instead.More frustrating is the ad, when enlarged, is blurry as hell.I realize a lot of people immediately think of Facebook when thinking about retailers, but a whole lot dont. You could at least link to the blasted page on your website.So fewer dollars out of my wallet because I dont shop where Im frustrated.

Some of the cashiers are very friendly.... Some are not... Sam will help you put things in a grocery cart and some wont even though I know its not their job but when youre older and theyre just packing on this book as they can sometimes you need help 😉

I bought groceries there on tuesday of last week spent 75 bucks bought 2 bags of covetelli noodle 6 chicken pot pies and a few other items the i just described was bad should of never been in the store for resale. Im done shopping at all save a lots. I went to that location because the location i went to before that one a week prior had bad vegtable on the shelf had no frozen vegtables in the store

Do not go there a lot but when I do go there I find great deals and selected prices

Great store for Cheap prices Not a huge selection of Brand name products mostly save a lot brands . That are very good taste very similar to the name brand item in many cases . Not always . Clean store lines never very long .

Save-A-Lot is great for saving money they do have a lot of Bargains when they have something truly on sale and is definitely worth visiting while youre there look around because you will most likely find a whole lot more bargains

Nice grocery store. Everything is pretty nice, just dont go in their bathrooms (stinky).

Great store for being small, however, on occasion checkout takes longer because they only have one (sometimes two) register (s) open.

Prices are usually pretty fair, and an appropriate selection given size and type of grocery store. Seriously need to work on the HVAC, Ive been there twice (during the winter) and the heat was out!

Pick 5 for 20 deal is only reason i shop there. Twice the cashier screwed up my pick 5s in effect making me pay full price. Staff is incompetant. If these issues were corrected they would get a higher rating from me
