Tools at the right price and great customer service. Received a router table for my birthday, it was missing a piece, and it couldnt be ordered. The store mgr graciously solved the issue fast and didnt make me feel like some kind of creep pulling a fast one. Ive been very happy with the accuracy of the tools and the length of service. Highly recommend.

The prices on their items just about tripled theres no way that Chinese tools and hardware is worth what their asking you got to be really desperate I walked out. cant blame this on covis theyre just playing gouging the American consumer just like Walmart and all the other stores

My husband bought a US General a few weeks ago and did not get the drawer labels in the box. I went in and explained what happened and the folks were so apologetic and found a set of labels and plastic covers for me. Great customer service.

Was at Austintown, they didnt have transmission jack. But Streetsboro did just took some extra time. But was able to get same day.

Not my preferred store in the area, the staff are kinda just there to do there jobs. But normally they have more product in stock then the next closest location.

Theyre currently in the middle of remodeling theyre posting ads for things that they do not have in store or unpacked and ready for sale a lot of people disappointed this should have been conducted a little better than restock and day should have been at night

2 stars you ask well I can tell you why. I walked into the business and wasnt greeted by staff but only looked at as a burden. As i walked through the store lost not knowing where I was going just following the brand-name i was looking for that I had seen online, i found my product that only read its normal store price($99.99) not the coupon price($79.99) as advertised. I walked over to the register where some young lady an she rudely pointed me over to the young man who had greeted everyone else who walked in before and after me. Now I know youre saying to yourself how does he know someone was greeted before he walked in and i know because I heard the loud hello welcome when the gentlemen a good 20 yards in front of me walked in an nothing with me. But anyways....my name was asked to see if i was a member and when told he was very unprofessional asking for my phone to prove the coupon was real. But would I go back??? Yeah to return the product i bought thats about it. Id rather shop online its about the same price or cheaper anyways.

Can usually find any tools, accessories and many other useful items for the home, garage, shop or yard work at very low prices. Most of their items arent top quality but will get the job done if you only use the item occasionally.Bottom line.... If you are working on a project and need some sort of tool or other miscellaneous item for around the house, you cant beat their prices and inventory. Also, if you use their coupons (which you can get right in the store, you can save even more, and even get a free item with any purchase !

When I asked for a cheeseburger medium fries and a coke they told me to get out.

It is what it is... Meaning you can get some cheap tools there, but know that they arent of high quality, but if you need a tool for fixing one thing or very light duty, then this store is the place for you. Can be MUCH cheaper than other places and some tools you dont need the best. Ratcheting wrenches set for $25 vs $75, are they 3x better for 75... No, but they are better... Things like this are worthwhile buys there, but the key is to already know what tools you should and shouldnt buy there. (Dont buy expensive power tools there, save up for normal store prices where reliability matters), but cheap storage containers, or rubber gloves, sure.

One of the few stores that will let you use all of their coupons for discounts in a single visit. They apply the %off coupon to the item that will give you the biggest discount.I recently purchased multiple items including a workstation and they carted the workstation to the curbside for me. Even assisted me in getting it in my vehicle. Great service and much appreciated!

I buy all my tools except some specialty tools. There. I would have gave them five stars but after today I went in for a floor jack. Picked it out went to check out had my coupon and then was told it didnt work on them floor Jacks said it was in small print you have to take maginify glass to see. Im a diesel mechanic also automotive Im in there about every other day

There are few retail stores in which I feel I could really really go on a shopping spree. This is one of them.Sure, everything in the store is made in China, but lots and lots of the items have a lifetime warranty and the staff, at least at this store, is very understanding and ready and willing to allow you to exchange whatever it is that breaks. Ive had to return a broken 10mm ratchet-wrench and a 1/2 breaker bar that I just didnt feel good about.Theyve generally always got everything in stock and the more you look the more things you find out they have. I recommend this place to anyone looking for tools for anything, ever. Because frankly, I lose tools too often to be spending Craftsman, Kobalt or Snap-on kind of money on them.
